[Q] Will my laptop run Windows 8?

I didn't originally plan on upgrading to Windows 8, but at just $39.99 for Pro it seems a steal. So, will my laptop run the OS and how will drives work?

Yes, they haven't changed the requirements for Windows 8 so if it runs Vista/7 it can run Windows 8. But if you want to run metro apps you need 1366x768 screen resolution, this seems to be standard on most 15.6" laptops made in the last few years.

Most likely that will be fine.
Beware the snap required resolutions , I was very disappointed when it wasn't available on my 13" MacBook pro.

I installed Windows 8 on my ASUS K52Jc and everything works like charm but still can't find drivers for my Chicony camera.
Windows is really fast, but sometime I think that it lags (for some milliseconds).
Anyone knows if there will be drivers for Chicony camera's?

I have a Chinese tablet with the following settings below.
Atom Processor Z3735G or Z3735E
RAM 1 GB
HD 8 GB
Windows 8.1
8 inch screen
As I saw that Samsung has the Ativ Q, where runs Android within the Windows like an app.
Given this I wonder if I can do the same in this Chinese tablet that runs Windows 8.1.
If possible can you give me this?!

Run Bluestacks. No idea on performance with your device, but it works like a champ on my surface pro.

How to run far cry 4 on a dual core processor

My system specs are.
4 gb ram.
Nvidia geforce g210 with 1gb ram and 450mhz.
500gb hard disk.
Windows 10.
Core 2 duo 3.33 ghz each.
I installed far cry 4 and got black screen on oppening.
I scrached google. Found dualcore injector. But that does not work.
After 3 days of its release i found a installed copy of game on net it was 23.6 gb and i bownloaded it.
Just unkaced it and started the fc4.exe and this pthatic exe did not start.
My pc cannrun need for speed rivals at lowest settings.
Assassins creed black flag 4 at medium.
Battelfield 4 at high.
Then why not this

Windows 10 is not compatible with extreme injector you can run Farcry 4 with injector on windows 7,8,8.1.Your options are either upgrade your processor or install windows 7or 8 alongside windows 10 to play the game.

you need an upgrade. GPU and CPU dont meet the minimum requirements. 2nd hand Intel q9300 cpu or better and a new basic gpu like a Nvidia 750ti will make a massive difference to your pc for roughly £100. anything newer will require a new mobo, ram etc.

Zentality Super Book C110 Touch Screen Is Inverted

I have a Chinese unbranded 2 in 1 detachable windows 10 laptop. It was working perfect, but recently I have formatted it and installed a new clean windows 10 pro. After installing all the driver everything is working fine, but the touchscreen is inverted. I have emailed the company customer care four times, but nobody responds. Now I'm really disappointed with the touchscreen. Do anyone of you guys have a solution to solve this problem?

Windows 95: Pentium III 800Mhz or Pentium 4 1.5Ghz?
Windows 98 and ME: Pentium 4 3.0Ghz OK?, Pentium 4 Extreme Edition 3.73Ghz?
Windows NT 4.0: Pentium 4 3.0Ghz?, Pentium III?
Windows 2000: Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 or Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600?

Pentium 4 would be enough,
For Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 9x family.
Would be nice for 2000.
