To make a long story short, my G900i (optus australia) crashes constantly. The screen will blink and then I'd get the message:
"Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped", or
'java.lang.RuntimeException: createWindowSurface failed - EGL_BAD_ALLOC'.
I think it has something to do with OpenGL, which i know nothing about. From searching and searching i can't find anyone else having this problem with 4.4.2.
I hope somebody can help me with this. Thanks!

Morning/Afternoon/Evening folks.
I am experiencing the following three problems with my Nexus 4. I am running on stock Jelly Bean 4.2.1 and rooted with a TWRP custom recovery.
1) Its been of lately since the 4.2.1 update. Perhaps its the update itself. I get the following error message when someone is trying to call me and I can't answer the call at times. So I have to hit okay and the call gets automatically disconnected. Then I have to redial the person OR if I end a call with someone the same message pops up and then I have to hit okay to proceed.
Message in question: unfortunately the process.com.android.phone has stopped.
2) I also get the "unfortunately process.com.android.phone has stopped" message when I dial *#*#4636#*#* and go into Phone information and if I want to change something I get the same message.
3) Last but not least, when I set it to LTE, it goes back to WDCDMA preferred without me a) rebooting or b) changing the settings again. Again is anyone else experiencing this or is it just my phone?
Thanks in advance!

Mine had 2 random crash/reboots today, so I installed catlog, and same issue as you guys, but I was only looking through gallery, it's come up in the log again, but hasn't crashed my note 4 again.

Good day, This is my first time ever posting a thread on this site and new to custom ROMs on Android devices. I currently have Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (T-Mobile) and a friend suggest I flash it with some custom ROMs. I did, indeed, tried all the compatible ROMs for this phone and they all boot up find (despite the long hang time after finishing the boot setup), but I ran into some problems after doing everything, step-by-step, correctly. I've done light research on how to fix these issues but was afraid if my phone may brick again and do another Emergency Recovery using Samsung Smart Switch. To get to the point, the following issues that are occurring are these below,
- WiFi continuously says "Wifi turning on" and never stops
- Settings will sometimes crash when entering "Security" and then backing out of it
- Camera quality remains blur and can't find any settings to get the camera to focus properly
- LTE/Mobile Data does not apply on boot (when restarting or turning it on) and it requires to fully reboot again
- Uninstalling a application forces the phone to do a soft reboot
- Sometimes multiple background apps will pop-up a error message stating, "Unfortunately, (App) has stopped"
I currently have the Resurrection Remix v5.7.1 (which is the latest I've found) build on the phone, but at the moment using Stock Marshmallow as I'm witting this. If there is anyone on the forums that can help me resolve these issue so i can have a stable flashed ROM, I would greatly appreciated the help. Thanks for your time and have a bless day.

Did you have all of these issues on every ROM that you flashed or just a specific ROM?

Hi all,
1. Whenever I make a call there is no ringing, no sound, and the app hangs up or crashes, call continues in the background and phone app opens again, this time with call screen rather than dialling screen, however this is unresponsive. The call then continues even after hanging up on the other end. Phone then reboots.
2. No sound on any apps. I've tried playing media stored on the device, using ringtone chooser, youtube gives a playback error and browser crashes as youtube website video is loaded. While on CM/LOS, "Audiofx has stopped" pops up on startup and on attempting playback through music app.
I ran into these problems after flashing Trader418's Official LineageOS. It may be a result of attempting to update modem to fix the common no-sim issue, which I ended up resolving with the simple libsec fix. I tried going back to Temasek's CM13 but the problem continued. After attempting various versions of both ROMs I resorted to flashing stock firmware (accidentally wiping all my data on SD card in the process (including 24GB of unbacked-up photos). To add to my dismay after that I found the phone and sound issues prevail.
Any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated, I've proved my n00bness has stuck around even after 6 years of problem-less Android ROM flashing!
Cheers,
