I was just about to post this too.
What's so special about this? I'm confused.
Isn't this virtually the same as the Galaxy 7.0 Plus?
And the 7.7 is Still way better!

A year after it introduced it for the first time, Samsung unveiled Knox 2.0 security platform for Android.

Just an effort to gain more market share. Where is the problem for the customer, the private user?
Nobody needs to activate it.... therefore, everything is fine like on the N3.
I unveil the next device I'm going to buy: It won't be Samsung branded, may be Sony Xperia Z2
KNOXmade by NSA

ZUK is a relatively new company which is backed by Lenovo. This company was founded not long ago, and it has already released their first smartphone in two variants. The Chinese variant ships with ZUK’s ZUI user interface, and the international model (which was announced today) comes with Cyanogen OS 12.1 pre-installed. That being said, we were able to find out something really interesting in China during ZUK’s press conference. One of our sources let us know that ZUK is already preparing to release a second-gen ZUK Z handset, read on.
ccording to the provided info, ZUK is preparing to release the ZUK Z2 handset in January, and that handset will be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 820 SoC. This is very interesting considering that the company has just announced the first-gen Z1 handset. As a side note, Letv has also already teased the arrival of their Snapdragon 820-powered handset. By the looks of it, January will be a very interesting month in the smartphone world, we can expect a number of OEMs to announce their Snapdragon 820-powered smartphones, and the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas is also taking place in January. We still don’t know what will the spec sheet of the ZUK Z2 look like, but the source we were able to get this info from is rather reliable, so I guess we can expect the ZUK Z1’s successor to launch at the beginning of next year.
That being said, the ZUK Z1 which just launched is a very interesting, and well-equipped smartphone. The ZUK Z1’s specs are almost identical, no matter if we look at the Chinese or international variant of this device. The only two differences here are the software which comes pre-installed on them (which we’ve already talked about), and network bands. The ZUK Z1 sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 801 quad-core SoC, and it sports a 4,100mAh battery on the inside. The 13-megapixel camera is located on its back, and an 8-megapixel snapper is available up front. Android 5.1.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed here, and the device also sport a fingerprint scanner and the Type-C USB 3.0 port.
its febuary 2016 now and still no info on the release date????

Rumors say there will be a statement during MWC next week. They don't have their own booth that's why it might happen at Qualcomm's.
ZUK fans are already disappointed by the absence of this Lenovo start-up at the MWC 2016. There were speculations and rumours that ZUK might launch its new flagship ZUK Z2 at the MWC through one of its partners’ booth. But all these rumours have been put to rest and we won’t see a ZUK device launch at the MWC.
But fans shouldn’t lose their hearts, as the official ZUK social media team has announced that a new ZUK device is just on its way and may come anytime soon. ZUK is planning to release a new device in March, so the fans won’t have to wait any longer.
The only question which remains is the device which is going to be released. Is it going to be the much-awaited Z2 or an updated version of the Z1 named Z1 Pro? This question still remains unanswered and this might just be a nomenclature issue. We’re expecting high-end features in this latest ZUK device. If it’s the much awaited ZUK Z2, then we have Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and a unique rotating camera on the cards.
But this might be a mid-range model from the ZUK. ZUK is keeping its cards close and we’ll have to wait until March to find out the whereabouts of this device.

The A-series is Samsung's media-premium range:
- The first generation came out in the last quarter of 2014, and is made up of the A3, A5, and A7. But they are known as the "A 2015". Its design is completely metal and is inspired by the Galaxy Alpha. In August 2015 Samsung launched the Galaxy A8.
- The second generation was launched in December 2015, and was available for sale since January of this year. It is known as A 2016 (example A7 (6)) and is made up of A3, A5, A7 and A9. Then in April of this year the A9 Pro also came out. Then, on august launched the second generation of Galaxy A8. Its design combines metal with glass and is inspired by the Galaxy S6.
Another of the great differences, is that this second generation incorporates fingerprints sensor.
The first image attached is from the first generation, and the second from the second generation.
If you want to have a look at the specifications, you can enter the following links: Here or Here.
Greetings.
The 2015 versions are called A300, A500, A700, A800, while the 2016 versions have a 10 in the model name, A310, A510, A710, A810.
Good News Infinity Users -> Android 7.1 for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ To Roll Out Soon
Samsung’s decision to ship the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ with Android 7.0 left many confused. The latest version of Google’s mobile operating system at the flagship’s launch was Android 7.1. It made sense for the company to release its new handset with the latest version of Android but it didn’t do that.
Then again, it’s not like the Android 7.1 update adds any major new features that Galaxy S8 owners have missed out on. It brings new emoji, launcher actions for the Pixel launcher and other minor tweaks. The emoji and launcher updates don’t really matter to Galaxy S8 owners since Samsung uses its own versions of both on its handsets.
Nevertheless, the Android 7.1 update for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ should be rolling out soon. Vodafone Australia has updated its website to reflect that the new firmware release has been submitted for review. This means that it’s in the final stage before roll out.
The carrier itself mentions that this is going to be a “Stability and Bug Fix” update so users shouldn’t expect much in the way of new features. With a major Australian carrier coming close to rolling out Android 7.1 for Galaxy S8, it’s only a matter of time before said update is released for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ in other markets across the globe.

Also 7.1.1 bring app shortcut so basically one major useful feature
I would expect September released most of the case.
Very very late when my second device Axon 7 has 7.1.1 from April.
