[Help] Unlocking SGH-I337M..

I recently bought a SGH-I337 and i've been trying to unlock it.. I've tried several method and none of them were sucessful.
Ive tried the Regionlock away method, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2285431, http://www.droidviews.com/how-to-sim-unlock-t-mobile-att-galaxy-s4-sgh-m919-sgh-i337/
None of them work. Here's my phone info:
Model: SGH-I337M
Android Version: 4.2.2
Baseband: I337MVLUAMDJ
Build: JDQ39.I337MVLUAMDJ
I will gladly appreciate any help.
Edit:
Forgot to mention that im using the Claro Puerto Rico variant of the Galaxy S4
I installed I337MVLUFNC1_880525_REV06 stock rom and I cant even use the menu method of unlocking the device and RegionLockAway didnt work either.
I also tried Hyperdrives RLS 15 rom and it was the same, Couldn't use the menu method and tried Regionlock and it did nothing at all.

As far as I know, the only way to access the menu, is to be on 4.2. Since you are on 4.4 now (depending on you bootloader you probably can't go back, also probably more hassel than it is worth, might break the phone), I don't think you can unlock for free. You can try cell unlock services. Do a search in the general section I am sure it is discussed there.

i think to downgrade from cm11 4.4 to a stock rom 4.1 but as i read here will not work and even worse will brick the phone ,

Hi mate ,
If you used this guide
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2282683
And did not work the only way to unlock is with an unlocking code or with a Z3X type of box no other way yet
You give no useful information at all. If you want help you should give details. You can't say I tried app and it didn't work, you need to give details.

Yhali,
You'll need to downgrade to Android 4.2.2 in order to do this, if you're not already on 4.2.2.
Root using CF-Autoroot.
Install RegionLock Away and run it.
That should remove your SIM lock. Then install the current ROM for your device, twice.

"SIM network unlock PIN"
i have android 4.2.2 (see attached picture)
Can u please advise ?
RegionLock Away may not work for the 9500. I have a 9505, so I can't give you any insight into what is or isn't happening. If however, it doesn't work, then you may have no choice but to purchase an unlock code. Especially if the Service Menu trick isn't working for you either.
Yup, if the service menu trick isn't working, you will need to purchase an unlock code.

Samsung S5 Sim Unlock

Hello,
why is it not possible to way to sim unlock the Samsung S5 G900f ?
I readed many threads and i found out that there is no option exept paying for my phone AGAIN.
I am verry furious about it and i just wanted to ask is there no developer or somebody who knows android from the bottom to the top who could solve that problem ?
If i would be a developer i would work on that problem till it is solve but until i know evreything about android we probably would have Galaxy S25 ...
Hope for getting an answere asap

Hey,
Have you tried an unlock code provider? It's way cheaper than paying for your phone again, like you said.

Thats what i meant by paying again for my device.
If you unlocked it once, it should still be unlocked, flashing ROMs shouldn't make any difference to the SIM unlock status
