Hi,
I own the Vodafone Galaxy Note 3, and am wanting to root it.
I have searched online and cannot find any specific tutorial for my phone.
I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
Thanks!

Hi buddy,
Thanks a lot for this wonderful work.
This is an awesome ROM and working flawless.
I am having one problem but not sure if it's a real bug or only my problem.
I have flashed V7.0 with full wipe on my Note 3 International (N9005), everything working great but whenever I am calling or receiving any call, The incoming voice volume is very less (even though I have made the volume control full).. It's very hard to understand if I am travelling or the person on other side is speaking gently.
any fix for this will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

I have been looking forever for Canadian Firmware for the wifi only Galaxy tab 2 10.1. I don't know of any others that have video hub preinstalled. If anyone has a backup that they could upload to dropbox so i could grab it and stick it in my dropbox for safekeeping or host it elsewhere, I'd be eternally greatful. Please, anyone, PM me or respond here if anyone knows where i can find this.
Sales code is TSR for my device; that makes the full model number GT-P5113TSR. Please, anyone, help me please.

Hi Guys i have re-flashed my phone with the new rom of Note3 and the problem that i was facing was it got stuck by own and asometimes black screen after downloading apps on phone. i think the reason was that it has something to do with the sim. now i hav the 4g type sim the latest one it is working far better then my old no 3g supported one so. the bug is that it is related to old sim users and i m changing my sim ASAP so i can have fun for the time i was searching for roms everyday and when i reflashed the phone and used my phone with my bro new simcard it was runing far better then the last time so please give a try

Hey everyone, sorry if this is in the wrong place or something, i'm pretty new around here.
Anyway, i have a S4 i9505, rooted and with Philz touch recovery, however, lately it's been constantly soft rebooting whenever it feels like. It is never during anyhting in particular and often it is running perfectly smoothly up to the point where it crashes. At first i thought it might've been a problem with an xposed module or something, however, after disabling them all I no longer think it is.
When the crashing started to happen i was running this firmware:

Although, after it started crashing i thought there may have been a problem with it so i flashed on

(Not sure if this helps)
I have busy box, and xposed, and very few other apps. If anyone has any ideas of what could be doing this, or knows if is there is a way for me to view logs that could tell me, then any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

Hi ,
Maybe knox related , check this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52898151&postcount=6
I've got the following identifiers for my phone:
AP: I9505XXUEND1
CP: I9505XXUEND1
CSC: I9505TELENC1
I've moved from Australia (Telstra) to the US (AT&T). I'm on Jellybean, and rooted so that I could do backups with Titanium Backup. I've started to have stability issues where SystemUI crashes occasionally, and at a rate of about once daily. I haven't been able to identify the cause of the problem. Seems like aLogger only shows me logs when I start it up, which I usually only do after a crash.
I'm considering making a move to KitKat. However, I'm not even sure if there is an upgrade out there for me. I don't see one for either Australia or US. Anyone know if there's an appropriate one for me? And while I'm at it, should I consider changing my baseband from the Telstra one to an AT&T one?
Thanks for your advice.

Hi ,
you can upgrade to any firmware you want , in the USA they S4
You could flash this for example, i mean for the english
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=34317
Country: United Kingdom
Version: Android 4.4.2

That is the latest firmware for the I9505 ....BUT is not possible to root with towelroot to avoid knox warranty bit tripping ( you have to re root after flashing with odin)
you could flash something a little bit older like , so you can root

Regarding the frequencies not 100% sure , AT&T has some frequencies that the I9505 does not work with so it may depends on the specific frequency in where you are at check this:

I am trying to root my Samsung Galaxy S4 i9506 bought in Denmark.
I have found the following guides:
This guide wants me to flash CWM before rooting.
This one wants me to do more or less the same
I get the impression, that these are the types of phones that are compatible with the first guide's files.

The information I have found on my phone by dialing *#1234# does not add up with any of the listed numbers:

Does this mean that my phone is not supported?
This problem aside, I found another guide.
This guide does not have me install ClockWorkMod to root my device. What's up with that? This seems much easier - too easy, really.
Thank you for your help.
1. Try with Towelroot.
2. Try that GUIDE if the step 1 don't works.

TowelRoot did not work.
I found the file that the guide wants me to install. It's the CF-Auto-Root
http://autoroot.chainfire.eu/
Under my model - I9506 - the build number KOT49H.I9506XXUCNH4 is written
I would like to know how important the build number is when rooting. What can I expect. I do NOT want to brick my phone.

Build number is the most important. This mean that all firmwares till that one are tested and CF-Auto-Root works. The process of root is really simple. Take a look this GUIDE too and enjoy your rooted device :highfive:
