Screen Problems (Flicker)

I've searched and seen few post about this, but not much more information, I've rooted and installed cyagenmod 11, an started noticing, for example opening a folder, on the home screen, the brightness of the screen increases for a second, and then decreases, or scrolling thru instagram, or something u can notice the screen gets bright, dims a lil slightly, depending on whats being displayed on the screen, darker images, vs white backgrounds .etc, I just flashed back to stock, and notice it does the same.
I have auto brightness turned off, and brightness set around 40-60 %, is this a defect? software issues? or what.. wanna make sure before I send this back..
Thanks

Screen showing all one colour

Hey guys, I was watching a couple of videos on youtube today and one of them, my screen went blue like it was tinted over top of the video. And another one was green. If I close out the videos and load them again, they're ok. I haven't seen it happen with any other apps yet so I'm unsure if it's youtube or the phone itself. Any one else encounter this?
I noticed it also happened when I was using my camera a couple of times. Part of the picture's colour is off. Here is an example.

Screen color changing? Negative effect?

Has anybody experienced any issue with their screen colors seemingly fading out to create what almost looks like a "negative" effect? It's like it gets very bright and washed out. It's fixed by turning off the screen and turning it back on, but I don't think I should have to do that. Anybody experience anything similar to this?

This I believe happens on Galaxy S5 Mini (I have it) where when it is set to Auto Brightness and I go outside under direct bright sunlight, the screen will boost brightness beyond the manual Maximum setting that you can set. In turn though, the colours on the screen will go psychedelic where things look very bright and washed out. When I go back inside, usually it stayed extremely bright, soI had to put it to sleep then wake it up again to put the psychedelic brightness back into sense.
On the Note 4, I tried this yesterday, colours didn't go crazy, it stayed pretty much spot on, but I still had to put it back to sleep and wake it to fix the brightness.
It's possible I wasn't patient enough to wait for it to return brightness back to normal after leaving direct sun light, but I did give it 10 seconds and it didn't go back.
I got the same experience with my note 4. At the beginning I thought that it was an issue with my screen. But it could be good to know if it is or not. If one day I will get a black broken screen... This issue appears only under the sun light.

Have you tried disabling the "Adjust screen tone" under display settings to see if it has any effect?

its brightness boost happens in bright environment if you close the auto brightness it will be gone. its not an issue. but gets too bright when not needed sometimes. but in direct sunlight where manuel max brightness not enough it helps alot and it doesnt look weird in a situtation like this.

Anyone else got a fuzzy screen?

Hi, I was watching 'straight outta compton' on my mobile and I noticed that whenever there is a dark scene (mostly black background), the background goes fuzzy. I also noticed it on many other videos on youtube/BBC iPlayer whilst playing 1080P. I also played straight outta compton on my other mobile and I didn't have this issue. When the background goes fuzzy in the videos it is very hard to watch and is annoying. Does anyone else have this problem?

Those are normal things that happen on an OLED pannel , unfortunately.
For the first one , the solution is to increase brightness.
For the second one , you can't do anything about it , it only is visible on white screen because the display has more blue pixels than red and green.
Seriously this vertical, spinning lines are normal for this phone?

Oh , no. Sorry. Also that it's strange. I was in a hurry and didn't saw it good
Most probably it's a hardware issue , you need to replace the display through warranty..
No such problems on my Note 2. The blue lines are visible, but they are very, very faint. No twisty rainbows at all.
Have you got a screen protector or something on? Might be just a fault panel.
