Bottom Statusbar by code - Galaxy Y GT-S5360 and Duos 6102 Q&A, Help & Troubl

Guys, I want to put statusbar at the bottom. Is there anyway how to put it at the bottom by editing systemui.apk? Can someone tell me the codes and where and how to put it in my SystemUI.apk?
Thanks!

use cm7
goto
settings
Cyanogenmod settings
Tablet tweaks
Tick
Bottom status bar

to do it on stock you would need a heck of alot of coding and iv not seen a gingerbread guide although you might be able to find an xposed modual that may work on gingerbread

Blake Blader, i need to now is- if i port a rom from Tab and tab rom status bar (Systemui.apk) is below the screen (like in tab and if i based it to JB or custom roms... will it work without changing any build.prop ?
eg:- Changing Systemui.apk
Settings.apk from - Port- CM9 JB
-base- My JB
Will it Work Fine or else i have to change any other apk or scripts?
I think i will not work. 1. You cant port from a tab because of screen resolution difference (and i assume that tab have cpu armv7) so you cant port from it. 2. I think you will have to edit xml files to achieve bottom status bar. And its not on build prop (system UI of frame work i guess)
Ya....

[Q] Change from blue to white theme

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if it's possible to change the standard holo blue that appears all over the jelly bean software. Obviously it'll work if I change to a kitkat rom, but I was wondering if it's possible to do it without changing anything else. More specifically, I want to be able to change the blue lines and text that appears on pop up menus and other places, like the one in the picture, from blue to white (like in Kitkat). I'm running the jelly bean carbon rom.
I did try searching for the answer, but to be honest, I don't even know how to word my problem to do a proper search. What is this blue theme called?
Go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2294419
follow instruction there, Xblast needs Xposed to be installed,....... u can change (whatvu want) this here Xblast>visually tweaks....

I've played around with that before, but I never realized that I needed to change the primary text colour. Do you have any idea how I can change the quick settings tiles to the kitkat theme?
for white theme go Xblast>visual tweaks>holo theme>divider line color...select white there...
Are u on stock 4.3?? do u mean rearrange the small squires; add/remove/change the quick settings??
u can visit here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=44803311&postcount=777

I'm on 4.3, and using carbon rom. I don't want to rearrange the tiles, I want to change the blue to white. I want it to be like the Kitkat quick settings colours.
xblast has this option too...download latest Xblast...
go Xblast>visual tweaks>Quick settings>tile icon colors.....set white..it works... u have to restart..

[MOD] Lockscreen - Transparency

Hi,
Im running CM11 and i have xposed.
Thus far i cant find an 'easy fix' to remove the dark tint from my lock screen.
1. is there one?
2. if i have to manually modify an xml, which is it and where to find it?
I found one other request of the same nature but it was specific to a HTC handset.
Any help is appreciated.
Cheers.
EDIT; so i found keyguard.xml in framework-res.apk /res/layout.
Pretty sure thats what i need?
Anyway to modify the apk on the fly or do i need to rebuild it then flash again with modified apk?
Really hoping theres an xposed mod ive missed.
=(

Try GravityBox Xposed module, in the lock screen settings I believe you can set the background opacity.

Navigation bar not working

Hi there, it looks like my bottom part of my nexus 4 touch is dead which makes the navigation bar unresponsive, however i was able to make it work with the help of xposed framework by increasing the height of navbar.
My question is can't i make modification in the rom itself and flash it and make it a parmanent fix so that everytime i factory reset rom i dont have to use xposed framework? Because uninstalling the gravitybox app reverts the changes i made to navbar. If this is possible please let me know the procedure for the same.
Thanks
(Current using AICP rom)

You could install a ROM that has this option incorporated in it, like Chroma, for example. There are more such ROMs in the development section.

Well, another solution would be to decompile framework-res.apk and change the DPI from there. But, as I don't know much about coding, I can't really help you with this...
I just posted this question.
