Hi,
I have the same problem since upgrading to android 4.3. I read one post and it said that upgrading to 4.4.2 will help so I upgraded it but the problem is still there. I have also done the factory reset as well as wiping cache. I turned off Wifi, sync, lowering the brightness as well as using power saving mode. I don't understand what is going on with my device. It's really annoying.
I used the BetterBatteryStats to analyse the usage of battery and this is what I got (attached below). I completely don't understand how to get a thing out of these analysis.
Please I really need help here.
Thanks.

Hi all, I need some help here please...
My camera flash are always on since last time i used it as flashlight yesterday. It won't turned off. I tried to hard reset, self diagnostic, even upgrading my ROM.
This is from my Atom Black "about section":
Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional
CE OS 5.2.20931 (Build 20931.1.5.0 PV) SB
Cooked by PDAVIET
I don't have any idea if it's eating my battery life or it's not.
Here is the capture of this problem.

BTW thanks for the reply...
well,im pretty sure its hardware issue(CMIIW).coz youv even upgraded your ROM.
and yes its drain your battery
I know most of the time a restart will fix this issue but I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks. Continuous restarts and no change.
Is there any way I can fix this without doing a factory restore?
I have tried restarting after full charges,
I heard that while disconnecting the charger keeping the screen awake will help but nothing.
On latest stock 4.4.2

Most likely it is an app you have installed. I use Greenify from the app store to hibernate apps that have wakelock issues. I would start there. You have to be rooted for this to work.
Hi all.
I have a fully stock Australia Qualcomm note 4. Having issues with the phone not ever going to sleep. The issues is under Android System. As you can see in the photo attached.

A factory reset should do the trick! If you don't want to go through that hassle maybe there's some new app you've installed that could be affecting this.
You may want to try Wakelock Detector. Note, however, that the paid version is needed for detailed information about particular apps.

Everything what I write is about stock rom:
After upgrading from Jellybean to Lolipop, I had a serious battery drain problems because of "Android System" even though I did hard reset a few times. But still I have this problem, "Android System" uses a lot battery. I
You can see battery usage statistics, there is a problem with Android System in Lollipop but I can't understand the problem. I need your help guys!

In my first upgrade-experience I've used it for more than 1 months with this battery problem. I've tried everything, including using the phone until it turned off with %0 battery and charging fully.
Device is running on latest stable xiaomi.eu ..... This was working fine the first few days of flashing the ROM but last few days this problem has started. Any clues ?

Hey thanks for your response. I was expecting this may be a problem of cpu gettting stuck at higher frequencies, bu the battery stats posted showed that the phone was not awake for most of the time. It was in deep sleep with intermittent wakes which I believe is normal?
