OLD Baseband Version after 4.4.2 update i9505 ??
I was using Android 4.3 with baseband i9505XXUEMK9
Just updated it to 4.4.2 via link below (Pre-rooted)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...light=baseband
Flashed it via ODIN
but my Baseband is still same i9505XXUEMK9
Earlier had issues with Wifi.. it was completely gone.. changed the kernel to Jebbokernel & NOw its back
Flashed latest Modem package "I9505XXUFNBE_GSM_LTE_Modem" via ODIN from here
https://content.wuala.com/contents/B...y=cf3Czgmdt3WS
But still my baseband is same i.e i9505XXUEMK9
What should I DO??
Thanks
Download and unrar the MODEM/BASEBAND
Use Odin
Untick Autoreboot
Flash modem (the file u downloaded in step one (.tar))
Put off ur battery and put in again
Reboot into Download Mode (Vol Down + Home button combi)
Flash Modem once more
Put off ur battery and put in again
Once done, unplug then reboot device manually.
If this doesn't work, try repeating the flash process again while rebooting manually and with auto-reboot option turned off.
Awesome Man <3<3
It worked
Thanks A LOT
Bless ya @Joku1981

Greetings.
Sorry for my english, i'm from Chile.
Well, about 3 weeks ago I tried to flash Omega Rom V13.2, and I needed to flash the modem XXUEMJ5 in order to do so.
I completed the process usin Odin and PhliZ Touch. Then I flashed the rom and booted the S4.
But when i tried to call, the phone rebooted. Also, it doesn't played any music and worked very slow.
Later, I flashed Echoe Rom and it didn't worked too.
Then i tried to flash another Modem. I flashed another modems but it didnt solve the problems
Currently, this is what i see after dialing *#1234#:
AP: I9505XXUEMJ8
CP: I9505XXUEMJ5
CSC: I9505EVREMJ2
But the phone doesn't work. ¿Is there any way to fix it?
go back to stock rom 4.3 it will fix everything:laugh:
?
How are you flashing the modem?

download the modem you need and then extract with 7zip the modem.rar file-then you have modem.tar file,
turn off phone complete-- go into download mode with push at the same time home, power and vol down buttons, continue with vol up..
put the modem.tar file into phone in odin 3.07, but do not select auto reboot.. you have to reboot by yourself with power button and the modem is normally changed...
if not repeat one time more
good luck

check the bootloader you have and flash the .tar firmware using odin.
get this app called phone info from the market "link"
check the bootloader : MF9, MDL, MK2
after that look for the firmware.tar that matches your bootloader file and flash it using odin, it will wipe your phone clean! once you get the samsung and sprint boot logo you may get stuck on that. since your phone is not longer rooted use the stock recovery " power + Vol up " to clean cache and do a data wipe. and reboot. once the phone boots you can root and start all over. :highfive:

uhmm well last thing i would try is yo flash the MK2 tar back to stock and go from there.
here
Instructions:
1. Download tar.md5 from above and download Odin
2. Put phone into download mode (power off, then power button + Volume Down, then volume up when prompted)
3. Open Odin (right click > open as administrator)
4. Load stock tar into the PDA slot
5. Start flashing
6. Grab some popcorn because it will take a while
7. Profit
Only for 4.4.2 user who downgrade to 4.3 and starting bricking can go to download mode and flash firmware (4.4.2) it work but i only stuck at recovery booting ......
all you have to do is flash this unbrick firmware 4.3 it work on 4.4.2 firmware and 4.3 without issue work like a charm
How to install (must read)
download odin 3.10 or other version of odin ...
click pda choose firmware downloaded and uncheck auto reboot click start
done take out the battery for 20 second put it back and then boom ...

OTA and Kies show my software is up to date, which isn't true because the phone that was replaced had lollipop...thru an OTA.
Is there a way to force the lollipop update?
Download Samsmoblie

I would love to have my phone back to KK, i can't be arsed to downgrade , but believe me lolipop is the worst thing that happen to the note 4, (even the keyboard lag when you type texts) Im using a debloted rom and is still bad..

Yeah you Can Download Manually Official Lollipop 5.0.1 For AT&T Baseband Version: N910AUCU1COC4
After Downloading Extract it, You Can get 4 Files ,
BL-N910A To Be Flashed in BL SLOT in Odin
AP-N910A To Be Flashed in AP SLOT in Odin
CP-N910A To Be Flashed in CP SLOT in Odin
CSC_ATT_N910A To Be Flashed in CSC SLOT
You Can Flash All Files at the Same Time by Loading in Odin...
Just Flash AP,Bootloader & CP files...No need for CSC to Flash...
Remeber To Backup Your Data Before Flashing..
[*]Go in Recovery MOD & Do Factory Reset
[*]GoTo Download Mode by First Powered Off Your Note 4 than by Pressing Power+Volume Down+Home Button All Together...
[*]Just Check Auto Reboot & F.Reset Time in Odin Leave All other as it's
Here is Odin v3.10.6
I hope It'll solve the issue...

Yes Because You are on Android Kitkat...Baseband Version Shows The Android version...So Cannot Flash Android's Same Base Band on Earlier Same base-band...
If You Do So than You'll be Again on Android Kitkat...
When You Update To Lollipop Your Baseband Will be Change To that N910AUCU1COC4....I Mentioned Base band Just because You can Know What's New...
There is No need To Worry just Flash With Odin & Follow The Steps Carefully You'll Get Lollipop..than in Lollipop Your Baseband will be N910AUCU1COC4....After That You'll Be able To Update Via OTA... Its Latest N910AUCU2COC5 update is Around 160MB You'll Get that in OTA..
First You've To Flash That I Told you in Above Post...
Check Attachement I captured From AT&T Site
Hey guys,
I installed xtrestolite on my G900F and changed the bootloader and modem of my device before installing it. First problem i had was with CSC. It is a single CSC and i couldn't install my countries CSC on it. That's why i went back to stock. I installed Kit Kat firmware that i downloaded from sammobile and then changed CSC to my countries CSC. Then i updated firmware to lollipop using Kies3. But installing stock rom didn't change bootloader version or modem version. Now i have kitkat bootloader version, kitkat baseband version and lollipop firmware version all different and i want to them all to be the same(latest lollipop). Is there any way to do this without downloading stock rom from sammobile again ? And if not, then can i just put the tar.md5 file that i will download from sammobile in bootloader, pda and CP at the same time and install with odin ?
Thanks in advance !
You do not need to re-download or re-install your ROM. You need to download your bootloader and radio from somewhere, then flash those with ODIN.
Just an FYI, the modem doesn't always like to stick so you may need to flash (auto-reboot disabled), pull the battery after odin says "success", then flash again immediately.

Hey thanks for the tip ! I just downloaded stock firmware but i don't know how to extract bootloader and modem from tar.md5 file and then make them odin flashable. I uploaded image with all the files that are in my tar.md5 file. What of these are for bootloader and what for modem and how do i make them odin flashable later ?
Thanks in advance
