Hey guys
some questions regarding Vanilla Lock :
1-is there a way to remove the vibration when unlocking.
2-can we have media controls over lockscreen while playing music (like sense lock)
thanks in advance
regards
H
Not sure about vibrate but for lockscreen controls just go menu settings opendesire settings. It's in there somewhere.

im locking for a way to use the camera app in a similar fashion to how gtc phones use on the lockscreen in a way that just open the camera app but not the othe phone settings bypasing the my password requiement
you can make your own lockscreen with widgetlocker and then add a camera shortcut
i know yet i forces me to put in my password thxs anyways
did u look through settings to try and make it bypass the lock? i could of swore you could do that.

There's nothing in settings to enable that. I've been looking into that as well because using a camera shortcut slows down the lockscreen.
Just thought I'd share with you all a little something I found. You can double tap the notification bar to lock or unlock your phone, without needing to use the power button
Or if you use Nova to set gestures double tap with screen off app. Same as LG launcher.

Yep and you can even double tap an empty part of the homescreen to lock and unlock as well!
Its one of the features of the G3
Double tap on/off with the G2, Flex and now G3 is one of the cool features LG has been doing.

Download Screen Off from the play store and set it to open this app when you double tap in Nova.

Tweaksbox also has a double tap home setting. I use that to turn off the screen.
I'm trying to set up dashclock, but the lockscreen doesn't allow me to select widgets and there is no enable option in settings>security.
Anyone have an answer?

Doesn't work for me either. Maybe ZTE disabled in their ROM?
The title says it all.
I've searched and have no information on how to get those off the lock screen.
I'd like to know as well!
There's no way currently as far as I know to change lock screen shotcuts with an unrooted stock OOS phone.
SystemUI Tuner app by Zachary Wander from play store does the job. Just give the permissions with adb. No need to root the phone.

It allows you to pick your app, but I didn't see a "none" option.
Would anyone help this old man and tell how to remove the lock icon from the lock screen?
I was in settings and enabled it and now I can't find it to disable it.
It's under the Fingerprint
You can go to Security & Lock screen > Face unlock and then toggle the "Auto unlock once the screen is on" option.

Did you found a solution?
There's an app called Ava Lockscreen that I use to remove those darn shortcuts & other nonsense. Not affiliated, just like the app.
