You weren't kidding, lol!!! All I've got is a Note 3 case that looks more and more like it won't fit. Had to send my Note 3 back and decided to just wait for the 4.

I had a note 2 for a long while. skipped the 3 and started saving my cash very early on. People were always telling me stock is better so I bought a one plus to see what it was all about. I'm going to hang on to it but for me the Note series is my flagship killer lol.

Yeah I'm waiting to see root ability as well. I really don't want to trip Knox but I may have too. I'm going to purchase SquareTrade as well so if anything and Samsung denies me I can use them.

I am so so ready. Went to best buy to check out the note 4 and man! made me even more impatient. lol. I have my spigen neohybrid case and glass screen protector ordered on amazon but it says it wont ship till the 15th. Hate playing the waiting game. The device felt solid! played with the heart rate sensor and front camera a lil bit. the auto focus seemed pretty quick IMO. The display, when watching a demo video was pretty freaken clean. I think im going to really enjoy this device.

why is spigen charging $3 for shipping? i don't recall any of their products with a shipping fee. it doesn't say what thickness that glass SP is either, .3mm?
Xposed is great! Makes me even enjoy touchpiss! These days I could care less about buggy AOSP builds etc and I've been around since the beginning of Android. We've come a long ways since my old G1. Cant wait for this baby to be released! My N2 is running great but this is going be a HUGE upgrade for me. I'll probably use my urban armor case if it looks as good as the Note 2s version. A tempered glass cover as well and this puppy will be unstoppable!

Lol! Same here! I have two closets full of old tech equipment as far back as the early 90's. Old parts come in handy sometimes. Just used an old charger from a laptop when my new signal booster shipped with a faulty power cord. Btw... Those new LTE boosters are great! Found a window in the house with -80 to -85 dBm and now get 4 bars throughout the house! I recommend to grab one while they are aren't on backorder again like the 3g ones.

I'm thinking of getting this, but I can't see any holes for the speaker! It's only 9.99 and I'm amazed Caseology can make something that looks so nice for such a low price. I had one for my Note 3, but it only had button cut-outs, not those nice inset buttons like I see in the picture.

It's awesome! I get about 2 days of battery life. Links flawlessly with the Note4. I love the auto-call forwarding when the 2 are not paired. Best smart watch I've ever had or seen! (I have tried the Omate, Gear2, Kreyos)

Obviously it has it's pros and cons like any other gadget but I bought it because I liked the design a lot. People say that it's huge but like I said it doesn't feel huge when it's on because of the curve. I'm pretty sure the 360 and LG G watch R are thicker. I'm happy with it so far.

It's $350 at T-Mobile and I just financed it so the wife won't yell at all at once. LoL. Only black but you can change the band when available. I said the same thing with tablets but had to try one. After a few months I sold my Nexus 7. I prefer my phablet since I can type a lot quicker on it then a tablet plus it can still fit in my pocket. I didn't think I would ever get a smartwatch but after seeing the Gear S I had to try it. I'll decide after 14 days if it's a keeper or not but you have to pay to play for good stuff. lol

My T-Mobile stores just had a demo but no stock. I had to order it and the manager said he would take care of the $25 overnight shipping. I'll have to check my bill since he was going to credit me. I just had to pay $53 and change. I did see that I'm being charged $15 a month to finance it. It says on the website $14.58 a month and $5 for the line so I need to find out about that as well. If I keep it I'll probably pay it off in a month or two.
I bought it out right on AT&T for 299 off contract. Tmobile wanted 349 Verizon wanted 399 so they all do the same thing so went with the 299 version.
This device is stuffing the megillah. $350....I rather carry a nexus 5

Applied for a return too. Loved the design and the hardware, but in actual use it does not justify the price tag.
Maybe I would have kept it if it was like $299, but converted to US dollars I paid around $500 for the 16GB in my current country. Not worth it by a longshot.
I returned mine. To HTC to fix the buttons and the light bleed issues. I was able to get the the 32GB version for 399 with 429 dollar price match at best buy from amazon, and 30 dollars worth of best buy certificates. I absolutely love the tablet, but if HTC doesn't fix the buttons and screen, I'll likely get a refund on it.

Bought and returned 3x looking for one with reasonable buttons and an acceptable amount of light bleed. To no avail. #3 is also going back, this time for good, until HTC gets some of these quality control issues in check.
It's a shame, because I really want to love this tablet. And I already sold my Nexus 7...
Nexus 9 alumni here also...switched to the ipad air 2 and enjoying this battery life

Yes, better battery, but I'm not so sure jb and/or apps running with jb haven't lowered it (iPad 3 ios8.1.1). I borrowed this iPad to try it since N9 quality is still a crap shoot. I love the display size and clarity. That's it. But, since having it for over a week, I scarcely pick up my N7 FHD (I hate the buttons on N7 so recessed buttons on N9 won't do--even using soft buttons). This iPad screen is much easier for me to read. JB was even simpler than with Nexus, but still not what I want. Personally, I think the N9 is about $80. overpriced, but I'll probably end up trying one ($50. off) before long.

My iPad's sit piled up with my iPhone 6 on top. I havent used them in about 2 months.. Don't have my nexus 9 or 6 yet so I can't actually compare. But I am not 75 and don't need to be in a walled garden of sorts (assisted living environment).. IOS is good for non technical people that don't want to really think. I just prefer the customization and unlock ability of android. Don't get me wrong I always stay current with both IOS & Android as they both make strides every OS revision.

I got the N9 to replace my paperweight N7 first gen that I managed to hard bricked doing a factory reset, and the bootloader is borked. Anyway, before the N9, I used my MBP 15" but now N9 travels with me around my house perimeter.

I didn't want to play the lottery with Best Buy, so I sent mine back to HTC with specific instructions on what needed fixing. If they ship it back to me and it's not to my liking, I'll get a refund from Best Buy. I can live without the tablet for 7-10 days, and if they fix it, awesome.

No tracking number for mine yet, called moto. Still on target for monday.

Does anyone know any really cheap prepaid plan to look into? Right now I think my best bet is Ting or US Mobile. I don't need anything more then 30 minutes/texts or so a month. But would like around 1 gig of data so I can try the different fitness apps that use data and gps.
Sorry if this is an inappropriate place to ask this but shipping/waiting rooms have been places for off topic discussions from my past experience.

The only issue I have thus far is it's not rooted, but that's a WIP. Everything works the way it should. I have a Sandisk 128GB card in it, formatted FAT32 with 4096 cluster. Don't let that 32GB max scare ya, toss a 64 or 128 in there, just format it FAT32. Wifi works great, pixel density doesn't bother me, I can fit my hand around the phone and touch fingers. The battery life so far is phenomenal, I had a 2.5hr conference call Wednesday night, went from 100% to 89% at the end. Bought the black one, and bought the 3 pack of yellow/red/blue bands. I'm digging the yellow/black combo. Only thing not caring for, camera while fast processing, is taking grainy pictures. Pics below are using my Nikon AW110.

got mine last night. this phone is amazing for a mid-range. i cant believe how smooth it feels and how crisp and clear the lcd is. compared to my desire 610 i took back yesterday it blows it away x10. cannot wait for root and roms. moto did a great job.
I ordered mine today (Mar 7th), and my confirmation e-mail says March 17th.
We'll see what happens.
I really hope this comes out before the end of September. That would be really dumb to miss the opportunity to snatch up the upset Samsung customers (we have until 9/30 to exchange Note 7 for new one or change phones).
Why would they not announce the release date at the big conference??

Returned my loaner/bridge phone today,making room for the V20.
Not ruling out picking up the Note 7 again,especially if they beat LG to the punch & have it available again before the V20 hits the street.
JMHO,ya can't go wrong w/either,but,since I've already tried out the Note 7, I'd rather have the V20 at this point.
They really need to get this badboy out and about NOW! The timing couldn't be better!!
I was a bit shocked they didn't do a pre-order for the V20. But still, when they announce a phone and do a press conference, they need to at least give a date on availability even if it is up to the carrier to set price.
i read somewhere the V20 will be available at t-mobile i think the 20th or 23rd of this month

I don't plan on picking up another Note 7 until I get a chance to do some hands on with the V20. I'm perfectly happy with my Note 3 at the moment. It's not as fast as the 7 is, but it does everything I need it to.
One thing that really bugged me about the N7 was the WiFi throughput. My N3 is 3-5 times faster copying files from a local samba share on two different wireless lans.
I absolutely love the N7's camera though. Best camera I've ever seen on a phone.
And if LG doesn't get the V20 out by the 30th, I'll just return the N7.

+1... Can't stand the curved edge on the N7. I thought i could grow to love it but nope. Also my battery didn't last more than 5 hours. I'm a power user and i need at least 6 or 7. Hope the V20 can do the trick.

i can't stand the curved edge either. one of the many reasons i am getting rid of my note 7. well at least with the v20 the battery is removable so i am sure they will come out with longer lasting batteries

This is one of the big reasons I won't buy a Note 7.
Getting a tempered glass screen protector to work on a curved screen? Nope.
The two phones I'm looking at to upgrade from my G4 are the LG V20 and 128GB Nexus Marlin / Pixel XL
That's mostly a choice between having a removable battery and microsd card reader vs having stock Android and more frequent updates.
I can't understand why the Nexus phones don't have MicroSD card readers, and I would never buy a 32GB phone with no microsd card reader in it. But at least it is possible to charge them with a portable battery.
Also, I won't buy a V20 if it doesn't have the ability to unlock the bootloader.

I'm hoping for a release and price announcement this week. If the T-Mobile rep was correct with his/her information then pre-orders should begin on Wednesday.
And like most of you have already posted in this thread, I can't wait to trade in my S7 Edge for the V20 and go back to a flat screen. The S7E was the first phone I used with the curved edge and after 6 months of using it I can't stand it. This will be the last time.
As of 9/14/16 @0400 EDT, T-Mobile's site has the LG V10 marked down from $599 to $499,the 1st price reduction since a temporary price break about 10 months ago.

My guess is pre-orders for the LG V20 are imminent,look for it later today if you're going by a reddit post stating 9/14 as the preorder launch date & a retail availability of 9/23/16 (T-Mobile US).

Edit: Well, I looked at the wrong transaction. There was another transaction for the correct amount. Ordered the cases and they have shipped. Will test then out and report back.

The original e-mail I sent to participate via their website got a response same day. I applied at about 1AM and got a reply at 4PM.
The funds for purchasing the case after submitting the screenshot arrived just over three hours after I e-mailed it to them.
I got the $$$ in PayPal first and then I ordered both cases. I got shipment notification today.
Why there are no cases on schnail's official website for note 20 ultra?
I got my completely free cases (one for ultra, one for just the note 20) today. Seem nice. Buttons are snappy. Seems durable. I will post a better overview later tonight.
So an update on my case...
I actually like this case a lot. It feels pretty durable. The sides have a grippy texture. The buttons,like I said previously, are very responsive, which tends to be a big issue with other cases. The case also has a usbc cover flap, which I find super helpful, as on my pixel 3xl, the usb c port is the first thing that broke on the device. The case is thick enough to eliminate the camera bump on both phones.
The one place that this case seems to have issues is the kickstand. Perhaps it will wear over time, however I have a really hard time opening the kickstand and retracting it. The design forces me to use my fingernails to open it, however I don't really have fingernails. My wife seems to have no issues with her note 20 case/kickstand (however she does have fingernails to open it, and she does have a hard time retracting it. ) Perhaps this issue will remedy itself over time/use.
I think this will replace my spigen case my wife had and will definitely cover my note 20 Ultra.

Got my case today for my note 20 ultra
Feels good in the hand it's rugged enough to protect the phone, but less bulky than other heavy duty cases, the buttons are clicky no issues pressing the button.
USB port nice detail for extra protection, will keep posting my experience as I use it daily.

Received my cases and giving the Ultra one a spin. First impressions are that this is a nice looking case and feels good in the hand. The kickstand takes a little prying to take out and it doesn't seem to work in portrait mode (the pictures on Amazon makes it look like it does). Wireless charging worked on a flat charger that I have, but doesn't on my other stand charger. I'll keep it on for a couple days before giving additional comments.
