I got a new pending charge on my credit card yesterday, and my shipping notification last night for delivery on Monday. Today that pending charge has completely disappeared, but I thought it would finalize when it shipped. Is anyone else seeing this?

This is very common with cards ran as credit. You'll see an authorization charge, it will fall off then the actual charge appears. Rest assured, they will get their money and you will be given a final charge. Don't spend that money elsewhere unless you like overdraft charges

After looking at my T-Mobile, I would suggest no one uses the T-Mobile website for any reference. It says shipped but also says pending shipping, even though it's already in my city in Florida. Just FYI of my situation.

Don't worry, I don't think any one is really worried about TMOBILE locking their bootloader -we'll know for sure on Monday -no one can know for sure until we get our phones - but there is a high probability it will not be locked.
I changed the shipping to pick up, I'm there first thing Monday morning! UPS usually delivers at 4pm, can't wait that long.

Those of you worrying about your shipping status... I read in another thread if you open a free UPS account (yes without opening an actual shipping account), UPS will ask you to verify your identity by taking a quick survey. Once your label is printed, your tracking number show up. I did this yesterday and it just so happens that my label was created the same day. Lol
My work pre-ordered the note 4 for me in the tmobile store on September 27, they chose regular ground shipping, does this mean I get my shipping upgraded to next day ups? I don't have access to the tmobile site to get the tracking code. Did anyone here get their shipping upgraded when pre ordering in-store? Or is that only for people who ordered online or through phone?
I preordered at store , did ground shipping. It shipped this morning and I will get it Monday. I'm in fl and it left KY. So we got lucky and didn't pay over night.

Go to ups.com then, go to, track by reference number which would be the phone number you ordered the phone for, if a shipping lable has been created ,that will give you an idea.
That's what i did and, sure enough, that's how i found out mine was getting ready to ship.
Even after that, my tmobile was telling me it was on backoredered but, yet, there it was, fixing to ship, which it did at 5:30am this morning.:good:
I will have mine on monday by 3pm.

If so, it won't work if you had it. Your email/name would have to be matching their database. To be placed on their database, one would have to have been on their pre-order list that was submitted before the 22nd of Jan. Those lists were available thru numerous sites such as commenting on the Blog itself, or on notioninkhacks, notioninkfan, notionaddicts etc. Anyone requesting to be added after the 22nd, would be placed on the next pre-order thereafter.

This first batch of preorder 2 involved only a few people. CE of NI mentioned that batch1 was for testing their orders system (probably because a lot of people complained last time not been able to pay etc). Batch 2 will open around 15th of February for those who's email addresses were sent to NI by administrators of various blogs and forums.

Thanks for this feedback.
After all the positive feedback from XDA members (also some negatives) and the obvious enthousiastic support of developers here I was determined to order one this time around.
So was disappointed that I somehow missed the pre-order. Glad to find out actual pre-ordering will start on the 15th.

i got the pre-order saturday morning and with a bit of drama with chase / visa i was able to successfully order mine this morning. yipeee!!!

After looking at it, it has a seperate set of boxes for the shipping address if you want to specify something different. Unfortunately, I still can't order one as they require visa or amex (no mastercard) for payment. If I cant find anyone to let me 'borrow' theirs by the end of the day today, I will probably end up giving my preorder invite to someone here on XDA or NIH. (Don't PM me about it either unless I ask, it will just guarantee that I wont give it to you )

I haven't received any shipping information as of yet. It has been 24 hours since my transaction already went through. I even have a pending charge on my CC. I was thinking of calling Google, I'll reply with any further information I receive.

I can't wait for mine either but i can't help but think that they could have predicted huge demand for either there nexus 4 and 10 with the huge spec and low cost....
I'll be upset if my order is delayed because of them... its Google one of the biggest company's in the world. This should be child's play for them

Ordered in the UK as soon as it was available. Took half an hour as the site was throwing error after error due to the number of people trying to buy Nexus products.
In the end I got TWO orders and I only had one successful order on-screen
Was told they couldn't cancel either. Multiple phone calls and escalations later and one has been cancelled, but the other is just in state "pre-ordered" and none of the staff know what that order status even means! They've had to escallate the issue.
No tracking. No payment taken. Yet it is supposed to arrive by tomorrow.
Dreadful experience from the Google Play store. Absolute shambles.

Kinda feels like you're being jipped, paying 14 bucks for 2-day shipping, but having to wait for 2 days to have them "process" it.
Nexus 10 order received, put in box, pack with peanuts, close box, label box, put box on truck. Its not rocket science.
I got my shipped email. My tracking reference shows it as being delivered to Christchurch on 1 November. Will give them a call tomorrow and find out what gives!!
Mines tracking too but the consignment numbers take up to 24 hours to update to the new system. Be patient, you'll get your goods.
Which means they're early by one day.

Mines was ordered by my father as a birthday/Christmas gift. He ordered it, sent to my address but used his gmail account so I can't see shipping info. He forwarded me order number but I can't tell if its been shipped! I also live in CA not far from the order details Google address.

I ordered just after 8am in UK, some people who ordered at kid day have had tracking numbers already.
Over 36 hours later and my order still says pending, and I called up to be told it'll ship by early next week.
Why on earth am I paying £10 for them to take a week to ship me something?

Same here, except the girl wouldn't tell me any estimations on shipping. She would only tell me it takes 1-2 days to process...
oh well I paid 14$ for 2 day shipping. I don't expect it to arrive next week. better be this friday... also they probably ship from CA, and Im in CA. so hopefully..

Does that mean you have to go back in time to get it on the 1st? All I ever heard was how good Google is with this stuff, and it doesn't seem like they were ready... I guess with any big release there are going to be issues.

Apparently sites such as Amazon etc are starting to confirm that HTC has In fact delayed the release of the phone. Still not 100% but it's looking certain that it probably won't be in our hands this week :'( I was planning on going in store and picking it up this Friday by upgrading my contract, seems like I won't be able to do that if the dates are true!

I asked yesterday (using the "Live Chat" facility on their website) if my order was still due for delivery on the 15th and the guy said it was. When I checked earlier today, they were still advertising the phone as "order today for delivery on 15/03". So, grounds for optimism, I think.
I have been bombarding them every day as sad as it may sound but the sooner I get rid of this BB the better!
the same answer as been given to me time and time again and that is if there is a delay, a text and email will be sent out and also the website will be updated to reflect that.

Not sure if this helps or is relevant but i called up phones4u today to confirm the cancellation of my order which was done over the weekend and the lady said "are you phoning up to cancel because there is no stock?" to which I just said no just wished to cancel and wanted to know if it had all gone through.
There is no point asking them coz they don't have exact answer about delivery or delayed because this things are out of their working or knowledge area they can inform you only those things which they have written on their computer screen, they will never answer about delay or delivery, I asked many times through different sources like Email, Over the phone, in-store but they don't know anything about it but one thing is sure that they will get stock on 13 or 14th then they start deliver for 15th as they promised, delayed only caused by delivery companies like Royalmail or whatever they choose to deliver due to high numbers of destination but don't expect delay more than 1-2 days
I advise people don't waste time looking or asking about it as HTC clearly mention on their official website that There is no problem or delay for UK region if any delay or short supply they will publish or inform through their website and P4U also inform buyers through email if any delay in processing

just been in store in perth scotland they have dummie handset none of staff knows anything about tariffs or pricing or dates. a girl phoned head office and put me on the phone to a sales person who sold me a htc one silver on Vodafone upgrade. 600min, unlimited txt 500mb data 1gb btopenzone £60 cash back free phone 24mth contract .i asked about free beats headphone and flip case was told he thought they were out of stock but would put me down for them and i would have to wait and see. when i asked about delivery he told me they had stock and would dispatch on the 14th for delivery on the 15th with no problems .when i got in i got a missed call from p4u so called them back they told me there were no problems with the order and i should get it on the 15th we will have to wait and see .i had an order with mobile phones direct on pre-order on the 8 march was told then delivery on the 15th yestarday that was changed to within 18 days .i phoned mobile phones direct to cancel pre-order and was told that they have an email from htc saying launch is put back to 29th march and he was surprised p4u had stock and where still looking to deliver on the 15th march.lets hope these are just rumors and there is stock for some UK sellers

You were suppose to go into my tmobile and login in there...then choose upgrade phone on the line that you wanted to upgrade. It will give you options and you would choose the phone number that has to be upgraded. Otherwise, you may have just added another line. Call them and confirm your status on this order.

The lady i talked to told me.. cause i added another line back in JULY thats the fee im seeing... but all my stuff looks correct she said..

I did. I choose UPGRADE. I don't know what the $10 add a line is about. I didn't choose any new number. This is weird.

Hey thanks for the tip. Just placed my Jump upgrade from the HTC M8 to the Note 4. Now what to do with the OnePlus I've been using instead of the M8 for the last couple of months.... Ah, I'll replace the wifes Note 3 with the OnePlus... That'll do it.

The online pre-order delivery is scheduled to start on Oct 17. I checked in the store, and was told they will have it there on Oct 10. Anyone else got similar info?

Apparently the T-Mobile website doesn't want me to use my Jump upgrade with the pre-order because it's giving me all kinds of issues. Might just have to stop by my local T-Mobile store @ lunch to put it on pre-order.
I'm waiting to get my on launch day for 2 reasons. #1 not sure if I want black or white. #2 every time I pre order I run into some type of issue. I don't think stock will be low. Not many people want such a "big" device

So, I just ordered and instantly got a text with a UPS tracking number saying it has been shipped?! Says Estimated delivery date is 10.02.14. Could that possibly be true?

I didnt get any tracking number. I order at 9 AM EST.
Its been a while since ive been on XDA. just preordered by Note 4 Charcoal today from TMo. Website said it would ship around 10-15-14. Received an order text saying i should received my Note 4 on Friday 10-3-14 which is 7 business days after order! Ive been rocking a nexus 5 since jan. Nothing else has caught my eye until now.
Preordered my Note 4 in local store, no exact delivery date they said 4 to 7 bus days from today.

I pre ordered mine yesterday morning at my local Tmobile
store and paid the full price but I did not get an email from
tmobile with ups tracking number, the only email I got was
a more or less "thank you for your purchase" and so on.
hmm.........
I am in california if that means anything.

I pre-ordered the note 4 yesterday morning, but the only two color
options to choose from was black or white.
Is the black phone actually charcol color?

I believe the techincal color is charcoal. But same damn thing to me. Kind like Apples Space grey..
Google wallet closed my wallet account and my wallet card cause they thought fraudulent activity was going on. They didnt even bother to ask me before assuming.
My note 4 preorder was assigned to that card. So I called tmo, explained that I needed to update my card information. And I was told I have to wait for it to decline first. Kool beans.
Well like 5 hours later I see a google wallet message for a declined $59 charge from tmo. Im like can it be. No no no, its no where near 10/17. So I get a text from tmo to call a number.
I call and sure enough rep says they are shipping Note 4's earlier than expected. Wven with ground shipping, my order may come way b4 the 17, like 4 days.
WTF ))))))))
They been hinting at an early launch for people who pre ordered online.

I just got a text saying my card was charged! Anxiously waiting for a shipping number! I opted for next day, so maybe tomorrow?
My card got charged too. Which I swear I saw that they would charge it once the device ships... I am super excited and hope I get mine tomorrow (did next day shipping because I am impatient)
Another person has received his tracking number already and some people have confirmed with tmobile that they have started shipping.

I got txt msg that my payment didnt go thru. I am suprised. So I just called and she took my # and everything has been submitted. She says she will follow up with me tomorrow. I dont know why my cc charge didnt go thru. Everything is fine. Even my monthy payment is on this card. She say I will not loose my place.
It will be shipping soon. I hope tomorrow.

My local tmobile has been swearing up and down they were going on sale on the 10th in stores... I kept on asking them, if they were sure cause that's the international release date...then they would be like umm no we should be releasing on the us release date, whatever that is...
Their lack of certainty is what made me just pre-order online... but now I wonder if they really will get them in for release tomorrow??? I'm gonna call them...

Ditto, although I didnt pre-order as soon as most of you so I dont expect my order to ship till next week.
I hate Chase cc. They are always over over cautious!
Finally after 3rd try, my order has been charged from T-mobile. I got the confirmation txt from Chase my card has been charged.
I will get it next week. Its gonna be the longest days of my life. LOL

Same here, I got charged this morning. I later called a tmob rep, and he was actually surprised and kinda hinted for an earlier shipment date. Pre ordered mine on the 2nd.....
Says processing, but not backorder now. Debit authorization hit my bank earlier today.
P.S. the tmob said that I should expect a tracking number tonight or tomorrow..... seriously tmobile, you waited till the weekend to ship them.... here goes 2 days for nuthin'
