Hey guys I'm new to the forum, I recently updated to the latest build of the CM12 and I get the com.
Android.phone error.. I tried doing a factory reset and reinstalling the ROM but nothing helps.. It pops up once in a while but doesn't freed my phone.. Anyone know the solution?
It started happening about 2 days ago out of nowhere when I had fusion ROM on my phone, so I did a factory reset and installed CM12 because I haven't had any problems with it in the past and it didn't help.. After I press OK on the crash report my cell service and mobile data resets.
This is the crash report

Take a look at

It appears that a Hard Reset and re-installation is in your future. Please read the thread - it reinforces the important idea that HR and restore will not solve your problem, since it restores whatever caused the problem in the first place.
HTH
I had the exact same problem yesterday. After a HR bluetooth worked again. After restoring a backup, it quit again.
Had to install all my applications from scratch. Joy!
I keep different copies from backup with different dates. If restore does not solve the problem I use a file with more older date.
I am running the Stock Sprint WM 6.1 Rev A ROM with GPS. I do not have a screwy configuration that I know of...but when I do a soft reset I consistently get errors of things that are not loading properly....
sometimes I only get one ... but most of the time I get 4 or 5...they vary as to what is not loading...if I soft reset again...maybe three or 4 times, then I get no errors and my phone seems to work great....till I have to reset again...
Some of the things that say they are not loading right....
calnot.exe
gnangent
PCCommLoader.exe
There are others from time to time...
I had installed Advanced Configuration, but removed it because someone told me it may be causing my trouble...removing it did not fix anything.
Please help...I really do not want to hard reset until I know what caused it so I don't repeat the problem.
Thanks!
i also get this message: the file "GNAngent" could not run or something..
i started getting it since i installed google navigator without being sure that this is the problem..
why after installing this android 4.4.2 whenever i restart my phone i get this error "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped. ??? how can i fix it ?? is it just with my phone ?? i even did full wipe before installing this Rom !
Same issue...I've tried full wipe, reinstall stock rom but I ve always this problem...
hope somebody with more information can help us !!
Ihave no issue if I remove the sim card so i think it's can be an Apn problem...
To make a long story short, my G900i (optus australia) crashes constantly. The screen will blink and then I'd get the message:
"Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped", or
'java.lang.RuntimeException: createWindowSurface failed - EGL_BAD_ALLOC'.
I think it has something to do with OpenGL, which i know nothing about. From searching and searching i can't find anyone else having this problem with 4.4.2.
I hope somebody can help me with this. Thanks!

Sorry to drag up an old thread but did you figure this out?
Mine had 2 random crash/reboots today, so I installed catlog, and same issue as you guys, but I was only looking through gallery, it's come up in the log again, but hasn't crashed my note 4 again.
