I went to service centre to seek for solution. Unfortunately they also unable to fix it, the only solution is motherboard replacement. My phone now still in service centre, hope can get back tomorrow and I will update what they have changed.

note 4
Hi bro..how your note 4 csc? Solved?

I can confirm that your EFS partition is missing or corrupted. If you lost your EFS, you don't have permanent fix. Next time when you do something on your phone... the most important part is to backup your EFS partition which contains the information about CSC and IMEI. I guess the phone put random CSC because the EFS folder was missing. That's why you flash the XME firmware it changed your CSC code to THAILAND. If you have EFS partition backed up, you can restore the partition then try flashing again the firmware. It will work. If not try the following:
Perhaps you can try this: https://www.alfredivy.per.sg/blogger/2014/03/efs-folder-imei-corrupted/
Let me know if it's working.
Note: I have the same phone like yours. I'm from Malaysia and I have full backup of the nandroid for the partition. The service center 'always' talk about motherboard repair, problem with chipset in fact this is only problem with software. At Samsung they actually have better software to restore your phone to the default state not Odin. Odin is just an ancient tool developed by Samsung and was leaked by someone in the organization.

[Q] Going back to stock!

Hello guys and happy new year!
I couldn't resist so I flashed my S4 (9505) with Omega ROM. Now I want to go back to stock firmware but I also want everything runs ok. I flashed MKF with Odin but I can't get the updates. I always get the message "Your device is modified etc" or something like this. I thought that might be the counter so with Triangle Away turn the counter to 0 and the system status to Samsung Official. I unrooted the phone as well but I still get the same message. The strange thing here is that if go to Settings->More->About device->Status, the device status says Custom.
Then I read that CSC should match with firmware and the phone. I didn't know how to check my device's CSC and I found googling about Checkfus app. The product code ends with CYO. Acccording to sammobile the latest firmware for CYO is 4.2.2. I also tried with CSC changer to change the CSC but without success.
Can I have the MKF firmware but getting the updates? CYO is for Cyprus but I'm living at Greece. Greece CSC is EUR and 4.3 it's available.
Thanks in advance,
Sofos.
Try this guide for change ur CSC:

Thank you. It did the trick

Baseband Bricked | SM-N9005

Hello xda users,
today i changed from customrom (cm12 nightly) to stock GNG2 rom on my SM-N9005, because the Official Lollipop Samsung Update release is near.
I started in TWRP with fullwipe and reinstalled GNG2 with pid-file & Nand erase all. After Stock booted up, my modem did not work as usual.
i decided to reflash the correct modem and only fixed sound etc, but not the mobile network. I tried restoring EFS partition in twrp and booted stock again, but nothing changed.
Now i flashed cm12 over twrp again, because i thinked it might be a bootloader issue caused by android 5. Also restored EFS after flashing cm12, but the simcard dont work. (yes i know how to put in a simcard correctly)
The EFS is also a correct backup from my phone. I had this issue 6 months ago and fixed it by releasing the batterie for an evening.
Anyone knows how to fix this?
Thanks, Kezedy

Flash full stock firmware for your device.
What they said.....
Flash the latest stock rom for your region - I mistakenly flashed the wrong one supposedly for the UK and had no network/unknown baseband/no imei! Found the correct one, flashed with odin and it fixed it asap

I wiped the whole phone with TWRP. DONT NAND ERASE ALL in Odin3!
Then i flashed the latest original stock firmware (GNG2) over Odin3 in Downloadmode.
You also need to hardreset after flashing! Then do your first boot. S´hutdown phone and flash the latest Modem via Odin3 in Downloadmode.
That is how it worked for me finally.

Yes, according to the info show in Recovery and also the info in the Phone INFO ★Samsung★, your phone should be N900T, not N9005. Please also note that the Back Sticker in your phone is FAKE, not a original one.
However you have flashed it with another rom/firmware, so now it is not necessary to flash back to its original firmware.
You can flash with a TMB firmware for N900T, or also flash with a stock firmware for N9005.
But don't forget to flash with a appropriate PIT file (with Re-Partition option selected).

Your PIT file it's for N9005?
On Odin v3.09 or 3.10 you can try flash the Modem in this way
Put modem file on CP
download PERSIST file (on attachement) and put on AP
and put your PIT file on PIT
check the box RE-Repartition
It work fine for me :fingers-crossed:

okay I'll explain you
behind the battery there is a label that reads the version of your device
if GT-N90.... I think this is a copy of the note 3 I'm not sure
For me the official note 3 begins by SM-N90 ... (for exemple SM-N9005 or SM-N900T)
if the model of your device is not SM-N9 ... do not flashed rom Note 3 SM-N9.. you can brick your device
after you find the model of your device
seeking the appropriate modem or rom in preference for your region
and if possible the PIT file version your phone
when you have found all his said we

There is nothing in the phone settings that can change or alter the csc it has...
BUT.................................
Here is a link which has the aroma csc installer which you can flash in twrp.
It contains over a 100 different csc for different regions and countries that
you can select from and when you find the one you want and select it in the
aroma csc installer it will flash it automatically flash the csc you select.
Please Note: your phone must be rooted to use the aroma csc installer.
Here is the xda link where you can download the the flashable aroma installer
zip file and where you can read the full easy to follow instructions:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/development/utility-flashable-csc-selection-30-t3392957

The only other way to do it would be to go to http://sammobile.com
and find your exact model of phone with the exact csc you need
then download it & odin flash it. Odin flashing does NOT trip knox.
Flashing official firmware from sammobile does not void warranty
and will not affect samsung pay.
Good luck,
Have a great day!
Or, it may be as simple as an APN issue. With Vodafone UK at least, you can call up and have them send the APN settings down to your phone. I'm sure you should be able to do the same?
Did you get this working?
No

How to find my full stock rom

I have the galaxy s7 edge 935f and I want to restore to the actual stock rom for the phone..
I flashed the stock android n rom yesterday to try out
unfortunately I didn't back up the stock rom
now I'm trying to go back to stock but I'm not sure what my csc or product code is
I used the galaxy info app from the play store but it doesn't tell me my original only the one from the rom.
is there any way to find out using serial number or imei??
Yes with Samsung g smartswitch, there u put ur SN and IMEI and downloads the original firmware of ur device...depends if it was in a multi CSC area..then will be the same firmware but with the default CSC that it set in there...like mine..I'm on ROM CSC but it's part of multi CSC and by default it sets to xeo(Poland)
You can use SamFirm, it'll download the latest stock ROM for your phone.

As long as from official firmware, warranty will not be lost. Warranty lost if you install custom rom / recovery
#btw, you must choose home csc if you do not want to format the device. If you choose csc, then your phone will be like new

It does not matter if you flash other regions.
Well, not sure which language to say it. But there is an illustration like this..
If you download the firmware, you'll get these files:
PDA: System android
BL: Bootloader
CP: Radio
CSC: Region (your phone will be formatted if you choose this)
HOME CSC:Region (doesn't wipe your phone)
