Hd2 wont propperly start anymore

I am using android NAND for a pretty long while now and it always worked great. Untill this 1 night i forgot to charge my phone and all battery is drained. So the next morning i turned my phone on with the charger in and things seemed to be ok and i went for coffee.
When i came back the screen was stuck on the startup, the black screen with "HTC" in the centre. So basically its starts up, MAGDLR does it thing and then this "black HTC" screen shows and gets stuck. Tried removing battery a couple of times and still the same.
What is the best solution for me to do now?
If losing your settings and data isn't a problem (I.e you keep a decent sync routine) then I'd do.....
Enter cwm , full backup, wipe cache and dalvik cache
Reboot,,, fixed?
No..
Into cwm, (you already backed up), wipe data factory reset,
Reboot, fixed?
Yes, see *1
No, start from beginning, full wipe, reinstall rom. Once its working, see *1.
*1 once you have the fresh unset up rom running, (and assuming you are using an ext partition) I'd go to cwm, do another full backup, and then try an advanced restore of just the SD ext partition, (then clear dalvik, since some variants of a2sd move dalvik to SD, and u don't want that restored)
If that's successfull, you will have restored all your installed apps.
If you don't have an ext partition, you could try restoring the data partition, but it'll likely restore the error too.
I did these steps as written but somehow it didnt work. Only on the first boot up it worked. So ive put another android rom on it and its working now.
Thanks for the help

[Q] GT-I9505G will not boot, even after restore. Help please!

Hi, thanks for looking at this.
I have a Galaxy S 4 Google Edition phone. I rooted it, and I have TWRP 2.5.0.2 running on it. I have backed up my system a few times.
I tried flashing a rom of cyanogenmod for the first time today, cm-10.1-20130801-NIGHTLY-jfltexx.zip (http://get.cm/get/jenkins/36550/cm-10.1-20130801-NIGHTLY-jfltexx.zip)
I wasn't having any luck with the boot, so I turned to this thread, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2370101, which utilized a modified updater-script. That still was giving me no dice, so I tried editing the updater-script myself. Cyanogenmod boot-up appears! . . . and then it just keeps spinning. I turn off phone, boot into custom recovery, factory reset phone, try again. Same deal, try it again. Factory reset again, then I try restoring my device so that I can try again with different parameters. TWRP says that the restore is successful. This turns out to be not true, however, as when I reboot, the Google logo shows up, vanishes, and then nothing happens.
This is where I'm stuck. I can boot into TWRP, but that's it. Everytime I try to wipe dalvik or data, it fails. Restores supposedly work, but they don't, no matter if I'm restoring just system, or system data and cache. I have tried mounting my sd card so that I might load another rom, but even though TWRP says "USB Storage Mounted", nothing happens.
I'm completely at a loss here. I simply can't afford to brick a $700 phone. This is crazy.
PLEASE HELP

[Q] Unmodified Nexus 4- boot loop?

Hi,
I am writing this on behalf of my mother's phone. She has a completely stock Nexus 4 on Net10.
This phone hasn't been touched by a computer. Any development settings are also disabled.
I came home from work and my mom showed me that her phone wouldn't boot. It was boot looping on the "X" boot animation.
So I went ahead and accessed the boot menu and selected recovery and did a cache wipe. No help. I let the phone run out of battery and charged it back up, no help.
I have no clue what happened. The phone was working fine previously. Again, the phone has NOT been unlocked, rooted, etc. Completely stock Nexus 4.
I would like to fix her phone but I would also like to keep her data intact. She even told me it is very important to "keep everything on the phone".
Any assistance would be great.

Try the following:
- wipe cache and dalvik cache
- Flash a custom kernel
- See if boots
- Make a complete UROOTED backup and save it in the computer
- Flash factory image and relock bootloader
- Restore backup
Tell us if worked
By flashing a custom kernel it is required to unlock the bootloader which will wipe the entire phone.
Your only hope is to use stock recovery to install a signed OTA package (if it's on 4.3 wait for 4.4 ota package).

Cyanogen Nightlies require me to factory reset everytime

I've got Cyanogen 11.2 Nightlies and I've been having issues with various apps, etc. So I keep updating the nightlies and what winds up happening is that it will get stuck on the Samsung screen with the unlocked padlock pretty much forever. In order for me to get around this I have to factory reset and re-install the latest nightly and GAPPs.
What are my options here? Am I missing something that I need to do?
Please let me know if you need anymore information to better assist me.
Regards,
inxile.
assume you are on an i337 att
first thing i would do is a fresh flash--too many dirty flashes can give issues--what recovery are you on?
if twrp, and I prefer 2.5.0.2, go thru advanced wipe and manually wipe system/data/caches 3x. don't do any resets/formats.
when you first boot into rom let it settle then reboot then set up phone
on the apps you can go into recovery and wipe caches and fix permissions
if still no luck, try backing up to pc and then reformatting internal card

Is my phone defective?

Hello guys,
I was using my phone with DN5 ROM, and today it started to freeze. I tried to clear Dalvik cache and cache, but the TWRP was also freezing. I did a full wipe, and tried to reinstall DN5, but installation also crashed. I installed back the Stock ROM via Odin, the installation was a success, but after the phone reboots, I got a message saying “Installing updates” then “Erasing…” then “No command”. Phone then started, initialize and all, but after a minute of use it crashes and reboot. Im out of ideas here.
My question is: Is there anything else to do before taking it to the assistance?
Phone Model 910C
Actual ROM N910CXXU1COI4
Just restore with Kies
I did that, no luck
