Search viper4android on xda. That hack is best for boosting the volume.
You can also try this but it is a bit risky.

Hey again,
When I connect my earphones to my phone and play music, the beat of the song change. I don't know why or how. Can someone help Please ?
Please tell us which rom you are using. Also state whether that rom has DSP manager or any other audio-related app. These apps might have different settings for earphones and different for speakers.

Thanks for the reply.
Is the Rom Gingerbread?
I got no kind of audio apps whatsoever. I tried this on my sister's phone (Samsung Galaxy Mini) and got the same problem...

Most probably some kind of problem in your earphones then, since this is happening on two phones, both on stock. You must have the stock Samsung Music player. Do one thing - go to your music player's settings. You'll see a box "5.0 channel" or something written like that. If it is ticked, untick it. Do this with your earphone connected.

5.0 is unticked.
The earphones (I bought them from here, eBay)

But I must install using recovery and I don't have one. I just rooted my note today with autoroot.
Should I first install a custome recovery or is there another way to install it?

yore welcome. how do you like it? I am using the moderate lite and some volumes - especially over speaker are distorted, but only if I crank it up full throttle. But overall it works fine. Samsung's in call volume and headphones volume is just plain unacceptable on this superb phone.

I think you have Galaxy Y.
You can remove some bloat applications & increase the entropy pool size.
Flashing a custom debloated rom should also help you to keep your phone fast!

If you have a carrier with unlimited data you can use your phone as a hotspot for free. Thats what I did with my sprint phone hehe
I started with cyanogen mod for my first rom and I kinda use that for a baseline. seems like a good starter one to compare others against..... though that's just opinion.
Hello !
I also personally see that we should flash a custom rom
For my s7562 :
antutu benchmarking scores :
stock+bloatware=3800~4300
stock+pimped=4000~4500
custom+standard kernel=4300~4600
custom+oc optimised kernel=4700~5200
For me , i've got 5130pts
Delete unimportant system apps like chaton , gameshub etc. This can improve the fast and battery life of your mobile .

NOMone Resolution Changer is a must!
I find this app very helpful. It's easier to significantly icrease my android performance without all that hassle of adding RAMs and stuff...
NOMone Gesture Dotty does the job too, but with extra cool feature, custom profiles: to change to the resolutions you want as quick as one gesture draw!

There's a helluva lot of things you can do after rooting your phone. Since you wanna play heavy games on your phone, go get yourself a class 10 sd card. The Galaxy Y has low internal memory for heavy games, so you'll have to use INT2EXT to increase your internal memory by creating a sdext partition on your sd card. Class 10 because it's the fastest available. For RAM, you should use CarlDeanCatabay's method for creating a SWAP to act as a secondary RAM. Getting a gaming oriented ROM with Overclocking will also significantly boost your gaming performance and improve your gaming experience.

hey guys
completely new to the rooting of phones but managed to get it complete using vroot. I have played with it a bit. made it fun and custom but still have not figured out how to get what I was really trying to accomplish rooting my phone. I am really into Pandora and music listening in my car. I do not have bluetooth capabilities however I do have a USB media hub. like everyone else iPhone works just great plugged in but not my loved now rooted note 3. I have made progress by atleast having it recognized on the stereo by rooting the phone and using a USB Mass storage app however I still cannot get sound.... it still plays out the phone speaker. is there a app or mod or setting I can install or change to make this work? like I said I am fully a noob to this and all though I am learning and enjoy learning how to do this stuff I'm stuck. heck I may have put this in the wrong section too. any advise... tips ect would be greatly appreciated. also any apps recommended since I have now rooted. thank you

To be honest never had this problem I use mine in my pickup and work truck with no issues. Are you using the stock Samsung music app or play music? If so try downloading Apollo music or just a different type of music player in general. Also are you on stock firmware or using a custom rom ? It may also be something in the software.
I rooted it using vroot so I could download a USB Mass storage app and thought that would solve it. it does not say connected and supported but using Pandora it still only plays from phone speaker while hooked up via usb. is there a setting
