Can be paid app.
Basically I'm looking for app as close to stock Samsung stock camera as possible.

I have XPERIA X10 with DiKeJ's Gaming ROM 2.3.3, which has the stock camera app.
Although the video camera records at 720p the results are really disappointing. The quality much lower than other HD cameras like those in the iPhone 4 and the Galaxy S, and it looks like the frame rate is lower too.
Is there any way to improve it?

Because the rom is not the problem, the video quality was the same with the stock rom and other roms I'd installed before I installed this one (some of them even had other camera apps and still there was no change).
I've searched for any solution but nothing I've found actually worked, so if someone know any mod or something else I can do that will improve my video camera I would like to hear.
I'm running CM11 M3 on my G2. The one thing I miss from LG's stock ROM is the quality of pictures from the LC camera app. The kitkat camera app baked into CM11 has pretty average picture quality.
Is there anything I can do to improve the camera quality? I've tried installing an APK of the camera app someone extracted from the G2 rom but it seems to be an older version, there are some modes that crash and the quality isn't as good as the lg stock camera app.
I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about a camera app or some other tweaks/threads that talk about this stuff. If I can improve the camera quality on the CM11 G2 it would be awesome.

What do you guys think is the best camera app for the s5 and its camera?
Stock is OK, but also consider Camera Zoom FX and Google's own camera app.

Snap Camera HDR works even with buggy AOSP Roms (I checked on S4 and S5 versions)....
I went for the Pro version quite long time ago.
Now I use stock, because I stick to the ROMs cooked on the original firmware, missing stable Cyanogemod a little bit...

Yes it has. Just use 2 finger zoom on display. And you can configure the volumekey to zoom if you like since ANG2.
Next to the stock camera app i also use Camera FX Zoom and HD Camera Ultra.
Hey guys, I am using OP2 With EXODUS rom on Marshmallow. I found Open Camera APP pretty impressive, but with this one I can not record at 120fps... Maybe is there possible to use NextCameraMod available or ColorOS camera? Which app would You recommend?

Thank You my friend. This is APK anyway, how can I flash it vi recovery...? I can't find zip file over there...
By the way guys, when I record video with snapcam in slowmotion or with other cam, the video is lagging, why? My smartphone is not to "busy", all background apps are closed... any solutions?
Hey guys what's the best camera app to use with this phone?
I've seen that when recording video the auto focus doesn't work so I wanted a good app that does.
The best camera app is the one that comes on the phone. It's the only one that supports the camera's more advanced features like optical image stabilization.
Edit: it should be noted that things like autofocus are handled by the OS when using third party camera apps. Unfortunately, no third party camera app will be able to autofocus better than the stock camera can.
