Hi,
Can anybody out there advise me on what I need to do to get this blue trek G2 headset working properly with my XDA2 ?
It has paired OK with the XDA, I can hear fine from the headset but the mic is not responding to voice input.
I don't think it is a hardware issue with the headset, I paired it with a Nokia 6630 and it worked perfectly.
Is it a problem with the software I'm running in the XDA ? I'm running 2.02t1 WWE, 1.18.00
Any suggestions ?

got a G2 running on my QTEK2020 with rom 2.20CHS.
works perfect.
can also use dial last number direct from the G2 by pressing the key for 2 seconds.
really works like a charm

sounds like you are using handsfree mode?
For my G2, i couldn't get the mic working as well. Seems the mic only works for headset mode.
I must be being stupid !! I cannot get this this thing to respond to voice. It connects the to the XDA perfectly, the last number redial works a treat, the headset icon appears next to signal strength indicator, I can hear through it fine, just nobody can hear me. I've checked the mute function that works fine and isn't enabled. I've hard reset the XDA, rediscovered the G2 but still no voice. Any f urther suggestions ?

The G2 is working properly??? Have you tried it with other phones? Perhaps it has the problem...
I have the G2 as well and it works fine with the 2020...
I am convinced the G2 is working correctly, it works fine with another BT device. Do I need to upgrade my XDA2 to 2.20 CHS ??? or is there a registry tweak I need to make within 2.02t1 WWE ? to get the G2 to work ? If so where can I find it on the forum ?

I had bought used jamin from about month and it was working perfectly ..
but i hadn't the headset of it it was lost by the old owner ...
so i tryied a nokia headset (wired) and it was working propely ... But the mic was not it was using the mic of the i-mat ... anyway i was using the headset only for lestening to songs thats all ..
Today this nokia headset was pluged in in my jamin ... and i slept then when i wake up i unpluged it and try to make a call ... i didn't hear any thing and the one who i was talking to wasn't hearing me ( seems that mic wasn't working ) ... i tryied to use speaker it by pressing speaker on in the the phone touch screen but it wasn't working as if the head set still pluged in then i tryied to call through the headset i heard the man ... but he didn't hear me again ( mic also not working ) seems that there is a problem in the headset socket ...
- i had made soft and hard reset but doesn't work also ...
- When somebody call me ... the speaker works welll ... so there is no problem with speaker
any one can help me ??

it's a known problem for the prophet even with its original headset. There's a very small switch i think in the headset socket in prophet that was stuck in headset mode when you pulled out the headset plug. i think you can reach it with a small pin or something but it's not preferable. time to test your warranty i think

Guys, is there anybody who solved the problem with Trinity and Voip?
Anytime I tried to call someone via Voip the other side can hear me but I can hear nothing neither through earpiece nor the speaker on the back side. It doesn't matter which provider I chose. The same problem with all of them.
It works with skype but the sound comes through the back speaker.
I have searched for the answer in many forums here as well but in vain.
I have also spoken to HTC support but they couldn't help me as well.
It would be great if somebody could help me!!!
i'm encountering problems with my DR-BT20NX
I can paired it without problem with my cruise ( A2DP working fine , managing software from my headset's button)
Listening music works fine
I can make outgoing calls
BUT
I cannot get incoming calls
On incoming calls :
my phone rings first on it's speaker then i can ear a little signal in my headset
the button of my headset don't works
i can't ear anything in my headset
i've to use the phone ( quite dangerous in a car)
I've been trying the latest rom's from Amine,Seya,Shekkar,Syrius,PDAViet and the latest radio : don't work
Downgrading to oldest radio : don't work
It has been working with original HTC Rom
It seems that this problem occurs since the latest W6.1 release ( bug Microsoft with bluetooth stack ? )
Has someone the same problem ?
Is there a way to fix this problem ?

No icon when connecting wired handsfree or earpiece !!
Plus when i connect just headphones phone mic wont work when i answer to calls, i have to disconnect the headphones first!! Any one else having same issue ?

It's a known (intentional) bug. An excellent member (ksatta) has created a fix:

So no icon and no internal mic when using headphones..
