I've flashed the official OmniROM for Nexus 4 but it doesn't have MultiWindow by default, I have tried to flash a patch but got in a bootloop, does anyone knows an Unofficial OmniROM with MultiWindow?? I have searched but didn't find anything..

Do you mean a custom ROM or a rooted stock ROM?
Rooted, flashable updates are based on the OTA they have Google apps. What 4.2 ROM were you looking at?

Hello i have rooted and unlocked bootloader on my nexus 4 but ijust cant figure how to flash PA and how to know whats the newest PA plus im running 4.3 does that make diffrence when searcging for rom?

The newest stable version is mostly mentioned in the thread title and in this case it is 3.69.
It doesn't matter that you're on 4.3.

Hi Guys, while waiting for PA to hit 4.4, is there any way to flash the optimized moto x dalvik on 4.3?
Any attempt at doing this always results in a boot loop. Is this a 4.4 only thing? Can't we use moto x 4.3 libraries instead?

Yes, unfortunately it's for 4.4 only because that's what the libraries were built for. It's incompatible with 4.3.
Maybe it can be ported to 4.3 some day but ONLY if we had the source code. That, or if someone can reverse-engineer the machine code. Just upgrade to 4.4.
Why can't we use the 4.3 ones? Weren't the 4.3 libraries optimized as well?

Nobody really knows. I think maybe there wasn't any such thing for 4.3.

use any caf based rom.for stock use the libs ^^ but the libs on caf based roms are more optimized.

HALO (the feature) was exclusive to 4.3 AOSPA.
Only a few of my later 3.9x builds had it before we moved to KK based projects.
Unless something has changed I'm not aware of it is not coming back in PA 4.x versions.
HALO))) (the app), is still available in the Play Store and I believe it does work on 4.4 versions.
As for the second question, you should be looking for jfltespr. I tied to paste the link here, but I'm not allowed. Just Google jfltespr and cyanogenmod.
