it happened that I restored my phone's stock rom through a nandroid backup that I had before the first time I flashed a custom ROM, then I did the unforgivable mistake to allow an OTA update, so the phone restarted and stuck at CWM every time I retsart it. I did some search and found that this can be solved by flashing the stock rom using KDZ. So, my problem now is that every time I run the KDZ updater I get the "PHONE WAS NOT FOUND" error message. I downloaded and installed the official driver provided on LG's website but still nothing new. So, anyone has an idea on how this is fixed?
Note: The phone IS IN emergency mode so this not the problem here.
Note: I gave it a try on both windows 8.1 and windows 7

so.. i wanted to downgrade from 2.2 to 2.1 and i obviously did something wrong. now whenever i turn my phone on it says

the thing is i cant enter clockverk or fastboot...and my phone isnt recognised by the kdz updater...even when in download mode it says phone not connected
i use back usb ports,tried without battery and memory,tried in download mode...update doesn't even start it just says PHONE WASNT FOUND
i know i'm annonying but i couldnt find the solution to this anywhere so if some1 knows how to fix this i would be grateful...

How do you use emergency mode in kdz flasher? What is the kdz flasher? And, how do you flash firmware with fastboot, flash recovery restore v20d from recovery backup?
The phone is not being very cooperative with me... I can get to the emergency screen but can't seem to do anything besides that. I've taken a picture of what the error screen but I'm not familure with this phone....

IT'S A KERNEL ERROR
1. Have the necessary software.
- Phone Drivers
- KDZ_FW
- The Room you want to install, in my case I served in the final Android 2.1, I suppose due to the use Android 2.2 I had made a partition so I'm not allowed to return to that version of Android.
2. When we light up the phone and leave us this error screen, press the power key + the Volume Down key to set the phone into download mode or (Download Mode).
3. Disable USB LG Driver Model, this will change depending on the operating system we have in the case of windows will be in Manage> Device Manager> Modems> LG USB Drive Model -> Right Click "Disable "
4. Open KDZ_FW select type 3GQCT, Phone Mode: DIAG, consider the room to install (File *. kdz).
Cannot flash any rom on my phone
Hey there, sorry if im spamming or doing any newbie thing, i've always try to stop that.
Recently i've try to get a rom on my phone but I've just got the kernel panic (blue error handler arm11 is crashed!!) I've had that before and solved it with no problems, but this time my computers or my brother's computer do not recognize the phone, not even after disabling the modem, and just when trying to flash a KDZ, this is what i get

Is that the only thing left i could do? No way to try to fix it? I could send to the provider, but I don't know if there's a LG provider around, I may send it to "Movistar" (where i bought it)

Or, delete ALL LG drivers, then restart ur PC, install them again, connect ur phone and flash in cs emergency... if doesn't, try another KDZ, or look for an out.kdz which could help, I've got about 7 arm crashed (kernel crash) and solved them that ways I just mentioned

one trick about drivers is that you can try to connect it to the port you've never used before on your pc to connect your phone. It should then automaticly search and install drivers to recognize your phone

To fix this when I got this error you need to reflash a fastboot 2.1 and then go into fast boot and type the commands fastboot-w to wipe it then reboot into download mode and flash the normal stock rom

I have followed all the steps correctly. Now the reboot is complete and the screen is stuck at "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" error. If I click okay I get another error "Unfortunately, setup wizard has stopped". Please help. this is urgent. i cant do anything on my phone now.

If you want to flsh it via KDZ then just take out battery hold vol+ button and connect to USB. You will see yellow screen and then try to flash.

go download mode, vol+ and - and plug in the usb cable which is already connected to your pc, and flash the kfz file
ps : you got this problem because i think you installed gapps from 4.1.2 and cm10.1 is 4.2.2, i did the same mistake

Have you installed MSXML? If you already had, the problem is on your windows try it on another computer.

I have LG Optimus L5 E610,running Android 4.0.3 V10J Firmware,Windows XP computer.
I've been reading for hours now. My phone seems to be bricked.
The last thing I did was flash the Ultra POP [ZVG] ROM. I had ZVG, Lollipop on my LS980.
I'm following This guide but I get an error that my model is not the same as the ZVE TOT file I have downloaded. I used the supposedly Universal .dll file in case there's a mismatch but no dice. Again, I have an LS980 and according to the log...well here's the log

Is the phone recognized in the LG Mobile Support Tool? If it is, try and upgrade recovery.
So i have an l7 bricked. It seems to boot to recovery mode only, but since it does at least that much it should be easy to fix right? Well no, after using every kdz flasher ever possible it still shows this:

Try booting it in emergency mode ( and you have to set phonemode to emergency not diag) like this
take out battery
hold volume up button
plug in
yellow screen will come up (it is now in emergency mode)
I had my phone stuck in recovery, and the only way to connect i in any way to kdz was emergency mode, hope it helps
