I AM DYING HERE GOD KNOWS WHY I CANT ROOT MY PHONE. I AM RUNNING STOCK 4.3 JELLY BEAN ON MY SM-N9005 NOTE 3. I FOUND THE 4.3 JELLY BEAN CF AUTO ROOT AND WHEN I FLASH IT ALL IS FINE UNTILL THE END, ODIN JUST STOPS AND ON MY PHONE IN YELLOW WRITEING IS SOMETHING ABOUT THE CACHE. I THEN HOLD VOLUME DOWN, HOME AND POWER BUTTON GO BACK INTO DOWNLOAD MODE AND FLASH IT AGAIN. IT FLASHES AND REBOOTS AND i see the logo of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 and in the upper left corner on the first line it says RECOVERY BOOTING underneath it says something that there is a error with SEANDROID and underneath it says set version bit:recovery and it's just STUCK ON THAT SCREEN. BUT THATS WHEN I WAS FLASHING THE KK CF AUTO ROOT, WHEN I FLASH THE 4.3 JELLY BEAN SAME THING HAPPENS BUT AFTER THE SECOND FLASH I STILL GET the logo of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 and in the upper left corner on the first line it says RECOVERY BOOTING underneath it says something that there is a error with SEANDROID and underneath it says set version bit:recovery and AFTER 10 SECONDS THE LITTLE RED ANDROID MAN APPEARS AND PHONE ROOTS.. I THEN INSTALLED PHILZ RECOVERY AND WHEN I BOOT INTO RECOVERY AGAIN i see the logo of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 and in the upper left corner on the first line it says RECOVERY BOOTING underneath it says something that there is a error with SEANDROID and underneath it says set version bit:recovery and NOW IT IS JUST STUCK. I HAVE TO FLASH STOCK 4.3 JELLY BEAN TO GET MY PHONE BACK. CAN SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE

Try different usb port and make sure you have samsung driver installed. Try it again and flash with the provided odin on cfautoroot. If it failed, then i have no idea
EDIT: BTW you said you installed philz? are you sure you installed the correct version of Philz? please do search again.

Hello guys, I've read about knox and now I get how it works and all, warranty isn't an issue for me (long story) so now I have the new bootloader flagged 0x1, now my question is whenever I boot into recovery or into OS I'm greeted with "set warranty bit : recovery/kernel" and "recover/kernel is not seandroid enforcing", I also kind of understand that this is related to knox bootloader but is it something I should worry about? Will flashing different roms/kernels now that I'm on the new bootloader mess up anything other than the already flagged 0x1? Thanks.

No, it's nothing to worry about at all, just ignore it
Or when booting to recovery go a bit cross eyed and enjoy a funky rainbow effect, it's amazing

Laughed loud. Just wanted to let you know.
Please Help! Ive been searching all day yesterday to fix my phone
So i wanted to be updated so i downloaded mf9 and mja and all the kernels or whatever and installed them and was on stock non rooted rom for a while, yesterday i wanted to install sacs custom rom so i downloaded the newest one and flashed via twrp, but now all that happens is i get a message saying "Kernel is not seandroid enforcing" in red "Set warrenty Bit: Kernel" in yellow, I cannot flash anything via odin except philz recovery so i have that on there but i tried to install the stock firmware through odin and everything fails. I even changed usb cords, took out the .md5 extension, plugged the usb cord directly to the motherboard instead of using the front usb which that allowed me to flash philz recovery but i just want a working phone, no rom is working and I cant install any roms please help i need my phone back! Thanks, Chris

All Right I have the solution for you! I was lucky enough to find someone that knew how to fix this (Damageless) so here is what you need to do.
-Take out the battery and disconnect from computer
-Put battery back in and hold down Vol(down) and home key, then hold power button until it vibrates. Release only the power button after it vibrates.
-You should now be in the download mode, click Vol(up) to continue.
-Download Odin here: odindownload .com
-Download stock ROM here: (dont open click save) sammobile .com and (yes you have to create an account I'm sorry) search for your model number, ex. SM-N900t for tmobile note 3
-install Odin
-check the PDA box not phone and click PDA
-find the stock ROM in your downloads and select that one.
-hit Start and you should be back to normal
It will erase everything you had on your phone which sucks I know but at least your phone works! Good luck! Hope this helps!

SEandroid line is normal, as for it not working, you can either take the battery out for 30seconds then reboot OR you have used the KK version of CF-Autoroot (latest is Kitkat)

Hello, I am having problems with rooting my galaxy note 3 model SM-N900R4 on US cellular. I followed the instructions on true-android.blogspot.com
My problem comes when It gets stuck after the root and stays to the title screen "Samsung Galaxy Note 3". There will be the Seandroid error In the top left corner too. I restart the phone by going to download mode and selecting cancel to reboot the phone. Everything passed in Odin 3.07 and i went to root checker after the reboot and saw that I'm not rooted. Please help, I'm on android 4.3 Stock.

Not necessarily but if you had one installed, you can just flash supersu to gain root.
I'm eager to root my 4.3/mje note3 but my last phone was an s3 rooted through twrp. I (a noob) have forgotten how to use Odin and install custom roms through any other method. Would some patient soul please point me to the process?
It's probably a sticky here some where. Thanks!

I figured it out by installing the apk file in your supersu link you gave me.
My s4 was rooted about a year ago with the logo SAMSUNG and Unlocked with an open lock below it when it boots up. I gave this phone to my girlfriends daughter and forgot to tell her not to try and update it. I don't remember the way i rooted it or what software it had on it at the time.
So when I go to recovery after it loads into an AT&T logo and tries to install it and it gets to 24%. After this it bootloops. Any help would be appreciated. My phone model is SGH-I337 , also not sure of what the original firmware is.

Open lock symbol means your phone is rooted not unlocked.
If you could go to the recovery mode (voloume-up+home+power) it would tell you your firmware version. You could try clear cache, factory reset in recovery mode. If it still gives you the bootloop, you might need to flash the firmware via odin.
You can find instructions and necessary files in here and here.
No recovery options
Sorry I left that part out. When it goes to recovery i get the blue text that say recovery then it goes straight to the AT&T installing. So no recovery options. I can still get to the Odin dowloading screen though and it says im running Samsung Original software

One reason I asked you to go to the recovery option was to know what version of firmware you were on before .
Do you remember you were on jelly bean or kick-kat or lollipop? If you do you can find the firmware for jelly bean and kit-kat on the links I mentioned in the previous message.
If you could not recall your firmware, the latest odin flashable firmware we have is kit-kat NB1.
You can flash that one to revive your phone. Then use twoel root to root the phone. After that you can go to lollipop if you want. All the instructions are there.

Rooting is so easy from that point. Just get towel root and root it. The link also included in my previous post. After the root you might need to disable the AT&T OTA update too. The instructions are also in that post too.
