I am not getting delivery reports on text messages. I have delivery report requests turned on. Status changes from sent to pending. Any one else having same problem?

I recently installed the patch that changes to registry so that automatic delivery reports are requested every time an SMS is sent. However, it seemed quite temperamental at first (some reports received and some not - even though the message had been delivered). Now it seems like it just won't work at all. I've been sending messages and getting replies but no delivery reports. I've checked and the box is stilled ticked.
Anyone else had this problem?

happens for me at random too, I just dont pay attention to it anymore, it does suck though
I am wondering did any of you face the problem that upon sending a msg to multiple contacts, only delivery report of 1st receiver is received. others remain pending. ( actually the msg gets delivered to all receivers but only 1st report is recieved). do others facing this too and is there a work around??
One more thing should not the "exclamation" sign of delivery report change to a "tick" after getting delivered? It is quite annoying to long press the msg nd then select delivery report to view the status??

I just talked with Sprint and there is a national issue with text messaging where outgoing messages will return a message from 9230 stating:
The message could not be delivered due to a temporary network setup error. Please try later. Error 2128.
According to the rep I spoke to, there is a 3 hour ETA.
I just started getting this message too. Apparently there was similar messages back in December 2009?

This appears to be resolved now. My texts are now going through.
Mine has been back up and running for the past half hour btw...that was a looooong 3 hours
I'm having an issue sending text messages. It's bringing up an error of, " messages not sent. Touch to retry. " I've talked to my carrier and they referred me to Google. So g Google couldn't do anything and they referred me to LG. Still hasn't fixed the issue. Does anyone have idea what's going on? This just started last night.
It's fixed. My carrier reset my network and it worked.
I'm having issues with sending text messages. I can call. I can receive calls. I can receive texts. When i attempt to send a text it says: Can't send message with ROGERS , error 96" Rogers doesn't know how to fix this so far but I'm waiting on a call back any other ideas? completely stock just purchased today and did all of the updates.
