No do not delete any of those files. You need to let us know what baseband your device is on and we'll start from there.

Internal storage wiping
When I want to start completely fresh, I wipe the internal storage via TWRP before I flash a ROM.
It is located in TWRP under advanced wipe.
I would not suggest doing it using Windows Explorer.

I think you can wipe it all. AFAIK the rom you flash will populate the internal with what it needs.
I would, to be, safe, back up internal to your pc before formatting it--

I'm using a Completely Stock Nexus 4. Not Rooted.
My phone suddenly started giving me the low memory warning, and I deleted stuff of about 500 mb, but still when I try to install an app, even very small ones, I get an error saying "could not be installed, free up some space and try again." After that, I got the 4.3 update, (dalvik cache is erased). The error is still showing. Please help.

This error doesn't just show up on stock it shows up on custom roms as well, It's basically telling u to delete a gig or more of apps. Sometimes a factory reset or full wipe is required to fix this issue

Try offloading pictures or videos. Also, if you have a custom recovery, try deleting extra nandroids.
My phone is completely stock, no root, no custom recovery. Yet. Please help, I don't want to factory reset!

8GB or 16GB Nexus 4?
thats how its supposed to be. the phone needs 500mb free in the sd storage, for caches and other files. itll give you that warning around 500mb.
My girlfriends note three just gave her a low memory notification over the weekend. To my surprise storage is showing 29 gigs of the factory 32 tied up in "system memory". I can't seem to figure out what is taking up so damn much space. The phone is running hyper drive Version 7. I'm sure I'm leaving out some kind of important information so just ask. Thanks.

My guess that this has something to do with the ROM Slots in safestrap? Boot into recovery - is this rom on the stock slot? I always install to the stock slot so I have all memory available to me unlike installing to the other slots.

Didn't even think of that. I bet that's what the problem is. I'm pretty sure I left the stock slot alone. Thanks. I'll check it out.
Anyone that has done this should please elaborate as xposed installation on lollipop is quite tricky. Any help?
first boot into ur recovery .. do a cache/dalvik wipe then flash the zip file named "xposed-sdk21-arm" after its done its ganna restart .. install the apk file and you'r done
plz take a nandroid backup first, and make sure you have Busybox installed.

You're too kind! Thanks A lot!
Pls what are the modules u use currently?
Do u get random reboots?
The memory leak issues in 5.0 lollipop are recently very noticeable and I need the sdfix module.these are the main reasons I need xposed.

hello i did back up nvram and nvdata but i cannot find it in the storage sd card that i have saved..
instructions please
First, calm down
You can restore your phone with Mohancm's guide, and don't worry about IMEI null, error message in Wi-Fi settings and more.

Try running an app that can analyze disk storage usage. From there you can find which files or folder is using up the space.

Thats the problem. Internal storage is empty. Can't save files unfortunately, will do a full wipe/format in twrp

Internal storage is corrupted, try reflashing firmware and also see if twrp or any custom recovery if it recognizes that there is something in the storage. Good luck!:good:
