I saw a benchmark that confirms that samsung is planning to release a note 4 with snapdragon 810 CPU and android 5.0 lollipop
Is this true? If so when will it be released?

It's true. But only being released in South Korea. Q1 2015. I would have gladly waited a couple months on upgrading if they would have released this version. They pulled this crap with the s5 and that's why I didn't get it.
The benchmark only shows that they are testing an 810 on a Note 4 platform. Where else would they test it? The Note 4 is plenty fast anyhow, so I'm not concerned about it.
The note 4 with the SD810 will come only in Korea? Is this 100% sure? ?
I know the note 4 is pretty fast but again SD 810 with a higher clocked GPU? Its awesome! I am going to get my note 4 in january..i hope i can find one with SD 810 in Grecce..

Very little chance that a Note 4 w/SD810 will be available outside S. Korea.

As this device is quite old now, what do you think you'll replace it with in the future?
I'm still happy with my SGS atm, so for me it will either be a SGS 4 or a Nexus 5 (depending if Samsung decide to release the sources for future Exynos processors or not).
What do you think your next phone might be?
a SGS III with LTE french frequencies
Note II
The new Nexus or Note II.

When community will stop supporting Galaxy S I by providing great, fast and smooth ROMs. So I have time to think about it.
Most likely a Nexus. I reckon I might get the LG nexus.

Maybe the next Nexus. Or a Galaxy IV.

Sgs 4, nexus 2 or iphone 5
I really want to have Note2 and i hope to buy it .
I dont know it, cause in the next year some great new smartphones will come and beat easily iphone5, sgs3,...
They develop so fast their cpu's and gpu's, that i wont buy a new phone atm.

Same. A15 processors, Mali-6xx series gpu and 1080p displays will be out next year.
I'd like 2GB RAM, external SD and then I see all those new ARM chips coming...
-Note2 is too big for me (great device though)
-perhaps SGS3 LTE with 2GB RAM (depending on the price, I love AMOLED but pentile again... not sure)
-LG Nexus... no ext-SD and no confidence, I'm sure their integration will have problems (just seeing audio quality in GSM arena test in comparison of other S4 phones or benchmarks that seems always inferior to other quad S4 phones)
-HTC J Butterfly if the screen is good and hardware is working without issue (a bit tall though)
So I'm still waiting.
Nexus 4 if it comes with 32 gb storage
Depends, if my parents are gonna lend me money for a car. If so it is going to be the Note 3 or 4
Does anyone know if their is a chance that Samsung might release a Exynos 5 Octa chipset in the U.S. later on rather than the Snapdragon 600.
I wish samsung would have waited until they were able to manufacture more Exynos 5 Octa chipset until they released the GS4 but instead they got it out as fast as they could so they can beat out htc one sales
99% that you wont get Exynos...

Depends on lte. So here in the US, lte is dominant so it will be the SD600 for us

Wait until the international version comes to the market. It will be a little expensive but u can order it to US as well. But exynos will be quite futurisitc. Sam mobile get thier hands on the octa variant and the benchmarks are topping 27k in quadrant standards..
Htc one is at 19k, so i dont guess any flagship can compete the s4 atleast in 2013. So they actually saved it for a latter release so that their phone can top twice.

Its a shame the 800 processor wasnt ready when the galaxy s4 was being constructed as I still find my s4 slow to react to commands yes the last update helped but it should be better,I love the design of the s4 and the beautiful screen, I wonder if the galaxy note 3 will have the snapdragon 800 under the bonnet..

If you believe samfirmware the note 3 will have a s800 or the new exynos.

You cant notice but technology is fast moving. After galaxy note 3 release and s5 there will be a new set of hardwares again.
You have to accept that in time your phone will be outdated regardless of how much you buy it.
You dont need to worry... thats the way it is..
if you want an s800 processor for the s4 buy this instead
shv-e330s
this korean variant is equipped with an s800

Hey guys am having a hard time making a decision over which variant of note 3 to buy, note really concerned about 3G or 4G, am only looking forward to buying the one with more support on XDA. Pls need your opinion on this.

Snapdragon pretty much always has better dev support here.
snapdragon but samsung always releases new firmware and sources first on their exynos devices before snapdragon. I would go for an exynos because it is easier for me to tweak with perseus kernel and has better memory management. gets hot but the processor and gpu are easier to manipulate. Snapdragon is cool though. byt then again, thats just me ranting about
No Snapdragon 810

Samsung is going with their Exynos 7 processor and New Shannon Chipset by Intel for their revised Note 4. Its not a biggie, I'll just go with whatever the US Carriers sell next.
