I'm trying to get Kitkat on my rooted LG G2 4.2.2
But I can't seem to find the right thread to start with.
It will be much appreciated if I could get some pointers.
Thank you,

Yes, you can root and No you cannot do any OTA or LG upgrades to it. Because rooting G2 should also be accompanied by installation of custom recovery which doesn't let you do any OTAs or official upgrades.

It won't.
There are no direct rooting methods for 4.4.2 yet.

As far as I'm concerned, there is no root for 4.4.2 yet.
Though you can get back to 4.2.2 and do some magic (Recovery, Root, Flash 4.4.2 as a .Zip, Wipe and keep the Root)
Something like that...
Waiting for Root for kitkat 4.4.2 for LG G2 F320L
Root for 4.4.2 now exists. New ioroot25 was recently released.

Hi. What is your model? Mine is F320L21i. I am worry if this doesn't support my phone and get loops.
I recently brought my phone back to stock using the tot file with the lg flash tool because I heard the kitkat was now available. I forgot to root my phone before I updated and was wondering if anyone new of a root for the lg g2 running ota kitkat update.
