Has anyone bought from Amazon Wireless

I was wondering if anyone used Amazon wireless before? I just joined verizon using Amazon and bought the gNex. As we know the cdma version has many bugs,and you might get a bad one. I asked them indirectly about replacements eetc and they said they don't do it... What do I do now? Any specific wording I should use when I call again?

I noticed they have the Samsung Note for $249 for new customers. I wonder if they'll match that offer at the AT&T store?

I've never bought any phones from them, but they are notorious for great return policies. I'm sure that carries over to phones as well.

I've bought two phones through Amazon.
The first was the Rezound on Verizon for a penny, the second was the Amaze for T-mobile.
Know that they WILL charge you a fee (I forget what, maybe 150$/250$) if you cancel within 6 months of, buying the phone.
I did however, have an issue, with the charging cable that came with the Rezound, and Amazon wireless was very nice and replaced the whole package (phone, cable charger....) immediately.

I bought a Nexus S 4G from Amazon Wireless last year when I was trying to figure out which carrier worked best in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, it wasn't Sprint, but Amazon Wireless was amazing throughout the whole experience. They took my return with no questions asked and I didn't even have to communicate with Sprint at all--Amazon took care of everything during my 30-day trial period.

I bought my Nexus through Amazon wireless and I've sent it back to Verizon for a replacement. No hassle, just bring the phone into a Verizon store and they will check it out for you.
Not sure if you are asking for a complete refund though, never had to do that :/

[Q] T-Mobile Demo Units?

Does anyone know if/when T-Mobile puts their phones on display in their stores? I would like to purchase the Nexus 4 from Google on the 13th, but I'd like to play with it at the T-Mobile store first....will they have it on display before they release it in the store?

I just got back from my t-mobile store to switch sim cards. I asked them about the Nexus 4 and they weren't really sure what I was talking about, then it clicked with them. They said they didn't have any but I don't have any, but they do is my thought. They can't say that though. She said that they will have some though in a couple days.

S4 Active in Stores this Weekend. How do I purchase?

I am a Canadian living in Canada lol. I want the active but AT&T has the phone only and I am willing to purchase the phone in the USA but does AT&T have straight up purchasing without contract price? Has anyone done this before?

GNote 3 on sale today in AT&T stores

I visited at&t store today and can confirm that they have Galaxy Note 3 in stock and are selling it today. This is in-store as far as I know.
AT&T store in NY.

I work for AT&T...only Note 3 we got is the one employees get.

Visited two AT&T corporate stores in NYC today. They have the demo unit, but no stock to sell, even though the demo unit has pricing, etc. listed next to it. One employee actually told me it was for sale today and I said "I don't think so, but I'll take one in black" - he came back and said he was misinformed by a co-worker and it will be available on 10/4. This was the flagship store in Times Square. I also visited the small store in Rock Center where I work and was told 10/4. Mind you, employees at both originally told me 9/27, then 10/1 and now 10/4...

Just called my local att store (Philadelphia Suburbs) he said they have it on display

Hmmm... I'm going by Best Buy tonight to see if they have them yet. Hopefully they do and I can pick mine up and play with it allllll weekend!:silly:

If you can, try the AT&T corporate store in Jamaica part of Queens. They have white and black unites in stock, and also a demo unit for you to try it.

I'll chalk that up to different markets. Our display doesn't go up until the 3rd for launch on the 4th.

Wish I could, but Jamaica, Queens is a long trip from mid-town

Looks like most of these employees got confused with when they get the actual stock and when they get the demos.

Just called the same 5 ATT stores I've been calling and some said the 3rd and 4th and some said the 1st still.

It's the 4th for the southeast.

Did they say they could sell you a phone right then? I was told today that they will have the units for sale on Oct. 4th by a store on the Upper East side of Manhattan. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=45982456#post45982456)

You guys are making me miss NYC. Brooklyn, crown heights!!!!!
Anyways, out here in grand junction, the best buy doesn't have any on display yet. I'm going to check again tomorrow though.

I think people are using the word "confirm" llike its candy.
We have a bunch of "confirmations" for the last 2 weeks.
Confirmation = Heres my phone with pic of it and receipt.Otherwise you are speculating.

I am not sure why you posted this information. I went to the store and they didn't have any, even after confirming with me on the phone they had phones in stock.I posted my frustrating experience here.

Nexus 6, 64gb AND 32gb, to be available through T-Mobile

Hello,
According to @askdes, a T-Mobile senior product exec as well as various leaked T-Mobile documents from around the web, it appears T-Mobile will carry both storage configurations. 64GB is slated for online only though.
Does this help your decision regarding purchasing the N6? I for one am going for the 64gb, not sure what color yet share your thoughts below!

I'm in Philadelphia,pa. I have an account with them for my mother and sister and they've been happy with it so far.
What would be cool is if we just buy it off the play store and it has all bands I could keep Verizon and just get a new sim. But I have a feeling the pre orders will only be available for the unlocked editions. If it's one phone for all carriers I could switch any time.

I would rather purchase in the store to get store support. I have order from T-Mobile over the phone/online before and any return for warranty issues or returns all has to be done with shipping the product. When you purchase a product in the store you can simply go to the store for your issues and exchange right there if needed. I really want the 64 GB but I don't want to deal with the shipping from purchasing online.

If you buy from Google they handle support pretty well. But I understand going to the store is easier. Will it be available in store as quick as they will be for pre-order online?

Oh I see. I'm on Verizon now but I'm going to order it online from google to try it out before switching providers. If one phone works on all carriers then potentially I could keep unlimited data on Verizon and just change SIM cards.

Internal sales sheets and spec comparisons show both sizes and colors, with a (online) moniker next to the 64GB option.
Also, T-Mobile senior exec has verified on Twitter that T-Mobile will have the 64gb one but online only.
