I have XDA Wallaby with ROM v4.01.12 ENG and radio v4.16.00
Can I upgrade it directly to WM2003SE by running the .EXE file I got from ROM Kitchen ?? Or should I have to downgrade it first to PPC2002 ? My BOOTLOADER version is 5.17
Does the new WM2003SE ROM compatible with my region ? Indonesia (ASIA). Thanx...

Thanks for the link provided bro. But the link to the unlocker and hardspl is broken. It's not working. If you have ever downloaded it before, try and upload it somewhere else to enable another download.

If you are after a SIM unlock, it might be worth PM'ing Tupsidin (i think that's the right spelling). He can unlock almost anything made by HTC, although it's not free, but at least the price goes direct to this board as a donation...

how to flash the nb file? ruu complains that there that it can not find reqested file.
dose it have to be renamed to *.nbh? (Dose not help)

where is the file coming from ?
Well for this post, on downloaded rom file only rename file extension from .IMAGE to .NBH (its too easy). Second post, all HTC devices have SPL, small piece of software like bios on PC's. With HardSPL you can flash any rom whick you want. With original SPL can flash only one or few rom's.

STUPID ME! i got it after i extracted the uk rom and found the spl file in dump.
now we need some brain to crack it
