Hi! My nlte 3 SM-N9005 is running Mj3 and its quite unstable at some times.. can i flash a OTA in recovery to get Mj7? Its rooted and knox is 0x1 so dont think of that. I would like to get some stability up and running! Flashing update with Kies? Would that work? My phone also stays at bootlogo in 2 minutes before bootanimation appears.. please help!

Anything else than root that i will lose?
Will it be stable or not?
Can i just re root then?
It'll be stable, I had major issues on MJ6 with apps stopping working etc, obviously I couldn't OTA update and it was a major annoyance. So i plugged it into KIES and updated through there, even though it told me it may have issues or not update due to modified software.
It worked fine, and my phone is stable, battery life is good and I just used CF-Auto root to re-root it again (I too had already flagged 0x1)
you will defo notice the improvement tho.

Yup sure as sure can be, and what KB said.
If you're worried because Kies said its unstable, don't be... Samsung is covering their ar$er by putting in these disclaimers....
And the best way to root is by using Mobile ODIN Pro to flash MJ7. You will keep root and the MJ3 bootloader. Not sure if that makes a major difference but it sure helps if you have the old root friendly bootloader...
I updated and it worked! My phone is no longer draining the battery! It boots right up! Wonderful!

One more question! When Kitkat arrives? Will we be able to update through Kies on 0x1 knox status and modified software installed?

Well.. now my phone takes 2 minutes to boot again. It might be TWRP... because it boots fast before i installed TWRP.. but after installing it.. it takes 2 minutes! What should i do? Anyone else experiencing this problem? Everything else works fine!

Looks like a TWRP issue then, maybe try reinstalling TWRP or removing and seeing what happens.
Updated to Mj7 pushed from Samsung OTA.
Stil not stable. Almost every phone call a reboot ?

If you're using wanam exposed, turn centre clock off.

Has anyone found a solution for using skygo on a rooted note 3 yet ?
Using stock rom and rooted with CF-auto-root
Did u use fake system status in wanam exposed?
_______
If it does not work:
Flash stock
Use urdlv
Fake system status
So the binary and system staus shd be official and skygo shd work

Grab root cloak via xposed downloads.
It'll tell the app you aren't rooted and it should work ok

Yes. Just install Xposed, then inside click Framework and Install/Update. It will install the Xposed Framework and you're done!

Make sure the modules are compatible with the Note 3. It may only be for AOSP ROMs

Goto http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3113463 and get the newest versions, works great.
Is there anyway to do this? I have successfully converted my note 4 to developer mode and have root. I tried using gravitybox to do it but that does not seem to work.

Never mind, answered my own question. Wanam xposed will do it.

Where does one download xposed and wanam for the verizon note 4? I see that the official xposed seems to indicate it has potential bootloop issues on samsung devices.
Here is the thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-xposed-samsung-lollipop-t3180960
Here is the one you need: xposed-v81.0-sdk22-arm-custom-build-by-wanam-20160411.zip
There's an XPosed module called NoSafeVolumeWarning that works for me.
