There are services where (over internet) you pay a small sum (10-20EUR) send your IMEI (and eventually serial number) and you get an unlock code (or a few) - which you enter in your phone.
It can not be stressed enough - if you are not a VERY, VERY experienced user then for the moment (for warranty purposes and to avoid bricking your phone) avoid any sim-unlocking method that involves writing things in Odin to the phone.

it is not free yet or not supported by any tool yet ...
only way is to buy unlock codes for it...
Try flashing you're spica with roms applicable to your region.. I think that will solve your problem..
flashing the phone will not remove the simlock
for simlock removal you have several options
- get code from provider
- go to local unlock shop
- buy unlock code online (takes several days)
- unlock phone online for example at UnlockSamsungOnline.nl or fastgsm(dot)com(instant unlock via cable)
till now there is no free solution for this model..
Search for samsung remote unlock, should be the first one - I can't post links yet. Get a free unlock by selecting trialpay (Purchase credits > Free unlock).
You will need to complete one offer, make sure you select an offer you can get a 100% refund on. I would suggest a roboform pro license.
Unlock using their software (instructions are given). Remember to ask for your refund.
Let me know if you have any problems.
it would be fine if someone create a apk like GALAXY S
heheheh
we gonna keep dreaming with this
thats not possible.. since the unlockcodes for i5700 are not stored in nvm

[Q] Yeah, I'm a n00b, and I need help with an S4 i9505

Hey guys,
I have a Galaxy S4 i9505 here and I need to get the SIM unlocked on it. See at the moment it's registered to O2 with an O2 sim card. Putting in another gives the message: 'SIM network unlock PIN' and requires a passcode. There are many guides on the internet which instruct people how to use the service menu *#0011# to change the network settings, but unfortunately I can't access the controls (the main menu doesn't appear regardless of what I do). Also there's something called "GalaxSim Unlock", an app, but I've installed this and it doesn't work either (gives the error no unlock method known for this device).
I've managed to use Odin to root the phone...or at least I think I have - but everything is exactly the same. Can anyone on here help me because it's a real pain in the arse.
I'd be happy to discuss it on Skype if you'd prefer by the way. PM me and I'll give you my ID - I would post back the solution here just so anyone reading knows.
Phone details:
Type: SAMSUNG Galaxy S4
Model: GT-I9505
OS: Android 4.4.2
Baseband version: I9505XXUFNB9
Kernal version: 3.4.0-481100

That method via *#0011# doesn't work anymore. Unfortunately only paid solution for now. I got mine unlocked within 40 min and cost me €15.
Yeah, unlock it by IMEI :highfive:
Really? There's no way to unlock it via changing the software?
I know of people who've managed to unlock their iPhones using jailbreaks - I would've thought on android it would be even easier. There's really no way to do it, despite being able to install a completely new operating system?

Nope.
****ter. Okay, no worries.
Another question: If I put let's say, a vodafone SIM card in it now and get it unlocked, will I have to pay again if I change to a different SIM card later, say Orange? Will I need to pay to get it unlocked twice or is it just once for all networks?
Thanks again.

Now I want to get my phone into a "freshly bought" state, so I can a clean installation of a custom rom on my phone.
I have been searching now for over 5 hours (no joke), to find a solution and especially find a stock rom . actually i was looking for 5.0 lollipop stock rom, but now i seriously dont care kitkat or whatever ^^, because it seemed to me that there is no other option than paying money for a stupid ffast download account or wait 3 days to download a file....?
I appreciate any help in any way.
Thank you very much.
Oh,
I am willing to pay money (via Paypal or Poker Stars Transfer) to the person who can make it possible for me to use my olleh sim card on my E330S.

1. The problem of your device is that the unique simcard that will work is SK Telecom. You will have to unlock by IMEI (buying a unlock code) if you want use others.
2. The websites that have the firmwares have slow download always if you don't pay: Sammobile.com.

thank you, so there is no other solution except for unlocking? where can i do that? do i have to contact my phone provider?
None. You're dealing with a SIM lock here, and changing firmware won't circumvent it. You'll have to contact your phone provider for the unlock code, and hope they give it to you.

Samsung A5 2016 Sim unlock

Hi guys, phone came from Italy and have Sim-lock, i flash it with Odin for Ukrainian 4 file official framework but still sim-lock,i check all service code, and codes (0000 , 00000000) for unlock this but its doesnt work, pls help me find a solution of this problem,P.S. i have root so i can maybe check code in phone hardware but where pls help, thanks
I understand that the 'lock' in your phone is company related. Surely you need a sim unlock code for that, there's lot of pages where you can pay for that. Even maybe your actual provider could unlock it for free, you should check that. As far as I know, the sim-lock codes aren't removable with a software updating (odin, firmware, etc.).

SIM Unlock (from Verizon)

I've just purchased this phone in a stranger that asks for an instant money, I've got this phone for just ~$50 (or just 2500 PHP lool)
My problem is, this phone is still sim-locked to verizon.
Tried searching for some fixes, nothing shows.
Is it possible that this phone can be unlocked by flashing an openline firmware ( if there's any stuff like that )? Or is there any method/patch/fix that can sim-unlock this phone?
Pls help
BTW, sorry for the bad english :crying:

Looking for a SIM unlock for Consumer Cellular. Any ideas there?
XT1607; Called CC and they wouldn't unlock because of "Customer Privacy"... bought the phone off eBay.
