Nfc sdk wp8.1 - Windows Phone 8 Development and Hacking

Hi,
I have read that now NFC in WP8.1 is supporting tap and pay. This means that the SDK for developers is enabling the API to communicate with cards like Mifare, DesFire, ISO 14443-4 Generic? Or do we still to be using NDEF messages only?
Besides any news about accessing SIM Toolkit Apps?

[Q] [app idea] why do android wear need minimum 4.3 version?

Hi,
Why do android wear need minimum 4.3 version?
I believe it has just few limitations but why it supported on above 4.3?
My suggestion is why an app cant be built which supports ICS , gingerbread phones which can interact with android wear.
I know few things are not possible but basic things are possible like file sharing from phone to wear, notifications etc.. ?
You should be able to use the Support library to allow compatibility with versions below 4.3?

iOS on HD2 again, using xnu-arm kernel?

Since there is some interesting new development on running the XNU kernel on single-core Cortex-A8, is it now possible to start exploring into iOS on HD2 again?
The resulting iOS-like platform would be built on this kernel port (with HD2 board support package, for sure) and userland binaries that is either stripped from iOS 7.1.2 (the latest build for iPhone 4) or its corresponding SDK as distributed by Apple with Xcode.
App Store, In-App Purchase and iCloud probably will be broken unless we have a way to coax Apple servers into thinking the HD2 a genueine iOS device, but installing apps over iTunes should work and other non-Apple services should work like normal.
If we are brave enough we can try binaries and libraries from iPhone 4S iOS 8.2, either from actual firmware image or from iOS SDK with Xcode.
Any version that is jailbroken can have its files extracted legally, since during jailbreak all encryption keys involved is extracted. The firmware flasher tool can be OS X only and depend on both an Apple firmware file (.ipsw) and an (free) Xcode installation with appropriate SDK installed.

NFC & Camera issues on Galaxy S6 edge+ SM 928F w. Havoc 3.12-20210125-zenlte

Der Folks,
I upgraded my SM928F with German Telekom Branding- specification attached, from SDK24 Nougat to Havoc's custom ROM, because my diabetic App LibreFreestyle2 needed it who regarded a higher SDK version as 24 like e.g. SDK 26. This App uses NFC to read the data and Bluetooth to send back alarm notifications to the phone. As in instructions discribed I did a rooting with TWRP-3.1.1-0-zenlte and first with Nougat_Root_SuperSU_No_kernel_included.zip and later on with Magisk-v22.0.zi before installing the custom ROM Havoc 3.12-20210125-zenlte. The Installation worked in both cases fine after deleting in updater-script file the assert line. The ROOT Checker App confirmed the rooting success. But unluckily I couldn't use NFC afterwards no matter what I did. The ui symbol of NFC showed it's on but there was no reacting on any NFC Card or my diabetic sensor. With Nougat NFC worked NFC well e.g with credit cards and their App's so on . Only because of NFC using diabetic App LibreFreestyle2 from sensor manufacture Abott I need a higher SDK as 24 (Nougat). A minor issue is the freezing camera App in video mode with custom ROM. Is there any chance to fix NFC or do I have to buy another modern phone. Any advice is highly appreciated. Regards Droidbud

Sorry to say ... I recommend to look for a new (more recent) device which fulfills all your needs right from the start.
S6 edge development seems to be (nearly) dead
