Hi, I need a tablet. I want a lot of mobility but I don't know which of these tablets should I buy
Teclast x80h
Intel Atom Z3735F
2GB Ram
8"
1280x800
16:10
5000 mAh
Onda v891w
Intel Atom Z3735F
2GB RAM
8.9"
16:10
1920x1200
5000 mAh
Thanks
There's no diffrence when thinking about specs, i'd go with the teclast for better battery life because of the smaller amount of pixels on the screen thus less power required to power the screen.

does anyone own both or have try both? I was wondering is 7.7 a lot better than 7 plus. I cant decide which one to get, and just a fyi i was talking about the wifi version.

Quality of 7.7 is much higher than 7+ with plastic cover..
If you are not a tech freak like me then you can sure buy the 7+ tab without doubt it will does your job too

my understanding is,
7.0 uses Qualcomm's chipset, 7.7 use E4210, I think the performance of E4210 is better than Qualcomm's.
I have a 7.7 and I feel the experience is also better than P7510 (tab 10.1).
So I recommend the 7.7

7+ is using same 7.7 cpu e4210 ,samsung just make it slower for 7+ for cheaper level,so that make 7.7 more " high class "
I think it is easier to just compare screen as other specs are almost identical.
If you want AMOLED+ go 7.7
If not go 7.0+
I just played around with the 7+ at Fry's.
There's really no comparison. The 7.7's screen puts the 7+ to shame.
I have both and the 7.7 is in a totally different league. The screen difference is enough for me to never use the 7plus. Many apps work much better on the 7.7 like Photoshop or BBC news app, the build is much better on the 7.7, better battery, lighter. Easy decision in my opinion..

just pulled the trigger yesterday, seems like i made the right choice
I was thinking of buying a tablet, so here are two tablets I saw that were affordable. I'm considering ASUS only, since some of the Acer tablets I saw that were affordable, didn't fare too well in some of the reviews I read.
Specs of the 2 tablets, ASUS VivoTab Smart and ASUS Transformer Book T100, differences in specs are bolded.
NOTE: The Transformer Book T100 does not have a rear camera.

The Transformer Book T100 isn't out yet, but if its really better than the VivoTab Smart, I'm willing to wait. Your views?
The smart is one of the first Win 8 tablets and there's extremely mixed reviews on build quality which scared me off of buying it at the time. Hopefully the TX will be a step forward from any problems...if time's not an issue, it'll surely be an improvement. In terms of performance, everyone's claiming Bay Trail will be far superior to the previous atom processors like in the Smart.

I also read about how Bay Trail is 'far far far better than previous Atoms', I'm ok to wait if its good, but if it isn't better than the VivoTab Smart, I would have wasted my time. I do hope it is better.
I'm waiting to get one of either of these 2 gems:

If I were you I would wait too.

Oh yeah, the Dell Venue 11 Pro. I forgot about that maybe I'll consider that too since its around the same pricing as the VivoTab Smart (as per some reviews, USD499, same as VivoTab Smart). I wouldn't consider the Surface Pro 1/2, since IMO its an overpriced tablet. I think I'll wait.

Interested on T100. I heard it is speedy based on the review. I hope the RAM is upgradable by user

Buy the ASUS Transformer Book T100
I've decided to use the money to buy a new laptop (since that was more or less what I really needed), its a Lenovo Ideadpad Y410p, but thanks to all for your opinions! (Someone lock the thread?)
Hi,
i can't decide between the ONDA V975W, PIPO W6 or Odys Wintab 9 Plus.
The main question is if a 1920x1200 Tab is better when it comes to performance?
The performance should be better if they use the same hardware. But I personally prefer 4:3.

Not sure on the others but i got the v975w and i think its great. i brought it just as a cheap portable windows device (laptops are too big, heavy, poor battery life and Android/iOS is too restricted) but ive been soo impressed with it that ive pretty much abandoned my ipad and PC and now use the v975w as my main device for most things.
resolution has never caused any performance issues for me and you can always just lower the resolution if it did.
Sure you can lower the resolution but then it's not the native LCD resolution anymore what normally makes stuff blurry.
I'm not sure if i need 2048x1536 cause for eBook reading i have a Pipo M6 Pro that already has this resolution.
On the other hand i guess performance is only a problem when it comes to games and such a tab i guess does not
have the power to even run them in 1920x1200 - so they anyways switch the resolution...
Hello all ! I am looking to buy a tablet, basically a second device to my primary phone (Samsung Galaxy s4). For me calling is a must in the tablet and I am not looking at beyond $300 price mark. I finalized on Asus Fonepad 8 (Model:FE380CG) and Asus's newer model, the Zenpad 8 (Model: Z380KL). Brief specs of both as follows:
Asus Fonepad 8 FE380CG and Zenpad 8 Z380KL common specs:
=================================================
8" HD display with 1280X800px resolution
4000 mAh battery
2 GB RAM DDR3
MicroSD card slot
WiFi b/g/n, bluetooth 4.0, GPS with Glonass
Cameras on both tablets are average at best
Dimensions and weight more or less similar and for me doesn't matter.
Android lollipop 5.0 on both
Now the Fonepad 8 Specs:
=====================
Processor: Intel Atom Z3530 quad core cpu 1.33Ghz 64-bit
GPU: Power VR G6430
Dual SIM 3G dual standby
Front firing stereo speakers
Camera 2mp front and 5 mp back
Zepnad 8 Z380KL Specs:
===================
Processor: Qualcomm Spandragon 615 Octa core 1.8Ghz 64-bit
GPU: Adreno 405
Single SIM 4G LTE
Front firing single speaker
Camera: 2mp front and 8 mp back
Now after reading a lot about both of them I find that in benchmarks the intel atom processor is ahead of snapdragon 615 and without any heating issues. Secondly the GPU with intel processor though only a mid range gpu is almost twice as fast than the adreno 405 with the Snapdragon 615. Plus the the fonepad 8 has dual sim and dual front firing speakers for good audio. The zenpad 8 comes with a audio cover accessory which is like $65 more. So overall I am really confused which one to get please help!.
My main criteria is Performance and battery life with good calling.
Please reply early as my second phone is dead already and need a urgent replacement. Thanks to all !!
Some Asus user, please answer ??
sure this is going to be the expired answer of mine, but i just want to share though, i was just at the same situation but finally opted for fonepad 8. i'm satisfied with the device since it has a very good perfomance, battery life and no serious heat issue for running 3D games..
Recently I browse on the Amazon to looking for headunit for for car, and the ATOTO S8 Pro and the S8 premium in 10 inch both look nice! Both of them come with Intel Airmont X86 Architecture Spreadtrum SC9853i Octa-Core CPU (up to 1.872GHz), support split screen display, touch gesture, dual bluetooth, support android and iphone connecting in wired and wireless and so on. The biggest differences between them is the S8 premium in 10 inch enjoy 10inch display screen with 2 gb ram while the S8 pro enjoy 4 gb ram and 7 inch screen display.
Need suggestion!! Which one is better?
