Hi, as the topic says, after I installed CM11 on my Redmi2 headphone volume controls have no effect.
Headphones are Xiaomi headphones, wired, with 3 buttons.
Play/pause/skip works normally. I'm using stock Apollo player. Any advice?

Which player did you use? Other players have customized control so you can edit the buttons or the clicks to toggle an event. I'm using Mort Player since Windows Mobile(its not everybody's favorite )
NO button is working.
Smart audiobook player AND PlayerPro

You have the e10s right? Cause e10 don't have mic and buttons. Did you plugged in the headphone jack till the end? With my xears in need to push them really hard to get contact. I don't think that the G4 plus won't support your in ears cause the jack and pin layout is the same like others too, it's a standard.
Edit: sorry, meant e10s, corrected above
It is an e10 variant WITH 3 buttons
will try
Hi,
I have an Onkyo E700BT bluetooth earpiece and I observed that while APTX HD is indeed activated, but absolute volume control is not working. The earpiece works perfectly fine on my Oneplus 3 with regards to Absolute Volume Control.
I captured the logcat and saw AVRCP Version 5, but cannot make out if it represents Absolute Volume Control is supported.
If anyone can shed some light, it will be great.
Hey guys is there a way to boost the volume when using Bluetooth headphones and speakers? The volume is fine with the tablets speakers and wired headphones bug Bluetooth is really quiet.

You can increase the volume on your Bluetooth headphones/speakers, not on your Fire tablet.
cheers mate but i have done that but the problem was the seris i was watching had really low volume, it was ok with wired headphones though but everything else seems fine
Hey guys.
Anybody else struggling with their headphones volume not being loud enough? I have a pair of jabra headphones (elite 7) that worked great until i had to start cranking the volume to the MAX on android and the sound doesn't feel loud enough. They work as intended on the computer.
How could i diagnose the issue? Haven't installed anything that might be conflicting, i think. I tried volume boosters but none worked. I tried using VLC and testing the preamp to the max, but it just distorts the sound and there's no boost. Using the internal Dolby atmos sound EQ and boosting everything to the max, does make it better but does not fix the problem.
I am on Android 11, phone is not rooted, nor it has magisk. I ran a few searches but can't seem to find anything of help. Any tips would be appreciated.
