You were suppose to go into my tmobile and login in there...then choose upgrade phone on the line that you wanted to upgrade. It will give you options and you would choose the phone number that has to be upgraded. Otherwise, you may have just added another line. Call them and confirm your status on this order.

The lady i talked to told me.. cause i added another line back in JULY thats the fee im seeing... but all my stuff looks correct she said..
what is the deal about getting them in stores on release day? I don't want to wait for shipping time. I don't think they've ever done pre orders before, at least I don't fermenter it for the note 2 or 3. I'm thinking stock will be low. what do you guys think?

I did. I choose UPGRADE. I don't know what the $10 add a line is about. I didn't choose any new number. This is weird.

Hey thanks for the tip. Just placed my Jump upgrade from the HTC M8 to the Note 4. Now what to do with the OnePlus I've been using instead of the M8 for the last couple of months.... Ah, I'll replace the wifes Note 3 with the OnePlus... That'll do it.

The online pre-order delivery is scheduled to start on Oct 17. I checked in the store, and was told they will have it there on Oct 10. Anyone else got similar info?

I didnt get any tracking number. I order at 9 AM EST.
Its been a while since ive been on XDA. just preordered by Note 4 Charcoal today from TMo. Website said it would ship around 10-15-14. Received an order text saying i should received my Note 4 on Friday 10-3-14 which is 7 business days after order! Ive been rocking a nexus 5 since jan. Nothing else has caught my eye until now.
Preordered my Note 4 in local store, no exact delivery date they said 4 to 7 bus days from today.

I pre ordered mine yesterday morning at my local Tmobile
store and paid the full price but I did not get an email from
tmobile with ups tracking number, the only email I got was
a more or less "thank you for your purchase" and so on.

They renewed my line with the $199 pricing, priority shipping, and waived activation fee. I'm quite happy with them right now. Very excited to get back on Android (currently using iPhone 5, don't ask lol).

Sprint is offering the M8 for $249 for existing upgrade-eligible customers, but $199 for new customers!? WTF?
Just ordered mine from ATT. business account so had issues to start. THey said it wasnt available for business customers yet. transferred to customer assistance and they were able to order it. He said it would ship today or tomorrow, havent received any tracking info yet.

This is very common with cards ran as credit. You'll see an authorization charge, it will fall off then the actual charge appears. Rest assured, they will get their money and you will be given a final charge. Don't spend that money elsewhere unless you like overdraft charges

Don't worry, I don't think any one is really worried about TMOBILE locking their bootloader -we'll know for sure on Monday -no one can know for sure until we get our phones - but there is a high probability it will not be locked.
I changed the shipping to pick up, I'm there first thing Monday morning! UPS usually delivers at 4pm, can't wait that long.

Those of you worrying about your shipping status... I read in another thread if you open a free UPS account (yes without opening an actual shipping account), UPS will ask you to verify your identity by taking a quick survey. Once your label is printed, your tracking number show up. I did this yesterday and it just so happens that my label was created the same day. Lol
My work pre-ordered the note 4 for me in the tmobile store on September 27, they chose regular ground shipping, does this mean I get my shipping upgraded to next day ups? I don't have access to the tmobile site to get the tracking code. Did anyone here get their shipping upgraded when pre ordering in-store? Or is that only for people who ordered online or through phone?
I preordered at store , did ground shipping. It shipped this morning and I will get it Monday. I'm in fl and it left KY. So we got lucky and didn't pay over night.

Go to ups.com then, go to, track by reference number which would be the phone number you ordered the phone for, if a shipping lable has been created ,that will give you an idea.
That's what i did and, sure enough, that's how i found out mine was getting ready to ship.
Even after that, my tmobile was telling me it was on backoredered but, yet, there it was, fixing to ship, which it did at 5:30am this morning.:good:
I will have mine on monday by 3pm.
Mine says it'll leave the warehouse on 11/21. Bleh.
I ordered it on Oct 29 at 1:51 PM EDT.

What you're hearing? You mean the people referring to the previous Nexus launch?
I'm pretty sure everyone who got an order in was given the same shipping date placeholder. As with most pre-orders like this, they are giving out a longer than anticipated ship date just in case. Ask anyone who has pre-ordered any of the other nexus phones from google.... they shipped out well before the initial placeholder date.

No. I was referring to the ship date that was cited for the N9. And my bad on not having a link, but all I'm recalling was post that was probably pure speculation anyway.
Here in Norway at proshop.no they expect it in 03.11. I have ordered mine and they say that it should be shipped from them late the 03.11.
Fun but also strange that we can have it very early. Normally its 2-3 weeks later over here.

Leaving warehouse on 11/21/2014 but I doubt that'll hold true. Sooner if anything.
I really hope it's true that they send them out before the 21st. I was quick enough to select next day shipping too so hoping to get it ASAP.
I tried speaking directly with Google. I said to my Nexus 5, "hey google when will my nexus 6 ship?". It responded with a list of URLs that don't tell me when my Nexus 6 will ship. Guess I just have to wait.

On the 20th associate called and told me that the it would be delayed for at least few weeks. On the 21st late in afternoon, they called and told me my Note 7 is ready for me. I told him, it is too late. I went pick up from elsewhere. Sam is suck!!! I would not do this with them again.

I claimed my galaxy buds was just wondering if anyone had received theres yet I know it can take up to 30 days also wanted to know if they just turn up or if you are able to track the parcel ?
I just got notice that mine will be here this Thursday w/tracking number.

It tells you when you should expect to receive them....
Mine arrived when I got my phone. I think that was March 6th/
I've had my claim approved and validated on the 12 March, still no info about shipment, hopefully soon as my old Samsung Level U are at the end of their life .
@ Gilley, when does it say when can you expect them?Have you received an email or something? I do not have any details, when i check my claim status it just tells me when it was approvde/validated. Nothing else.

Oh when I submitted and it got approved mine said week of April 1st and my buddy who did it later in the day had one saying "week of April the 8th" . Guess not everyone got it that way, my b
I just had my request approved. They sent an email saying that I should receive a $130 coupon to use at the Samsung shop within 4 to 6 weeks? Does this sound correct? Should I expect another email with the voucher and then order the buds from the Samsung shop? Or do they just send out the buds?
Got mine 3/11 you should see the tracking number in your Samsung orders once the box ships.

The demand for the buds exceeded their expectations, so if you didn't get in early the stop sending the buds and instead send a coupon so you can get the buds from a retailer whenever in stock.

Ya, had heard beforehand that they were issuing the coupons. So for those that were issued the coupon, did they email it, mail it, or issue it to your account on Samsung and how long after approvel did they receive it? Wanting to know what to look for next.
Has anyone ordered phone from EE in UK? If so I got told that they would send me buds directly and I don't need to do anything. Is that correct?

Nope. You need to sign into the Samsung Members app when you get your phone and apply. They originally told me the same thing, but I was dubious. Turns out they were spouting nonsense.

To be fair, this was live chat which is historically terrible but my claim was validated with the delivery note EE sent, so all is OK. Apart from anyone who hasn't applied yet thinking theirs are in the post...Limited Stocks and all that.

Yeah, same. I already have bluetooth headphones and the AKG ones in the box are perfectly 'OK' but I love a new bit of tech to play with so I'm looking forward to them. Only (About) a fortnight to go hopefully.
