Patched Exchange Email to bypass security? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshoot

I'm picking up my S4 tomorrow. Does anyone know if there is a patched Exchange Email, for 4.42, that bypasses the security?
I use one on my HTC.
Thanks

setting email send address.

Hi,
Firstly i appolagise if this has been answered else where, i have looked and it may not be in the right place but does come under software i guess, not the easiest of things to word.
Basically i use my diamond to connect to my exchange server which hosts my personal mail, i have a forwarder which forwards all my mail to the exchange, so i can easily pick up my work mail from my person exchange.
This is where my problem begins when i reply to a email or send it uses my exchange mail box.
I have added the work mail box to my phone with a rogue pop3 for source email so i am not pulling the same email from 2 sources, and specified smtp correctly and used the right username\pass.
I hoped by doing this when i send an email or replied it would ask me which account to send from however it uses which ever account you are in at the time of creating the mail.
I don't know if anyone else has achieved this or even tried anything similar.
Any suggestions welcomed.
thanks in advance
james

Exchange and/or BB email, contact and schedule info?

My company supports BlackBerries for syncing with our company's exchange email, contacts and calendar. They are not going to support the nexus one. Is there a good and secure way to personally sync my email, contacts and calendar info either right from exchange, or from my BB to a Nexus One?
The easiest way right now would be to just buy a 3rd party app like Touchdown to sync. I know that there are ways to get it to sync with the Nexus One, but I'm unsure as mine has not been delievered yet. If it is work email, I'd totally go with the option that is definitely going to work and that's a third party app. You don't want to screw up with work emails...
Thank you for the reply Hamshu! Do I need access to the actual exchange server for that app? I only have access to my outlook client or to my blackberry (my company does not support nexus one) .

Click to collapse
You need access to a webmail interface. By that token, if you can use TouchDown, you should be able to use the internal client.
GAH! Looks like it might not be possible. To access our webmail interface, you need to enter a SecureID token each time you access it .

Multiple Exchange Accounts

Android 2 should support multiple exchange accounts, however no matter what I try.. I can't add a second exchange account.
Is this feature blocked? or am I doing something wrong? If it is blocked, is there a way around it?
Just got the following reply from the HTC Customer Service (I also asked them about this issue):
"The HTC Legend does not support multiple Exchange accounts."
only way i have managed to do it is have one exchange account and access the other accounts via imap/ pop or mobile owa
I now use Moxier to access my second Exchange account.
Works great.

Exchange e-mail works after mod to bypass security, calendar does not sync

Hello
I replaced my stock email to cm10 and used flashable mod to bypass encryption which was required by exchange sync policy.
My email works well but exchange calendar does not sync.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was really after getting my office email to work without encryption of my nexus and achieved this after much effort and now the calendar issue.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium

[Q] How does Exchange verification work? Want to root and still use Samsung email

Right now, I'm using the stock samsung email app with exchange. If I switch email apps, it won't let me connect to the exchange server until I approve it. If I root my device (and reset my samsung exchange app), will I still be able to use the stock samsung email app with exchange without needed to approve using it on the exchange server?
you may get good a result here http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-s3/565091-best-exchange-email-app.html
