i wonder if anyone else seems to see what i am. with the screen off angle the screen to reflect white light. you get a kind of rainbow pattern. this afaik is fairly normal. but i notice on the top edge of the screen the rainbowing seems to compress. im assuming this is because the mesh within the screen is crimped within a frame. what im noticing on mine is on the top left hand corner theres a tiny oval blob of the rainbowing as if the layers are seperating underneath the glass
is anyone else seeing it in the same spot or just me
bumpiiddy?

Today I noticed a little black line on top of a few pixels on my tab. Any idea what this may be causing this?
To me it almost looks like a little hair or dust got underneath the screen. If so, any idea how I may be be able to get rid of it?
It is so annoying as it covers about 4 pixels!
When I first got my Nexus 7, I checked to see if there was any noticeable screen lift, and I didn't notice any. I could use my tablet without issue, and can still use it without issue.
Yesterday I decided to actually inspect my tablet over carefully though (was bored at the moment). Turns out, either the glass screen itself or the silver bezel is uneven? The glass either goes above the bezel, or the bezel goes above the glass, at a few random spots.
The top of the tablet is fine. The middle of the left side is raised a bit, the bottom of the right side is raised a bit, and the entire bottom isn't as far down as the top.
I don't have any poping/cracking noises when I press on the screen, and afaik, all touches are registered without issue. Everything seems to be working just fine.
There is a saying about not fixing what isn't broken, but, is there perhaps a way to make the screen go down below the bezel more evenly?
I have dropped my S4 a few times, luckily most of the times it was with the ultra thin plastic case. Case did the trick of stopping the glass shattering, but I've noticed an irregular shape appearing beneath the glass in the upper right edge (where the phone has fallen once). The irregularly shaped blob has different colour than the rest of the blue bezel around the screen, it seems that the screen has delaminated from the blue background layer on that part. Phone works without any problems.
Has anyone else been having the same problem (I've seen it also on my colleagues S4, same reason), and is there any easy way to fix it (applying heat/pressure to the delaminated part or something similar)?
The glass digitizer screen is stuck on to the LED screen behind it with an Optical Glue.
I wouldn't think that a small part would come away like that, more likely you have damaged the LED screen.
Hi guys,
Received my 6P today and noticed that the screen is slightly loose on the bottom left corner. It moves slightly if i pay close attention and push down with a bit of force.
Here is a picture where you can see the black of the screen slightly higher on the left side compared to the right.

Anyone else have this on any corners of their device?
Get a replacement. That is defective. Over time that will become a problem
Hey, so I was just wondering, does anyone else have a small blue/red light visible on their screen over dark backgrounds? I'm not sure when it could've happened, but apparently too much pressure was applied and now my screen is slightly damaged. Depending on the angle I look at it, the light is either red or blue.
Is there any fix to this? Will replacing the screen work, or will I need to start saving up for a replacement device? I'm not entirely averse to doing that; the magnetic lock/wake sensor is on the wrong side of the phone, the bottom speaker grille is loose, and now this issue is present (I probably caused this one, but still). I just thought this phone would last a couple more years tbh.
