Bit difficult for unrooted device. But you can try the loudspeaker equalizer of different Music Players available. First try the Adapt Sound feature it is amazing n gives real clarity. All the best

Tried adept but almost nothing changed
Anything for unrooted?

Probably not.

Tried more apps from the market but nothing works
Any chance to make it just with custom recovery , and then get the stock back , without root ?

It doesn't matter if you are on Custom ROM or not, the important thing is you are rooted and have CWM Recovery.

"best" rom type questions are not allowed for some reason....people are really jumpy about stuff like that round here :\ so best to just try things and see what suits you best. i've tried SO MANY now, but personally nothing has beaten stock rom rooted to remove bloatwares manually and apply allbacksblack and sound boost, then unroot (or keep root and use system tuner or similar to really maximise battery).
for battery boost, what i did was to use root explorer to find 2 files in the system/etc/snd_soc_msm/ folder. they are snd_soc_msm_2x_Fusion3 and snd_soc_msm_x2_Fusion3_auxpcm. copy those to your pc and edit them in notepad++
find every line that is labelled "Digital Volume" and replace the xx.x% with whichever higher value you want. I find that around 69-70 works best, but it probably depends on your headphones etc and how much they can take.
anyway, once that's done, copy it back to your system/etc/snd_soc_msm/ folder (replacing what's there, BE SURE TO TAKE A BACKUP SOMEWHERE FIRST THOUGH) and set permissions to rw-r--r--
reboot and you're all set.
::EDIT::
Found a really easy way to make these edits with notepad++
- Copy all files from the snd_soc_msm directory to your mem card (and then to your pc).
- Open all files with notepad++
- Click search then replace.
- In the "find what" box type:- ([0-6][0-9].[0-9])%
- In the "replace with" box type:- 69.7%
- Click replace all in all open documents.
- Close notepad++ and save all changes.
- copy the edited files back to the /system/etc/snd_soc_msm/ folder
- set permissions to rw-r--r--
- reboot (optional? into recovery and clear cache/dalvik)
- enjoy louder sound
Using this method you don't have to painstakingly search through the sound files to find all the values that need to be replaced, the search string will find all % values that are between 00.0% and 67.9% and replace them all with 69.7%
I find that if you go above 69.7% it tends to just distort the sound, this value, for me gives the best boost while still retaining audio quality.

OK, if your request is to loud the speaker output volume for ringtone and music this was easy with 4.3 Roms but 4.4 is may be different.
Relevant thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2274033
Other way (what I am using with my current 4.3 custom rom) is to find a custom rom able to work with Persus kernel and synapse tool. That allow you to set the speaker volume at +9db max. (very loud!)
May be other solution are available but all are with root because system file should be modified.

So, may i do it with my stock 4.4 rom , by flashing custom recovery abd root then flash the sound booster
And the get back to stock recovery and unroot .. Right ?
If so, how to do it ?

flashed Omega v22 rom , i tried Massive Volume Modifications
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2274033
but the music volume still the same , any idea ??
i have Nokia BH-503 stereo Bluetooth headphone

maybe because you are using bluetooth headphones? i don't think the volume mods are working with bluetooth? don't quote me on that, but that could be the problem.

Nothing for bluetooth yet ?

Viper4androidFx is what you are looking for..... It is a replacement sound driver for rooted android devices, and allows the output to be boosted by a large margin, as well as having many other sound enhancement options. It works with the headphone jack, phone speaker, usb/mhl and most importantly it works excellently with Bluetooth audio.

Custom ROM based of JPF for i5800 (Download link!)

Hello everyone,
As an excercise, I put togheter some infos/file I found here in Forum and I packaged a rom for i5800 based on JPF. I replaced some system apps with nice and
better ones. You can have fun with my rom donwloading and flashing into your phones.
Shortly my custom ROM has some features:
* rooted
* modified framework-res.apk and twframework-res.apk (found here)
* new apps as: LaucherPro, RealCalc, SGS-Tools, Cubed
If you want I can mail the download link.
Best Regards
Over 8 posts I'll be able to show the download the link...
The ROM should be flashed with Odin as "One package". After booting you should configure the LauncherPro as you wish.
Hier are some screenshots of my i5800:

SGS-Tools ist a little application (that needs root permission) to send secret codes by pressing a button.(e.g. *#06# view IMEI number).
The ROM is !!!NOT!!! for Galaxy S. It work only with Galaxy 3 ( GT-i5800 )
So, do NOT try to flash it into other phone!
I think that SGS-Tools can't be installed as default on Galaxy S. Maybe is another app, this I have requires root permission.
Remember: I am not responsible if you brick your phone/device!

Hi,
You can call it how you want. I observe that there is an interest to my custom rom. My intention was to exercise a rom customization...
Anyway, if there is an interest I can do a little bit more.
I found here an optimized battery consumption kernel (from JPB) that responds
to ADB shell directly with root. I can include this kernel into my rom.
So if you like you can (all the viewers) suggest what apps are nicer to include them into a new rom version. You can also suggest some new themes (where to find it)
Another theme is deodex: should the rom deodexed be or not?
Best Regards

1)Cool Rom! congratulations! I just installed it and till now works fine
2)The theme that u are using looks great! If you want to offer more variety you can offer more framework files separately
3)If you are thinking of deodexing the rom then pls provide stock deodexxed apps to go with it..
Mods, can we please move this thread to "Development section"
Make this rom cleaned - delete stock apps.

[MOD] AC!D Audio Engine. Do this to your TouchPad!

I recently applied this tweak to my new HTC Android device and was so impressed I figured I would try it on the TouchPad since it claims to be a universal Android audio engine and guess what? It works! Credit goes especially to docnok63 for the tip and of course the AC!D Audio Engine Team. Great work and very effective. Follow the directions in this forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2002367 and make sure to add the lines to your build.prop. This will make the audio on your TouchPad WAY better. Any advice I can provide please ask. This is not my work but since the developers give permission to share and it is so great I feel you are all missing out if you don't give this a try. Thanks AC!D audio! You guys are amazing!!!
--------NOTE!--------- I credit AC!D Audio Engine Team and take no credit for their work. This is simply a link to their thread with some help and advice if necessary.
Some great reading and advice in docnok63's thread for HTC DNA here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2061651 It might help with the installation a bit. Use the volume keys on your TouchPad to navigate through the options in the Aroma Installer. I used ES File Explorer to edit build.prop and Noozxoide app to tweak my settings. Please be careful and always make backups before touching root files!

Honestly I'm not exactly sure. I do know that once you install the engine if you choose to install Noozxoide you will have access to a bunch of tweaks. Tap the "Build-in Audio Monitor" (I think they are German and mean "Built-in") option and enable everything and max it out and you will notice a huge difference. You should also see a 5 band EQ there that you can adjust to your taste. Please let me know how it works out for you. Also make sure to uninstall any other audio enhancing apps as they may not be compatible. I was using Volume+ app and this MOD package blows it away.
NOTE: Noozxoide will appear as an app after the install, start there.
Gonna give this a shot

Single zip file.
Sent from my cm_tenderloin using Tapatalk 2
I used the Aroma method which is a zip file. I installed it in CM and the Aroma process will start. Using the volume keys to highlight the options you should be able to click your home button to accept your choices. I chose the first two options for "tablet" (I think Universal) skipped Walkman and installed Noozxoide. I'm using latest SGA FnC overclocked 384-1.89. And again I stress MAKE A BACKUP before attempting any mod to your TP. The build.prop addon is easy enough to copy/paste to the end of your build.prop, and make a backup of that before changing it too.

I uninstalled all EQ and DSP apps prior to the AC!D Aroma install per the instructions in this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2002367 Forgive me if this sounds harsh but make sure you follow the instructions in that link and the Aroma Installer as it guides you through. They specifically tell you to UNINSTALL ALL DSP Managers and EQ apps prior to installing AC!D as they may have conflicts in your file system with competing drivers, etc. I followed the instructions there so I never tested the post install with any other EQ or DSP apps installed.
NOTE: The DSP app may need to be removed using Titanium backup as it appears the SGA ROM's and OAT ROM's have them protected and are a little harder to uninstall (you can't just click "uninstall" like most apps).
After testing things like YouTube, Pandora and Sirius (the music apps I use most) I notice a definite increase in range, quality and volume level. The Google play app I used to play my own SD card (on device) mp4's the difference wasn't as remarkable. I don't know why and haven't had a lot of time to test this on my TP yet, but possibly streaming apps are different then the mp4 files and the music is processed differently hence the better sounding streaming vs. the on device music player. I'll try to test a bit more this week and give us some more TP specific tips and advice as I get can. Anybody else that can chip in advice or results here would be much appreciated. TIA!
No its not harsh at all , I have read the article but still wanted to make sure that you as someone on this forum had removed a system app before installing.
I have Rom Toolbox Pro so removing /backing up won't be a problem .
Thanks for replying .

I added them manually using ES File Explorer app (make sure to enable your ability to write to system files by choosing root options in settings of ES File Explorer app) and I stress MAKE A BACKUP before messing with your build.prop as you might mess something up and system will become unbootable!!!

Now go into your Droid's Recovery Mode (If you don't know how to go into recovery mode then search on Google. Different phones have different ways to go into recovery mode)
For CWM Users: Select “install zip from sdcard” and then select “choose zip from sdcard” now select the .zip file
For TWRP Users: Select "Install" and then select the .zip file
Done.

Open up "Xposed Installer" then select "Clean Up".
Now reboot.
Open Xposed Installer again and then select "Install/Update".
Now reboot again.
Open up Xposed Installer again and tick the Modules you want to use.
Now reboot once more.
Done, now you can use your Xposed Modules

FAQ
Can I get Solo zips (For instance, only Beats Audio or only xLoud)
Sorry I won't be providing single zips, but XDA has lots of talented developers which would provide you with what you need. So, simply search for it.

Can I get a Removable zip
Sorry Again I won't be able to provide that. Basically different devices have different files which my MOD overwrites. So in order to create removable zip I must Download each devices's system dump, which is technical impractical. This is the reason why I'm telling you that it is important to take a backup.

XYZ module is not working
It is not necessary that a module will work on our device. Most of the times it doesn't work because your device's hardware won't support Sony or HTC's exclusive modules as it would rely on the hardware too.

MODv4
What's cooking:
APP (Installer)
Backup & Restore
Customise installation (Select desired Modules)
Updated modules (of course)
Note:
ETA: MODv4 will take some time to arrive as the new modules have shown horrible compatibility with other devices. So apparently things are not going so well for the me as Sony and HTC are trying hard not to let their exclusive advancements slip away to other devices.
[EDIT] As of May 7th 2014 the MODv4 development has been discontinued as it is showing poor compatibility
Preserved for Future Use
Contains Class-II Preservatives.

Yes it should work. And then report back to me if it did work or not. If it did work then I'll Add your device to the Tested Device List. Thanks in advance. Still stay on the safer side and take a Backup.

I read it now that you have a galaxy S with CM 4.3. Having a CM 4.3 Custom ROM doesn't make your device have actual 4.3 your base rom is still GB. I hope that you have a backup.

If he is saying he has CM 4.3 that will probably mean CM10.2. And Cyanagenmod 10.2 is based on Android 4.3 JB, not GB.

Galaxy S is a pretty old device. So Samsung has given update only till 2.3 . Yes, CM 10.2 is based on 4.3 . But here Port ROM is 4.3 and Base ROM is 2.3 ! So if you have an official Jellybean phone this MOD will work on it.

Old device or not, it has a 10.2 release which is based upon 4.3, and it would appear from his post that he is using it. Are you therefore saying that this mod doesn't work on CM10.2 and anything based upon it?
Working on a solution. CM users you'll need to wait. I'm not so much into CyanogenMod.
[UPDATE]
No working solution found. Sorry CM Users.

Take a backup. Then try out.
The MOD has been a failure (from what I know) on CyanogenMod CustomROM running phones. If you have Cyanogen then I suggest not to try out. Although if you take a backup first then no issues should arise incase you want to roll back

Ofcouse. I always have a Nand backup. I can't find any Xloud mod

headphone volume boost / viper4android

is either of these possible? I love this phone, but the only and main reason I root all my android phones is to do both of these mods and I have yet to find either of them successfully done.
the mixer_paths file is alot longer now and not so straight forward to know where to manually change the volume levels.
any help would be great
thanks

In order to use V4A,you'll need to flash a custom rom,as it won't work on OxygenOS.
to modify Mixer_paths.xml is possible, but as you mentioned it is not the same as on OPO.
However, I can confirm V4A works on my OPT(exodus rom) it is not 100% compatible (yet) with the device, but the sound experience is way better.
