I tried to go on chrome and it keeps making aw snap pages and anything on phone that connects to the internet now just crashes right away. Is there any fix? WHAT DO I DO?:crying:

Hi guys, I just updated my nexus 10 stock and not rooted or anything to 4.2.2. However it's now stuck saying that launcher has stopped, every time i click ok at just loops leaving it unusable. I managed to get into the setting though notifications and tried wiping all data from launcher but still not working. So has the update not installed properly or is it something else cause i'm stuck on how to fix this?
Either do a factory reset or use adb to sideload another launcher.
Terribly sorry if this has been addressed before. Searched for the topic and didn't find anything.
My issue is as follows:
I rooted my phone today. That worked without a hitch.
I then installed an app called NoBloat.
After uninstalling some bloaty Bell apps, my home screen disappeared after some app crashes. the top notification bar flashes on and off, and even after factory reset, the result is the same. Would flashing the stock ROM fix this issue?
Yes. But I dont recommend u install this app NOBLOAT anymore. Is better take a look what u want delete: HERE
Guys I really need your help..
I have factory reset my device about an hour ago, just because I've upgraded it to 4.4.2 the other day and wanted a clean install.
everything is fine except an issue which at first seems app related but I really think it's the OS:
I installed swiftkey keyboard, and when trying to download language packs it always says "download failed", well of course I thought there must be a problem with swiftkey's servers, then I downloaded beautiful widgets, tried to download theme packs, they just say "downloading" and never finish, then I downloaded Zedge, tried to download a wallpaper\ringtone - "download failed"..
Seems to be something related to permissions maybe?

i had similar issue. when i try download something on whatsapp or zedge always says download failed. I read some post about it and i guess the problem source is sdcard partition is crashed. I changed my ROM and the problem gone.
I also read about this, seems it has something to do with the way 4.4.2 manages the sd card partition, I tried the fix in the thread, but it didnt work, this is insane, I dont have an external card, so why does the phone think the sd card partition is an external card?? nothing works now!
Anyway, I reflashed the Russian 4.4.2, all is good now..
Hi, this is my second ever post and before any says anything, I did search for a fix before and couldn't find anything. If anyone could be so kind as to lead me to one if there is, then I will gladly use that instead. Anyways, a few months ago, I rooted my Verizon Galaxy S5. That night, I foolishly updated my phone and it updated my kernel version. As far as I could tell, nothing major/awful happened to my phone other than that every time I booted up my phone, it annoyingly said "custom" under the android splash screen and that the download app, the one that is stock to an android phone and the one you use to access all of your downloads such as an apk or a pdf file that you downloaded from the internet, was missing from my app drawer. I still had the icon on my home screen because I was using nova launcher and that saved the icon but otherwise, it was like it never existed at all on my phone. I could access the app using the home screen icon but that was it. Today, I updated my phone using Odin and now, I have lollipop 5.0 and the annoying custom from the splash screen is gone but the downloads app is still missing. Can anyone help me? Should I just try downgrading back to 4.4.2? Edit, I imported the same back up that had the download app, is it called download manager now? If so, I still don't have it except on the system itself, no way to access it.
I have a SM-G550FY, at least that is what my phone says. Now when I got the phone it was a metropcs phone and I tired rooting it which worked. Then I tried to flash the Reborn ON5 rom and then I had no sound. After this I tried flashing a stock rom but I believe it was for the T-Mobile variant. NOW it wont open ANYTHING. It boots and the initial android setup shows up but after I cant even open the settings in my phone. I used recovery to reinstall the reborn rom since no sound is better then no apps. I believe I flashed imgs for different model number but now I am not sure what to do. I just want to go back to the stock rom so I can have my sound back. Any help would be appreciated.
To fix the no apps/black screen what I did was pull down the notification menu from the top of the screen, then by long pressing the buttons I was eventually able to get into a settings menu where I could get to the play store. I started by downloading a bunch of the basic apps that were missing...contacts, messages, etc. then I installed "Google Now Launcher" and that fixed all the things. The bad metro wallpaper showed up and there were the apps that I thought were missing. I hope this helps...or at least gives you some hope that everything isnt lost.
Edit...if you can get to the play store...try the google now launcher first. Honestly any launcher might work.
