My lg g2 suddenly dead .. it was in my pocket and i dont know how it got switched off and now it is not getting switched on please tell me some solution i tried to keep my phone cool and tried to re charge it nothing is working

So I Flashed my Wing to a new rom (Open Touch v2.7), and it was working fine for a couple of hours, than it started acting up (Freezing up). so I pulled the battery and let it sit for a while, a little while after, I went to turn it on, and IT WOULDNT BOOT UP AT ALL (stays dead, off)!! After hours of trying to get it to respond, it finally got into bootloader mode and I flashed it back to the Shipped T-mobile Rom, it was working fine for a minute but when I turned it off and went to turn it back on IT WONT BOOT UP AGAIN, It just stays Dead! It doesnt even respond to charging (Unless I somehow get into bootloader mode after hours)
As of right now im continously trying to do a hard resset but it just stays dead and just trying to get it to start up at all, does anyone kno what the problem is Please?!

My Herald got the exact same problem after only 2 months of usage and back then it was still running WM5 stock ROM. I mailed the store I bought it from and got a replacement battery, that solved the problem.

If that is the case, no I don´t think it will help you.
If I read your post right it won´t charge but the chargelight will light up if you get it into bootloader? (tinking about this passage)

Have you checked the batteryconnectors? They may be stuck and not quite touching the battery and when you try to hard reset the phone flexes a bit and suddenly you´ve got a connection. Also try and clean the small metal contact surfaces on the battery. As little as a fingerprint may result in a bad connection with the battery.
At least you flashed it back to stock-if it's still under warrenty and the tricks above don't work-send it in for replacement =)

i got the same problem today i flash my wing and i cant turn it on

seem like i have broken my mytouch
yesterday it had a very very nasty fall
i thought display gone
but i work whole day with noproblem but today i switch it off for charging and after that it in constant loop
splash screen is shown then it restarts again and loop goes on.
Even if i take out the battery and again put battery back in it again switch on itself.
Only one thing i can do is go to bootloader.
I try to flash recovery again but adb say no device attached not even windows recognizing that i have attached my phone.
Now i am downloading radio(pd15img) if it works
new radio got updated but problem still persist
anyone knows whats the problem and how to fix it

never mind idk but it started working itself
As the title says my phone battery just went down and after plugging my phone for charging I turned it on but now I'm stuck on Continue and Cancel screen when ever I start the phone. Please guys help me since atm im very tensed and I don't know what to do.Although the phone is now only running in "Safemode", and I have tried using Volume Up key which seems to be working fine only in "Safemode", but my Volume Down Key isn't working at all. This just happened today, since I don't know what is causing the problem since a day later I recently upgraded my phone from JB(4.2.2) from Kitkat (4.4.2). I would really appreciate it.

As you can see in my thread, I want to reflash the ROM through Odin, but I don't know how to do that since I can't select continue.
Im having the same problem
Ive tried putting my i9505 on a rice box and settled it for overnight believing that my unit is busted with sweat from my pants whenever i put it there for a long time
One morning i powered it up, it worked already... Volume up and down working but after awhile my volume down started acting like crazy again
Done the same thing and it booted properly... But then again it got the same problem...
So i didnt put it off anymore so i could use it with all apps installed (i was really annoyed with the download mode and safe mode)
Ive also observed that it wakes up the screen and the volume goes all the way down.
Any fix regarding this issue?
I had gifted my mom LG G2 few months back. One week before, it just stopped working. All I can see when i switch on the device is the attached "grained screen".. I tried doing hard reset, but screen is like this, i cant do anything. please help

idk wtf it just keeps freezing and now it won't turn on at all im done with ****ing the g2 waste of 150 dollars now i have no phone.

Now I won't have a cell phone for a couple of months great!
I put it in download mode early and now when holding down the power button i can get the LG Logo to come up even better. edit:just got a lg logo. ok....,
edit my rom just launched but it will end up freezing and crashing again. and I will have to go thru what I just went thru fix this please.
TLRPHONE just randomly freezes boots off and does not reboot. I have to monkey with it before it does.
This started on CloudyG2 I just installed CM13 on my phone and its still happening
Phone is running currently most likely will freezea and crash again.
I copied and pasted this from my reddit post on /r/lgg2 anyways.
I installed cloudyG2 again. And my phone will work for 4 mins then it freezes and crashes and I have t o wait to boot it again. I am going to just to restore stock rom (TOT un-brick)
Edit: I just plugged my phone in the computer and it made a noise like it was plugged in but the screen is not on
Can't get the phone to show the lg logo have been trying for 2 mins now when I plug the phone in it still makes the noise.

nobody can help I took it to the brick and motar store as some people call it thats where I bought the phone. they said they will check and see if they can fix it. Since I bought it less than 30 days ago.
Brick and motar called said they fixed it!!!!
Edit: still broke they said they would give me a new phone I told them I wanted another G2 or a Nexus 5 or a idol 3. told me to come back tomorrow.
