Moto X ROM anywhere? - Droid RAZR M Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has ever encountered a port from the Moto X for our phone. I love how that build feels and was looking to see if anyone had tried tackling that.

Any kernels out yet?

Just wondering if anyone has started working on any yet?
Also, would any droid 2 kernels work with the pro or no? I know when I go on mobile facebook, it detects my phone as being a droid 2.

DROID 2 to ntelos?

I was recently given a DROID 2 on vzw but I have ntelos. Can this be switched over? I've tried searching for info but no dice so far. I have other ntelosdroid phones if I need to use one as a donor.

So what you want is to have actual minutes, data, etc. without a package? Just want to make sure I'm reading this correctly.
I know that my unactivated Droid X still connects to the Verizon towers, it just doesn't do anything.
If you just want to use the phone for surfing on Wi-Fi, Google Voice, etc, you can bypass the activation by touching the four corners of the screen in a clockwise direction starting with the upper-left when it says to touch the Android to activate.
In most cases, it'll re-request activation each boot, but this can be dismissed by simply pressing the Back key.

[Q] Nexus 4 & Active Display app from Moto X

They just released the Active Display app to Google Play for the Moto X.
Is there ANY way we can use this app on our phones?
It was possible to have the Moto X camera so I was hoping that this would also work.

I've tried it, but it's not as good.
Pocket mode wasn't working for me and the lockscreen was acting strange.
I also tried Active Notify.
Would love to see a Moto X rom for the Nexus 4
Works like a dream for me..

I would love to try this app .
You can try changing the build.prop file entries to that of the Moto X...

There are a couple threads about users using xposed.
You could post there.
