Nope, lg l7 ROMs won't work on lg l7 II, cause the hardware is different,... A root guide is here http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=nQM-wIu7Gpg&desktop_uri=/watch?v=nQM-wIu7Gpg you can try this it must work cause it also works on other devices (galaxy s3, lg l5) it's Eeaassyy it is only an app you must install

Hey guys, I'm not the only one that wants the android KitKat running on my lg e610/612/615, I think all users here wants it for they L5 and L7, please, if you port roms for yourself and think you are good making it, give it a try and port for us too! Please guys, help us to have KitKat on our devices if you can!

lg must release to us android 4.4
google said "android 4.4 should be on all 512mb ram devices"
l5 have 400mb ram, but on his box and on lg website they sad 512mb ram
so i claim kitkat
LG said that they ll realese kitkat for l5 II and L7 II series, ofcourse G2 and some else, there ll not be kitkat for l7 and l5 first series..

It hurts a lot... But, we will have the kitkat, not by LG but for the developers, it's better than nothing! And, we will have here a pure experience of kitkar, LG can not promise it to us!

im sorry bro i visited that link using tapatalk.that was the problem...i downloaded the kernel "[L5/L7][KERNEL][4.3.X] TeamHackLG Experimental Kernel 20131111" and flashed it.but my phone stucked after lg logo with a black screen...is there any working kernel for cm10?..thanks a lot

My brother have LG L7 II p710, and we want to unlock bootloader, and flash other rom. Problem is, we can't find this phone on XDA developers? Is it using same tutorials and softwares as p700?

The tittle on the top of section is L3/L5/L7 ...but not for L Series "second generation"
I really think that on XDA they can open a new section for "clean forum"
