needing help - strange problem

Hi,
I've experienced something strange.
The Dopod 818 Pro of a friend of mine started with being unstable (random restarts).
Once the Dopod 818 Pro stucks at the "Windows Mobile Screen", she unplugged the battery and inserted it again. Started that thing and it stucks at the black screen where all the Versions are mentioned.
I've decided to reflash the RUU 2151327_21513121_021921. Now this phaenomen happens:

after about 7 seconds the screen turns white with vertical lines (Pic3)
and restarts with this screen (Pic2)
Has anyone experienced this problem so far?
...
I've noticed that the Radio Version is not displayed after the first restart. Do you think that a Radio upgrade would solve this problem?
Or is a HTC RMA request the only way out?

Completely dead MDA Vario after failed flash

I think yesterday i did a pretty dumb thing. I tried some Custom roms like manila 2d and cr86 touch hd. with this roms everything was working fine, but i am from germany so i decided to cook myself a rom with xions rom cooking kit.
the build os tool just worked fine, but i had some problem with the tool that completes the rom. Silly as i am i just ignored the problems and started flashing.
During the flash my wizard froze at 4% and on my windows xp pc i got an error. can't figure out which one it was.
After the flash my wizard doesnt turn on any more. i don't even get a bootscreen or the three coloured picture. a hardreset didn't work at all. i also put my mda vario on the wall charger all night, but the problem stays the same.
can you help me?

Plus a message saying:

after this got the emergency call button only....
Anyone know what is cause of this and if it has any quick solution?

Hi,
I have the same problem since upgrading to android 4.3. I read one post and it said that upgrading to 4.4.2 will help so I upgraded it but the problem is still there. I have also done the factory reset as well as wiping cache. I turned off Wifi, sync, lowering the brightness as well as using power saving mode. I don't understand what is going on with my device. It's really annoying.
I used the BetterBatteryStats to analyse the usage of battery and this is what I got (attached below). I completely don't understand how to get a thing out of these analysis.
Please I really need help here.
