I'm trying to set up dashclock, but the lockscreen doesn't allow me to select widgets and there is no enable option in settings>security.
Anyone have an answer?

On official stock roms you can't, I'm afraid - but you can get a lockscreen replacement app like GO Locker, Widget Locker and Nova Locker - think they all have the option to turn off the vibration. I'd recommend installing No Lock off the Play Store if you go for that option, stops the stock lockscreen coming up and being a nuisance.
Another option is to install a custom rom, or Argen2Stone
Edit: on second thoughts, if you install Spare Parts from the Play Store, uncheck the box for 'Use haptic feedback' or something, that might turn it off as well methinks

nothing happen!
it's still vibrate when unlock.
sorry for this.
then try alternative locker. i use Go Locker, works very well and have lots of themes.
it's mean i must use difference lock ?
thanks i'll try it.
There is no toggle to it on the settings, and if you go to the screen lock types there is no others than slide or pattern etc.
I want to use a custom locker, I know there are apps that disable locking but they also disable the custom lockers
Then try go locker. It will enable the custom one and disable the stock one
And then....
WRONG SECTION !!!!!?

But I think that won't remove the lockscreen but only disable the security

it will remove the option of entering a pin - some 3rd party apps dont work if you have a pin set
of course you will still have a lockscreen - you cant remove this
Any 3rd party app you use will replace the stock lock screen so you dont need to remove it

Long press any home screen. You will then get options for widgets, wallpaper etc
I guess I was not specific enough. I want to use dashclock on the lock screen. There was an option to enable multiple widgets on the lockscreen. I cant seem to find it in this version of KK.
Hi Guys,
The lock button is pretty high and I don't want to use it. Any way to get 'double tap to lock' ?

Some launchers have the feature.
If you have root, you can use GravityBox to enable double-tap-to-lock on the status bar and the navbar.
What I did to get it on the homescreen was combine Nova launcher and GravityBox action (Goto sleep).

Nova Launcher
The title says it all.
I've searched and have no information on how to get those off the lock screen.
I'd like to know as well!
There's no way currently as far as I know to change lock screen shotcuts with an unrooted stock OOS phone.
SystemUI Tuner app by Zachary Wander from play store does the job. Just give the permissions with adb. No need to root the phone.

It allows you to pick your app, but I didn't see a "none" option.
Would anyone help this old man and tell how to remove the lock icon from the lock screen?
I was in settings and enabled it and now I can't find it to disable it.
It's under the Fingerprint
You can go to Security & Lock screen > Face unlock and then toggle the "Auto unlock once the screen is on" option.

Did you found a solution?
There's an app called Ava Lockscreen that I use to remove those darn shortcuts & other nonsense. Not affiliated, just like the app.
