The P700 had NFC but the P705 doesn't have NFC. So the P700 is better.

I need help please.
I have an LG P705, and after the update from V10b to al the new versions v10i,v10k,v20a, my display light is flashing untill the light goes to middle level.
This problem appears only when the phone is used and his temperature gets hi.
The phone was at waranty and they change the display, the proximity sensor, the mb, but the phone have the same problem.
So will CM builds for p700 work for p705?
Yup but need to flash a non nfc kernel to have deep sleep. Or else the kernel will eat your battery.
Go to original development section for the right kernel.

I have just updated LG Optimus L7 P705 stock rom from ICS to jelly bean 4.1.2 via PC Suit and i am not able to find its rooting method and cwm for jelly bean and i am stuck without root and cwm. Please HElP

You can find lots of rooted roms which include cwm. I have one- v20d rooted with cwm on my p700 but i am sure that it will also work properly on p705. Flashing via KDZ .Search the forum

this rom is based on ics and i am talking about MIUI V5. Has anyone ported MIUI for Jelly bean.

As far as know there's no custom roms based on v20 sources yet. You have to wait. But still there's a development going on for cm10.1. Still patience my friend, will wait till it comes out.

yeah dude i did root my device and installed everything and i am currently using MIUI V5 thats totally awsome and my ram is free about like 230MB.

hey i have a LG p705 phone in which ICS has installed in it,
now i wanna root and install cmw in this phone,
last night i found some site regarding cmw, http://www.symbianize.com/showthread.php?p=16031880.
i want to ask one thin if i installed cmw in my phone which is runs on ICS, then it is possibility of getting a bootloop because i thing thats recovery is for CM 10.1.
i wanna try custom rom in my phone, thats why i ask if i not get a bootloop in ics, then i installed this cmw and try some custom rom for my phone.

Nope, lg l7 ROMs won't work on lg l7 II, cause the hardware is different,... A root guide is here http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nQM-wIu7Gpg&desktop_uri=/watch?v=nQM-wIu7Gpg you can try this it must work cause it also works on other devices (galaxy s3, lg l5) it's Eeaassyy it is only an app you must install

My brother have LG L7 II p710, and we want to unlock bootloader, and flash other rom. Problem is, we can't find this phone on XDA developers? Is it using same tutorials and softwares as p700?

The tittle on the top of section is L3/L5/L7 ...but not for L Series "second generation"
