Hello, I have a U10 smartwatch and I have used it for about 1 week.
From the last time I charged the watch I am now having a very serious problem with the device ... most of times when I plug the watch it makes the boot noise but its showing a white screen instead of the normal watch screen.
I have to reboot a lot of times for catching a time that it does shows the normal screen, but it is not stable and
Is this a SW issue or HW? Is there any way to upgrade the firmware of the watch?

Ask for seller, they always can get the method to deal with it or change a new one

Bought a refurb unit of LG G2 from ebay in latest deal, the black screen appears unregular ranging from webpage browsing to light gaming and youtube, when i tap on the screen i can still hear the sound, like the sound when i return from current app, or the youtube videos, when double tap to lock or unlock, but only completely restart the cellphone could solve the black screen problem.
on the very first hour when i open the cellphone , i had 2 times of black screen before i even install anything, on that very first day i had about 7 incidents like that. After that day and battery is charged, this problem did not appear so often, but still 2 to 3 times a day . I tried factory reset yesterday, but 2 hour after that, run into black screen again.
I love the screen and size but i found myself losing interest after days gone by because of this problem, is there anything i can do to detect and fix the issue before i send back the phone to QualityCellz

I have a strange problem with my display. 2 days ago I just turned it on and had some strange lines that came like out of nowhere (I'll attach pics). The tablet is new, bought it one month ago, I didn't drop it, nor hit it. The part that has the stripes works if I press on it,it just doesn't display properly. The lines show up from the time I turn on the tablet,even before booting up the android OS.
Do you think it's a hardware malfunction or it could be fixed by upgrading let's say my GPU drivers?
P.S. When I make a screenshot, the display shows no problem.

i brought No 1 D5 Watch after few days it restart autometic and get stuck on Boot Loop restart logo Appear than auto Restart and it is continue i buy this from aliespress and from my country i am unable to send it back due to electronic custom Issue .
i try to reflash it but still same problem any help please .
Same problem here with X3 watch (same as No.1 D5). Continues bootloop, no matter what buttons pushing, I cannot get into recovery mode to make a factory reset. Also ADB not connecting to the watch (USB debugging not enabled in watch?)..... Reflashing software did not help, still in bootloop. Disconnecting battery did not help either.
I'm at the end of my possibilities. Anyone has some suggestions what I can try next?

Hi, i am sorry i need some one help here, i got my No.1 D5, and i was trying to add watch face from inside the watch using the (+), i chose the one i want, download start and installing message confirmation is ok, then a black one (nothing there) added to the faces list, when i chose it there is only black screen, touch swip is not working, long press the btn show the normal options, i can power off and power on, but gain once powered on the face is black.

i was using my s7 edge today, and in the middle of browsing facebook the screen just went black, the phone didnt die because the navigation buttons still light up when i press back or recent, also i still get notification light, i tried to do a hard reset to restart (holding power and vol down) but the phone and it still has a black screen.. anyone know what i should do? or has this happen to anyone

This happened two days ago with my wife's S7 Edge. She was using it to text me about dinner plans after work, her screen shut off, and it wouldn't work for several hours. The thing was getting very hot. When she was home and charging the phone the screen started working again for a little while, but with several green stripes down the right edge snd aa flashing horizontal band of grey near the top overlaying the screen image. Then when I tried plugging it into my computer to use Samsung's Smart Switch to roll back from the update she had accepted while at work the screen died again. It has not come on since, not even the stripes, and blue or red LED lights once in a wwhile at random. I managed to use Smart Switch to wipe the phone's memory. Then the program took several hours to download something very slowly and install that - a whole new OS update? That completed, and now the charging LED works correctly and the green stripes and grey band are back, flashing rapidly when powering on. Otherwise no screen function.
She is now trying to find a new phone, but definitely NOT a Samsung. This S7 Edge has already had the screen replaced once, just before the first year warranty ran out, as it did almost the same thing - in March the green striping (plus pink) appeared along one edge and the battery was running out very fast, the phone overheating so much that she found it uncomfortable to hold. We argued with Samsung a lot until they replaced the screen. Something is VERY wrong with this model. She's considering an LG. What a waste of money. One would expect a thousand dollar phone to last longer than this.
I am facing what I think to be the same issue with my son's phone. Green line down right side edge. Screen turns on for a second, then black screen. It's on, but can't do anything. Did you find a fix for this?
No. Today I gave up and took my wife's S7 Edge to the authorized repair centre. They say they'll run a diagnostic for $25, and if the screen needs to be replaced it will cost $385. Brilliant. If this thing gets fixed I will be running custom ROMs on the phone, probably an RR, as it seems Samsung's OTA updates kill phones.
Turned in out the authorized repair centre for our region, Acura in Surrey, BC, went ahead with the screen replacement without our authorization. I specifically said in a note given to them at the time that they were to ask first. But they didn't bother. My wife decided she liked the phone enough to pay over $400 to get it back. It's been working for a few weeks now. Hope it stays working. At this point I have a strong feeling that the S7 Edge was a poorly made device, at least some batches. The reports of these screen failures are just too common.
Check if your screen still alive or maybe connected correctly, here is a way to do it:
1- plug it in your computer then start smart switch
2- dail *#7353#
3- you can now test any thing in your phone
4- search for the TSP
5- try now to touch your device screen
If it display in the computer that mean the touch is working but the screen is not
If the toch is not working you have to check the cables if its connected correctly inside your phone
But if you have warranty don't waste your time and let them fix it, and don't forget to backup your files

There's been a few screen broken issues, maybe best to return under warranty.

bring your phone dead (no charging or 0% charging) then wait for 5 min untill your coll down and plug your phone to the charger and start it , now your touch of phone will work.
