Have you tried to Odin stock, or does it need to be unlocked for you to use?

Yes, it needs to be kept unlocked

I assume you have a custom recovery installed? If so, then disable signature verification in the recovery.

Because you do it from stock recovery ?
Flash a custom recovery then flash a new from that custom recovery
I recommend TWRP custom recovery. Just look for ur device model, download it and flash it through odin (the .tar.md5 file)

[Q] Facing error on Sideloading Lollipop 5.0

I am using a rooted Nexus 4 and was trying to side load android lollipop. While updating I got this error that says:
Verifying current system...
"/system/fonts/ has unexpected contents. It gives error and then aborts update. Is there any way to fix apart from flashing stock image??

Error while flashing CM11 (D800)

I tried to install CM11 for my AT&T D800 since I don't want lollipop no more, but since then I'm a bit stuck.
I flashed the KK Bootloader and Modem, then flashed CM11 and brought back an error:
assert failed: run_program("/tmp/loki.sh")
E:Error executing updater binary in zip '/sdcard/cm11'
Error flashing zip '/sdcard/cm11.zip'
Anyone know a fix for this? I really want Cyanogenmod, and there is no other KitKat ROM that interests me.

It's built into the Samsung software.

Which version of odin are you using?
You might need to get the latest version of either Odin or the Samsung device drivers.

Use Samsung's Smart Switch to restore your phone back to factory. I think it's called Samsung's Smart switch...
What did you do leading up to that? Were you able to write an unsigned image?

Were you able to get this fixed? I'm facing a same issue.
are you using the right version of odin? there is a custom one for the tmobile s7 edge
the special version of odin, along with the root tools are here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-s7-edge/how-to/how-to-root-s7-edge-t3410470
the stock firm you should be using (if you are on tmobile) is here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-s7-edge/how-to/stock-firmware-thread-t3331528
