Good day everyone! I'm having a really big problem about my I9505 (Locked to Globe Carrier - Philippines) right now, I was flashing through odin recently, then it failed, after that, I tried rebooting it, then this showed up: "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again." On the upper left corner, its says there:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-I9505
CURRENT BINARY: CUSTOM
SYSTEM STATUS: CUSTOM
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0X1
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0X230
WRITE PROTECTION: ENABLE
EMMC BURST MODE: ENABLED
I don't care about my warranty anymore, I just want it to be fixed. Any help and suggestion would be really much appreciated. Thank y

Sooo it's about 3 days that I'm having problems with my Samsung Note 4.
The phone is about 6 months old and I tried to root it when I bought it without success, so I put the original firmware again (As after successful (or insuccessful?) rooting the phone keept bootlooping all the time). With a few tricks (that I cant remember) i made it working again.
3 days ago I was charging the phone while browsing on google chrome and the phone suddenly turned off and went in a bootloop. I tried installing the original firmware again (Odin says "PASS!" at the end of the process) but it still wont go work. Tried to wipe cache and data, still nothing. Samsung Kies wont recognize my phone to do an emergency recovery.
Another strange thing is that I can enter in download mode but not in recovery mode.
"ODIN MODE (HIGH SPEED)
PRODUCT NAME: SM-N910F
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
REACTIVATION LOCK: OFF
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x1 (4)
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE (CSB)
RP SWREV: S1, T1, R1, A1, P1
SECURE DOWNLOAD : ENABLE
UDC START"
That's what it says in download mode and have no idea what it means.
Anyone can help? Im about to freak out
Thanks in advance

A while back my friend gave me his tablet to try and fix. He was screwing around in odin and did a nand erase. From my research it seemed I needed a pitfile to fix it. This weekend I was clearing out some junk and found the tablet so decided to give it another try. I was actually able to finally find the pit file, so I downloaded odin, the pitfile, and the newest lollipop. In odin, I loaded the pit and selected repartition. Odin goes through the process, reboots the tablet to the little android guy it loads then reboots again and it hangs on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 screen and won't go any further. I can access recovery and download mode still and according to the recovery logs the OS installed and is there, it's like this thing isn't setting the boot partition correctly or something. Anyone have any experience with this, or able to tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

Hi there,
I wanted to put Cyanogenmod on an J500FN and went straight to Odin without enabling developer options Why? Bc I am dumb.
Since Odin failed I cant even get into recovery mode. Can't enter a password. Can't do anything, really.
Normal start and Recovery Mode start result in the screen showing the Android logo and then turning yellow/green before fading to black.
Download mode is working. I tried Kies, Smart Switch, Odin. Each time it fails and a read line on the phone appears ("Mom Mode. Can't Download"). Using stock firmware from Sammobile results in the same outcome.
Download mode says:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-J500FN
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
FRP Lock: Off
WARRANTY VOID: 0x0
RP SWREV: S1, T1, H1 R1, A1, P1
Secure Download: Enable
MOM MODE. CAN'T DOWNLOAD (<--- Added in red each time Odin fails)
Is the phone toast?
Thanks!
1.Try doing wipe data before flashing the firmware.
2.Try flashing Stock LP firmware.
3.Try to flash using Heimdall, which doesn't have some restrictions that Odin has.
4.Nand erase all option in odin might help a bit.
5.If none of these works i guess you need to flash the device using Z3x box or jtag. Go ye visit a samsung service and hopefully they manage to fix your problem.

I have tried everything I could think of and read about. Unfortunately, there was no debrick image for the model I need.
Ultimately, after days of extensive searching and trying, I give up at this point.
Either way, great forum, and thanks again for all the comments!

Hello guys, I'm also facing the same issue. My phone is the S7 Edge duos black and never been flashed but has gone through an update from Marshmallow to Nougat. The problem is, one day it suddenly restarts itself and gets the bootloop issue everyone is facing. I can't even go to recovery mode to wipe cache partition as instructed everywhere.
I already tried to flash the phone using the firmware available on Sammobile.com but it still experiencing the bootloop right after it has been completely flashed.
Please help,
Hex
the phone does not start anymore. there is the yellow writing "Set Warranty Bit: kernel" after which the phone does not start. everything remains blocked.
this is the SM-G530FZ model. I put it in download mode (odin mode) and I read the info appearing at the top left. among these there is "KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0X1 (1)"
I have read that it means that the guarantee has been violated and it is in no way possible to change this value. it's true?

Yes, it is not possible (yet) to reset the no of Odin flashes, but you can fix that issue pretty easily,
Just download the stock ROM and flash via Odin and it should work.
If if doesn't boot or gets stuck in Bootanimation, just go to stock recovery and reset it.
If the WiFi does not work, try reflashing.
Hope this helps.
