Is there a multi window type of feature or app I can get for cyanogenmod 11 from the play store or Xposed installer?

AFAIK there isn't. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been ported to 4.4 yet (?). Xposed does have a halo module - although it probably doesn't work on kit kat.

I installed 4.4.2, i reinstalled xposed and wanam but it seems as there has been a slight change in interface on Wanam. I've looked in every single category of setting and i cannot find the activate battery circle option. Can anybody help me with this?

Isn't in wanam this time, you'll need to install gravity box. It's working fine on that, using it myself. No conflict with wanam either

I installed old wanam for JB too, works fine for circular battery....
Wanam hid some 4.4 incompatible option in wanam exposed until they get updated

I am very curious about this too. I've tried an xposed Mod but it wasn't working, I believe it was designed for the GS3 and never updated.

Don't know of any modules that would work for this.
If you don't mind using Safestrap and flashing a rom Eclipse is an awesome rom. It's got aosp features with the necessary TW still remaining.
It does have an AOSP unlock.
I've flashed the official OmniROM for Nexus 4 but it doesn't have MultiWindow by default, I have tried to flash a patch but got in a bootloop, does anyone knows an Unofficial OmniROM with MultiWindow?? I have searched but didn't find anything..

HALO (the feature) was exclusive to 4.3 AOSPA.
Only a few of my later 3.9x builds had it before we moved to KK based projects.
Unless something has changed I'm not aware of it is not coming back in PA 4.x versions.
HALO))) (the app), is still available in the Play Store and I believe it does work on 4.4 versions.
As for the second question, you should be looking for jfltespr. I tied to paste the link here, but I'm not allowed. Just Google jfltespr and cyanogenmod.

Try the app ultimate dynamic navbar lite. It requieres root though.
