I'm not sure if I'm the only one having this issue or not.
Okay, if I wipe my phone and install google music 3.0.1.339 it works fine over 3g until I shut down the app.
Once I shut down the app and turn it back on to stream from my google music beta it gets a FC as soon as I start to stream.
I turn on Wifi, I stream fine.
I turn off wifi before the song fully downloads and continue streaming from 3g, works fine.
I switch songs, staying on 3g, fails again.
So every time I try streaming on Wifi, it works fine. If I start on wifi switch to 3g, works fine. However if I don't use any wifi it fails, unless I wipe my phone.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I've turned off Cache music in the options and all that good stuff. Is it a 2.2 issue or is it a app error? Anyone have any information on this? I've searched the forums but haven't really found a resolution on this issue. :\
Nope mine has no issues at all.
Mine just runs bad on 2g when it switches over.

The app on my phone will not even load the music for streaming. its been 3 weeks and i can play it all from the google music site. But none of it loads on the player 3g or wifi. Dont know what I missed.
I'm having the same issue. It also happens with the sirius xm app. I'd love a fix.
I haven't even gotten my invitation yet...
I stream over 3G, in my car, all the time.

I'm having the same problem. It only plays the music on my SD card, despite having uploaded over 3000 songs that work just fine on the website. This is extremely frustrating.
If you have an ad blocker then disable it. Such as JRummy's Droid Overclock app, or Liberty Customizer, or apps like AdFree... If you enable ads again this should fix streaming issue, also the sirus app issue. This issue also happens in pandora occasionally.

Well i fixed my issue really quick today. as for not being able to even see any music was because i keep my account syncs turned off. Once i synced it all my music came up.
Now I am having the same problem. Music plays great over 3g, but randomly it will stop syncing all music and not sync again until i reboot my phone. Then works fine over 3g again for awhile.

Wow. That actually was my issue. I remember checking there awhile ago, but I didn't see a sync music option. Now today, I see it. Thanks!
Thought I'd bump this with a solution I found for OP's problem. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and find the Music app. Clear its data, resync music, and everything should be okay. It worked for me at least.
EDIT: Ahh, I should've tried closing the app and reopening before posting this, because it now force closes again when listening to music on 3G.
I am in Canada and I can use google Music just fine on wifi, even without a proxy. When I try to switch over to 3g I get a message saying "You must be on a Wi-fi network to play this song"
I use Auto-Proxy to make my apps work over Ulimited Mobile Browsing data plan.
I am having the same issue as the OP. I amon a Motorola Droid2 running Liberty Gingerbread ROM v0.9. I disabled the ad blocker, and can stream just fine over wifi. When I switch to 3g, I can stream songs, but if I restart Google Music, then it force closes every time I try to stream over 3g.
Force Close with Google Music - Solved For Me
Got the beta, installed the exe on wintel os, all worked fine after fixing 2 problems - sounds like maybe one you had.
1. kept getting a force close from android device. I had Rom Toolkit and the ad blocker added. Once I removed that - no more force closes.
2. tried to upload a root level folder with way to many files let alone songs from the computer (not android). Removed it, then tried to upload things and kept getting "to many songs" or something like that. Had to put back that folder and let it upload everything. Once it was finished, I deleted it all and re-uploaded just the folders with songs I wanted. Fixed.
Hope it helps someone!
Hello people, I have been fairly happy with my transformer performance wise but wifi is just not working for me... Market downloads stall and fail, market search stall and fail, youtube videos stop loading, browser will start loading a page and the loading bar will go away but it will still be on the old page, upnp music streaming also randomly stops saying that it failed to load. I have tried doing multiple hard reset, reset my modem and router to no avail. It is getting extremely frustrating. What should be my next options? The connection works fine on all my other devices so I know it's a problem with the tablet.

I could aslo be that your Transformer does't like your router settings. Something to rule out before you deside to return it. You are not the only who has experienced issues with wifi.
It's usually always the router. I also notice that the TF sucks up a lot of the bandwidth. For example if my tablet is on, wifi on my laptop dips down to 11mbps.
Guys, I've just installed the prebaked ROM on my N7 3G and everything seems to be working fine, but I cant seem to get the youtube app preloading feature to work. Despite having the option enabled in YT settings, being charged over USB cable and a laptop, having wifi enabled and logged to appropriate network, watching a video and pressing 'watch it later', seeing small grey banner 'video has been added to watch it later doesnt seem to do anything - the watch it later folder is empy no matter what I do. Is there any trick involved? I'd love to get some videos cached for tonight's flight
I started to have this weird problem with my nexus 4. It doesn't happen all the time, but more than a couple of times a day..
The problem is when it occurs, i cannot use the internet connection on any google app (Play store, chrome, books, hangouts, etc)
But my internet connection is working.. I am able to use the net on the apps like whatsapp, facebook, twitter, etc etc
Initially i thought it was just a glitch in the network, but it has started to get under my nerves lately..
Any suggestions ??
Same thing happened to me today I have already tried different connections and clearing the data for the services.
Have you tried any kind of debugging at all such as watching a logcat when you try to connect to any google services?
For the past 24 hours I have been having weird connectivity problems with my s5. While connected to my universities wifi, I am unable to load certain things like thumbnails in the Play Store, any imgur gifs on my Reddit Now app, any photos or videos on my Facebook news feed and other random connection problems. However, I am still able to send Facebook messages over Messenger, and all webpages will load on Google Chrome. But when I am connected through LTE, everything seems to work. I have done a complete factory reset, wiped the cash and re installed all my apps, but I still having the same problem. My schools wifi security protocol is wpa2 enterprise and uses the AES encryption type if that is relevant. Also, I had just updated my phone to 4.4.4 just before this became a problem.
