Guys!
Is there a way that the virtual keyboard will popup as soon as I open the contact. I use TF3D panel. Some kind of script or registery key that would help. It would be really helpful as the A B C D on the left are too tiny and a keybord will save a lot of time in hunting the name from 100s of contacts that i have.
Can anyone help me on this?
What's wrong with just sliding open the real keyboard and using that? You don't even need to use the stylus then, which you don't realy want to be holding while making a call, or putting back in the phone in the middle of one.

I don't know how to resolve YOURS problem, but i think much better use some contacts managers, like VITO FunContacts of Inesoft AdressBook.
I like FunContacts. http://iwindowsmobile.com/contact-manager.html
Yeah u can use the slider undoubtly but then when ur driving or in a real hurry its better.
Thanks AlexDem
will check that option too

It's not about keyboard sound while typing, but it's off. I'd like to turn off the "beep" sound while dialling phone number with dialler.

It should say "keypad", not keyboard, but you could have at least looked after he'd made the effort to help.
Go to Settings>Menu>All Settings>Personal>Phone and set the Keypad option to "None".

Thanks for the fast answer.... I tried this but did not work... the value was "2"..change to "5"... nothing...changed to "0" and still the same...
Another tip?...
Try settings > all settings > personal > input then click on the bottom tab "Options" (it's not the same as the options box near the top!) and check what the "default zoom for typing" is - I have mine at 100%
Also check in settings > all settings > system > screen and click on the "text size" tab at the bottom where you can obviously adjust the text size

try hd2 tweak
Isn't there a reg key that can be changed?
Heared that hd2 tweak is conflicting with an other tweak app?

I think i've found the location of the sound files would need some one to confirm though ...
HKCU/ControlPanel\Sounds\DTMF
DTMF#
DTMF*
DTMF1
DTMF2
ECT.
Don't quite know how to disable though maybe just remove them?
OK i can confirm.. I just deleted DTMF* and upon pressing the * key it will not make a sound.
So just try modifying them rather than delting them.
why not just go in Start>Settings>Personal>Phone and choose keypad off?

LOL! Yeah that is alot easier
There's an easier way to disable the sounds when dialing a number.
Just go in Start menu > Settings > Menu (in the bottom of the settings tab) > More > Personal > Phone (next to Owner informations)
Here you can desactivate the keys sounds.
EDIT : I was late

Sorry, but thats just made my day!
I did something similar the other week. I looked for a complicated solution to a simple problem.
Hello,
after a failed clearRAM operation, my phone is not able to lauch the HTC sense interface when the device is rebooting. I have to force it (somehow).
I found on the net some solution for the HTC HD2, but is there a way to restore the normal enviroment without a reset for the HTC HD mini?
Thanks in advance.
I've had this kind of experience.
Go to Settings > Home.
Click on "Items" tab.
Scroll down the list and check the box of "HTC Sense".
Click Done.
