request Modding trinity for nightvision

Has anyone got any knowledge or can point me in the right direction to mod the trinitys main camera to see in the dark with IR leds? if possible hooking these up to the trinity. I don't mind running the phone without covers if possible.
In normal case can your camera "see" IR in the dark. I have tried, my camera on my trinity does it. Hold an IR-remote control to your camera, press any key on it and you will see flashing the IR-LED, you can't. I test so my remote controls. If it works, try it with a big IR-lamp or many IR-LED's.
any digital cam can see ir-remote's led flashing

digital compass issue..

Hi,
I need help with digital compass, since a few day it doesn't show the etalonnage screen anymore, it will be great if it working well but it doesn't...
Thanks
it would calibrate itself even if the calibration screen is not showing up. Just do the 3D 8 figure. And if you really want the calibration screen, take your HD2 next to a big magnet when compass is working. Speakers are fine.
Ok thanks , working now ....

That IR LED is also used for proximity detection I believe, which is something you cannot turn off.
Why do you want to turn it off so badly anyway? It will barely use power at all.
because i believe is not healthy for your head to receive continuity IR i am wrong?

If you start to fear your IR blaster, don't go out, stay at home. Because sun radiations are way much armful

What is this blinking sensor? Is it a proximity sensor?

Hello everyone, I recently got Note3.
Today, I looked at my phone through another phone camera and found a sensor which kept blinking all the time. (Please see attached clip)
To me, it seems like an infrared since human eyes could not see it.
Is this normal even I don't have air gesture ON?
Thank you

Very interesting. Mine too
That is the IR.
If you're using an IR remote app, and you press a key, that'll light up for human eyes to see.

How can it be the IR?
If you were using an IR remote app then you'd have to show the front face of the phone to the TV, which would make looking at the phone screen a bit of an issue.

You mistake my meaning. If you look at the top of the phone, you'll see a small dot next to the audiojack. That is the IR blaster. The blipping dot at the front is the indicator of the IR blaster. It lights up when the IR blaster is transmitting, to alert the user.
